The older man is a SCAMMER!!! The sign clearly says $11.95 for Breeze. He Charged me $13 without even ringing anything out through the register. I literally should’ve paid $12 and some change….. I’ve been here a few times and probably won’t come back.

The online hours say open until 9, the store itself physically says open until 8, & im here at 7pm with the store closed. Perfect example of how terribly the owners run a business.

Went here for groomsmen gifts and the guy working was incredibly helpful and great on price as well. I’m a customer for life now.

Excellent service! The staff really know what theyre talking about. I wanted to buy a gift for a friend and they thoroughly explained everything. They spent 30 minutes with me helping me figure out the perfect gift. Needless to say, my friend was ecstatic over his gift. They were so kind, helpful and especially patient, I will not go anywhere else.

The older gentleman that works there always tries to rip me off. Just recently I just tried to buy a vape and asked him how much it cost. So he looked at the product and said 54.95 so me knowing that he lies in overcharges me I asked him to see the box and low and behold it was 24.95. I just want to let everybody know that the older gentleman is a dishonest person and honestly just a scumbag to do something like that. This isnt the first time hes done this where hes trying to overcharge me. There were numerous times, and thats why I double check the product.

Really nice people, good vapes the prices are just perfect. They have the best customer service Ive ever seen at a smokers shop. Plus they gave me a free juice. I also got a bong from there wow that thing was hitting perfect. They explained everything to me before I bought it so Im happy and I will be back soon.......😀

Absolutely amazing! I went in yesterday with concerns over some tanks I purchased in Texas. These folks were the best! They took the time to walk me through a ton of info and then hooked me up with a lanyard and some free juice! They could have sold me a new setup, but instead encouraged me to spend LESS! Who does that? I was already a regular buying my Ryo supplies monthly for my time on the road. I never had payed attention to the vast selection of vape product until now! Thanks guys...Ill see you when Im get back home!

Bought a defective ego battery here. I brought it back to exchange it. They told me i didnt have it on. It was on it was just defective like i said it was. There was another client in the store complaining about his brand new defective coils that they were also noy exchanging. Great place to go if you feel like completely wasting your money.

Great selection & good customer service. However the prices on some items are a little high. Especially for a smokers outlet store.

As a former smoker, I made an effort to quit and figured that vaping would help. I went in there clueless with what I wanted and they took me in the right direction. I love my new vaping setup very much and Im very pleased with how helpful and knowledgable the crew was. They have definitely won me over as a permanent customer and I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Moved out this way last year. Told them i was new to the area and would gladly purchase my mother’s cartons here regularly. Got them twice and they’ve been out since. Now i guess they don’t carry Pall Mall cartons all of a sudden. So i took my business elsewhere.

The owner is so nice to his regulars and new customers. They always have a good selection, and if you cant find exactly what youre looking for they always have good suggestions for substitutions.

Best smoke shop iv been too. Always rotating stock. Cheap prices and everytime i go in he gives me some kind of discount. Love this place.

I would give them 0 stars very bed businessman bought a device there they lie to me on how it worked I brought it home to try it did not work the way they explained brought it back within 20 minutes he would not refund my. I would never recommend this place

Piece broke under a little bit of heat within 20 minutes of purchasing. Would not offer an exchange but instead 20% off a future purchase. I recommend you go elsewhere.
