Rob was extremely helpful. He knew what he was talking about and was a tremendous help. He guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. He was able to help me get rid of pains my medicine from the Dr doesnt even help. I really appreciated his knowledge and guidance.

Will never spend my money here again. Bought a piece that ended up being defective. Brought it back as it was less than 24 hours. After explaining what’s going on, the employee acknowledges that it’s defective but refused to do anything but offer 10% off another purchase while giggling about the issue. Not only is this terrible customer service, its incredibly insulting. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere and suggest anyone reading this does the shame.

Called the place and the man said “we don’t give our prices out over the phone” stop being lazy and do your job dude. You’re standing right there in store you can walk over and give me a price. How am I supposed to know if I want to shop there if you can’t even price a small glass piece? I don’t live that close. Will be contacting the owner and filing with the BBB if you are accredited. You don’t pay people to stand around and do nothing all day. If you can stand there and answer the phone you can give me a price on product. Will be taking my business elsewhere and posting in the New Haven/New Baltimore public Facebook groups about my experience.

Cheap skates charged me 4$ when the price tag said 2$ only noticed it when I got home, cheap skates. Next time I pass by Im gonna go in and just straight yell at them about being penny pinchers. Dont come here unless you wanna be scammed.

My experience here was less than satisfactory. The man working behind the counter was unprofessional in his demeanor, and gave me the total price of my purchase as $10 before even ringing the item up, when I normally buy this product around $7-8 elsewhere.

So, I snagged some vape juice from the Chesterfield Woostock Vape the other day, but guess what? It was expired way back in May 2021! Talk about a bummer. To make things right, they only offered a measly 10% discount on a replacement juice.I get that mistakes happen, but seriously? Selling expired stuff and then just throwing a small discount my way doesnt quite cut it. It feels like theyre not taking the problem seriously or really valuing their customers. I hope they step up their game and take better care of their products and customers in the future. I will certainly not be back.Update after owner response: I was NOT offered a store credit with the attempted return, only a 10% discount on the purchase a replacement product. I would not have written this review if that had been the case. :/

First time I’ve ever been in here and I immediately noticed how clean and organized this place is. The gentleman Kevin that is working, keeps this place looking very neat and clean,and he is super helpful and respectful. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Spend $30 on a battery that does not work at all and would not refund after I tried another battery that doesnt work right in front of the cashier to be told I need to wait for his boss and come back next week for a possible refund or replacement no guarantee. Update five days later went back boss was not there and the same cashier was not there told me he couldnt swap the dead battery out or give me a refund will not be coming back.

Edit: now that this place is a Woodstock it’s even worse! They don’t keep ours that they post! I drove all the way out there from New Haven, which is about 10 miles twice now and they have been closed. Says they open at 10 AM I arrived at 10:45 and they were closed, the second time I arrived at 11:30 and they were closed. I don’t believe they’re ours and don’t trust these people. I hate liars that waste my time and gas..Edit: Came in the next day and really had a great experience. I think maybe the phone operation was just a fluke. I’m pretty sure I dealt with the owner and he was just amazing. Made sure I got exactly what I needed! Even doubled my order for free!Didn’t even go. Tried to get some basic product information on the phone and was hung up on. “Just come up to the store and I’ll talk to you, bye” click. NO! With gas prices at 4.25 a gallon, I want to know before I come to a store that may or may not have what I need. You got 6 people in the store and you got nobody available for phones, whos answering my basic question when I come to the store? Maybe I’ll go and possibly change my review but hanging up on potential customers really sours me on giving them my money. Not sure how hard it is to say, “what are you looking for? Yep we have it!” Or “No we don’t. Don’t waste your gas.”

The friendliest staff, made me very comfortable like Ive known them for years. And if were talking variety or selection its pretty hard to beat the vast amount of awesome stuff in this store. Worth stopping in 100%!

This place is so reasonable already, but Alan puts every other retail employee’s customer service skills to shame. He’s amazing. He more than doubled my order for the same price without me asking or expressing any concern. Just did it to be a nice guy. Great products. Highly recommend.

Great deals on just about everything! I mainly come here for their expansive kratom menu. They always have a variety and I noticed today that their selection has grown! They have several types of red, green, white, and yellow! They keep fairly accurate descriptions of the effects of each strain.If youre looking either for a pain relieving/euphoric white or a mellow/relaxed green this is the place to go!

Horrible people that just dont care at all about the customers, all they see is dollar signs, they love to hike up the prices on all there products even the defective and expired products and threaten to trespass you when you come back to explain why every product you get from there ends up being a dud, I would recommend just about anywhere else over here

I have always noticed the store (storefront is cute and colorful!) but never went in until last week. I was astounded at the knowledge the staff had on all of their products. Stopped in tonight to ask about kratom for pain. The owner helped me to navigate the various kinds and took the time to discuss what my issues were and how this could help. Several regular customers came in during that time and he asked them to talk to me about it as well. Everyone was very knowledgable and very helpful. Its a great shop and I will be returning!

I visit this store at least two to three times a week. The two guys who work the counter are always helpful, and they have gone out of their way to special order items for me. They have a great selection and very reasonable pricing. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

Great selection with everything top notch quality. Their full inventory is top shelf at any other place. Prices are competitive with nothing out of the ordinary expensive and on top of that they have many great deals that beat the competition. The best part of the place is their helpful staff! Every time I go to one of their stores I have always gotten every question answered and have gotten a lot of tips on other things I had not considered. Their customer service alone will bring everybody back even if they didnt have the awesome selection that they have.

Wanted to update my review... I started getting my Kratom here 2ish years ago. When I started, I was concerned about the quality of the Kratom because there have been reported issues of heavy metals from random suppliers, etc. Well, I took it for 2 months and told my doc what I was doing and wanted to have a thorough test done. SUPER CLEAN guys! So, fast forward and I had to move out of state. Well, I STILL only go here for my Kratom. I love Allen, and he is always welcoming and kind... seriously Ill never go anywhere else!

Made my first visit to the Hut today. This is the place! First, the guy who helped me today knows what hes talking about. I told him what I was looking for and two or three questions later I was taken care of. Second, the selection of product is huge compared to other shops Ive been in.

I get my Hemp Bomb gummies there! Amazing stuff for anxiety!! No THC. They have an ointment also for muscle pain too, which is the best! Love the guy who works there, he is so nice!

Store is very clean and well stocked! Very helpful and friendly staff! They dont mind taking their time explaining anything to you and answering any and answering any questions you have! There is not an empty shelf in the store everything is well stocked! I just cant get over how clean it is!

Employees are very friendly and helpfull. The glass there is spectacular and they have huge selection to fulfill almost everyones needs. Everytime I got a new piece he has always gave me a discount.

I usually always have a great experience at this shop come in here often enough to know the people there, but when I come across an issue with an item I had just purchased I get no help and a rude response and way It was handled was defensive. Now I have to contact a manufacturer/supplier for help other than where I had purchased. None the less I was told over the phone I could come in and get help as soon as I got there I am told to take a photo of a sheet of paper for help that could have been easily handled over the phone instead of wasting more of my time on a simple no I cant help you I have recommended this place to alot of people for its friendliness and knowledge of product but that is no excuse I will no longer recommend due to customer service

I like this place. Nice selection, etc. Their glass bongs that they carry are not the greatest though. 2 days of use and the bottom split off from the rest of it. Of course, no return policy once its been used. Guess Ill have to go elsewhere for my glass pieces.

After trying kratom for the first time while working out in chicago(which has some amazing kratom) I stopped by cheba but to try them out. Im not a fan of the pre packed kratom so they were right up my alley.. They have a large selection of their house kratom. The younger guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable. Im assuming the other guy us the owner. Very friendly and welcoming people. They know their kratom.Their stuff was good for sure. I went in there today which was my 2nd time there. The owner is super cool and knowledgeable. I order my bulk powder online but these are now my go to guys for capsulated kratom.

I tell you if you want to really explore all that they have there, lol, I would recommend having a couple hrs. to spend. Because they have quite the extensive stock available and they are quite busy because of that. They offer, E-juice, e-salts, a lot of different types of (legal) dry herbz, all forms of machinery needed to use all these products, and at a reasonable price for what I purchased. I wish I would have gone during their slow hrs. so I couldve learned about all their products, they have so many things that I just dont see at home in IL. so yes I spent too much money, Ops. I went in because I saw all the 5 star reviews on here and that is just what they deserve. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone, going in for just a coil for my vape I ended up leaving with a new vape juice because they worked with how much money I had and they were respectful and answered all my questions. Got one of the grab bags that was marketed as double the value of the bag. We got a 5$ bag that included a bowl that is identical to another one I have that was $3.50(tiny one hitter pipe) and a pack of the 2/1$ rolling papers. And a lighter. And 7 to 10 pieces of cheap nasty old people candy. And the lighter was 100% out of lighter fluid. How they can say its a bag worth over double the value is beyond me especially with the lighter not even being able to light...

Answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions. Theyre only offering curbside right now, and the gentleman there did a great job making sure everything went smoothly. Thanks for the help in these crazy times.

Just stood outside for 25 minutes waiting for a guy to return. There was a be back in 15 sign when I arrived and there’s nobody here still. I feel like a fool waiting here.

Normally great place, but one of the workers who is a young kid is very RUDE. I asked him to help me put a coil in my cbd vap. He told me he couldnt that he had customers to take care of i said arent i a customer. He said i dont have time, upon that response i asked for my money back on an unopened package that i never touched. He said no, i said give me a receipt so i can explain to owners, he said no and was very cocky when saying this, we exchanged words and i left. I spent alot of money in there and will no longer go back unless the employee gives an apology.

Stopped in today to check out the cheeba hut! The store has a great selection and prices on tons of different juices, MTL/salt nic devices and pods, CBD, and of course, tons of kratom to choose from. I was impressed by the amount of time they spent with customers making sure they were comfortable with their new devices. I will definitely be back for my pipe tobacco too, as they carry Ohm, my go-to brand. Also, dont forget to follow them on Instagram for the deals!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Audrick!! Thank you so much for your patience, and empathy for a girl who was obviously super intimidated to be in a smoke shop. I had so many questions, he was so knowledgeable and patient with me. I was shopping for CBD oil and cream for my dog. My dog suffers from severe allergies and anxiety. I’ve literally tried everything and exhausted my options and was giving up, until my brother in-law suggested I try CBD oil. Audrick was so helpful!! Thanks again for the wonderful experience. Very large amount of glass and vape accessories. Unfortunately their CBD products are way overly priced, if you’re a Med Card patient you’d probably drop your jaw at these prices. Other products are priced fairly, much larger selection than other places in the area.

They sell fake disposable vapes just check the verification. Ask to have it exchanged for a real one and the clerk threw it at me ...shady business stay clear. ( coming from a customer who has been using them since they opened)
