I recently visited Wild bill’s and was thoroughly impressed with the selection and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to the perfect products for my needs. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse and find what I was looking for.

I had a wonderful experience at this Wild Bills location, staff is very professional and always there to help find what I’m looking for. They have a large selection of items and even lottery! Ask for Ray he is amazing!!!

Ray and Eric/Mark (can’t remember bad with names) are cool as they come, very helpful, very easy to ask questions. Keep the store clean, very professional, good guys. Drive an hour from Yale jus to come see those boys. Good people

Sold me a defective toker poker that was faulty and so tight on the lighter you could not remove it after inserting. Went to return the product a little while later and they refused to exchange it. Saying that they buy a lot of stupid things to sell. I guess they must feel they sell them to stupid people huh? Customer service is terrible. Will not shop here again.

Excellent variety. Takes mobile and paper coupons. Excellent service and they let you know what specials are going on. First five star Ive ever given.

Great prices and ridiculously friendly staff at all 6 locations I have been to. In a time when youre lucky if you get any service at all, Wild Bills has the friendliest and happiest employees on the planet. Dont know how they do but they need share it with the rest of the world!!!

Giving this location a 5 star. Starting with how friendly and outgoing the staff is. I originally came in for a vape and some wraps but they didn’t have the wraps i wanted specifically so the employee that helped me made a suggestion and I may have found my new favorite wrap, he even put in a order to get the specific kind I wanted. They have a satisfyingly large selection of tobacco, vapes, and glass pieces. Overall great experience coming here.

I’ve been going to Wild Bills Tobacco since they open their Chesterfield location for the past 3 years and I have to say that they are the most polite, courteous, professional staff I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing especially Avriell, she was helpful and eager to assist me in any possible way. Soon as I walked in she greeted me, ask how my day was, and even engaged in some light pleasantries with me. Hard to experience that now and days glad to know that Wild Bills offer that for its customers and I also like how they all had their masks on made me feel safe and happy to know that they care about their customers

I am mixed here as I always had great service before. DO NOT BUT THE GRAB BAGS! Bought the $20 vape bag came with 7. 3 didnt work at all, 2 stopped working 1st day. They would not refund or exchange. So basically I paid $20 for an $8 vape.

This is my absolute favorite Wild Bills location. The store is very neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful; especially Avriell. She is very knowledgeable and is always happy to help. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would!

This location is always clean and stocked well. The staff here are a rating 11 out of 10 in my opinion. They are super knowledgeable on product and very friendly. I have had zero issues. If you are looking for a smooth cbd and vape shopping experience I highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted and the young gentlemen helped me locate the product I was looking for. They answerered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I walked into buy one thing and left with several items just because the level of service I received. Thank you for the great service as this will be my new location for all my purchases.

Probably one of the best wild hills I’ve been to recently, a very clean store with amazing workers that are very helpful and respectful. Roger was so nice and very patient with me.

Went to this location and purchased an e leaf I stick mini. This product was sold to me as new but I realized when I left the guy who sold it to me grabbed the one I was looking at on display and put it into a box. This wasn’t a huge deal to me but the device does not work. Once a products seal is opened it is no longer considered new. I went to get a refund or exchange because it was within 2 weeks of purchase. The guy told me I needed the box for the device to return it because the box has its serial number. Turns out the device has the serial number on it as well...... he then says he can’t do anything because he would be taking a loss on it. That’s part of doing business as a merchant......: I would suggest not going to this place. They are willing to lose a customers instead of doing the right thing and replacing a product that does not work.

These guys are the best! Many Wild Bills locations have really went downhill as of late; BUT this location is worth the drive. These guys are the most knowledgeable, patient, fair and friendly you could ask for at any wild bills in Michigan. I’ve never walked out dissatisfyed, and never have had issues days later with products. They take pride in their jobs, their store, their products, and their customers. They remember you on repeat visits and treat you like family. Don’t settle and deal with a wild bills close to you if they’re not the best. Because no matter the drive time, these guys will take care of you. Check them out. You’ll be leaving a review too.

Best cigar store around. I drive by 3 to get to this one. Everyone there is nice and polite.

An hour after purchasing a product from them it started having issues, and as a first time buyer it immediately turned me off from the whole vapor pen thing, when I went in looking to just return the product and get my money back I was refused my money and told “Your wattage is too high” even though he set it up for me and I left all the settings as they put them and after 30 minutes of arguing I was sent away with a faulty product and awful service. Definitely not the place anyone should be spending their money.

This store I will never go to against I bout a vape sunday night a breeze pro that 2,000 hits by the next night it went out because it was after they were closed and because I had it for a day they won’t give me a new one. Only 2$ off the next one. Nope. No service for you wild bills🖕🏼 Especially when another wild bills says they would but you wont

Very disappointed..mi have been coming to this location for over 3 years now...until recent i have always had good service ...however what i am not pleased with is the very unprofessional female staff member at this location...i feel if she focused on her job rather than flirting with my fiance to the point he wont even step foot in there anymore..further more how is it she feels its ok to take his personal cell number from the store ? This is very unpleasing as i do tend to contact corporate on that privacy issue....the description of the girl is blonde,thin and the name on my reciept is avrielle s.....plz tend to this

Seriously all I do is spend money here and 1 defect happens on an item thats not my fault and the management wants to tell me to go thru the manufacturer for any kind of warranty. They should take care of the customer within reason instead of giving everyone the same RUNaROUND. Be aware of any concerns you have with anything from this store because its backed up by nothing other than the people that make the product and not by the people that take your $$$$ and say have a nice day.

Yes I love going to Wild Bills Tobacco, they not really my boys but yes they are my boys they know when I come up in there. I say pumpkins in the house. And they know who I am they serve me up good for my vape. They are really good friendly people keep up the good work.

This place has been a sleeper store to me until today. Although I live right behind the store, I have only been in a few times. Last night I dropped my rig, shattering my tank. I searched the internet and called other local stores looking for replacement glass but nobody carried it. I popped in and was greeted by an employee. I asked if they happened to have glass and to my surprise, she pulled out a tattered box which contained multiple replacement glass, and they had mine! They even carried a specific coil that is either going out of style or is so popular that other stores dont have it in stock (online or in store. Super happy I went in. I will definitely be going back for my hardware needs.

Very polite workers! But he told me everything was 25% on wednesdays! So I got 3 gift packs... He said they are a huge savings pack! So no 25% darn! But very low prices.

Great prices on Tobacco and Tubes for rolling your own cigarettes. They sell CBD weed for around $40 a jar. Great prices on bowls and grinders. Downside is employees stare at you the entire time your in the store ( they make it known) and their not very friendly.

They do NOT stand by their products. They tell you what you want to hear and sell you what they need to get rid of, not what would suit you best. The rest of the reviews are obviously staff members because Ive had multiple problems with this location.

Went to buy some cbd ,4 shelfs all priced $14.99 its wensday so 20% off they charge me $21.45 and say they gave me 5$ off,so i show him the prices his girl helper there tears off prices and says basically Im lieing cuz she probably marked prices wrong and he refused to honor his price as marked.ill never go back ,every store Ive been to they honor a mismark

I love wild bills, it’s a really good business, they always remember what I get and help me as much as they can, I appreciate the help from the employees, if anyone says other wise then it’s not true, I’ve been going there for years.

The guys at the counter are always willing to help you find exactly what you need and give you advice on how to use your device. The prices are pretty good compared to places like Tobacco Town, and on Wednesdays they do crazy sales on juice and cigars, theres something for everyone.

I will never step foot into another Wild Bills again after this experience. Ive never been told to come back when I was ready (basically telling me to get the hell out of my store without actually saying it.) For shopping and checking out pricing I guess you cant come into a store now a days without a spacific product in mind to buy anymore. Vary rude and insulting if you ask me.

Lovely staff, I walked in without a mask, the employees offered me a mask and did not charge me for it. I got the help that I needed and I appreciated the people that helped me get my items.
