Only started going here recently but can see myself turning in to a regular customer. The store is clean and modern with lots of selections to chose from. Employees have been extremely helpful with any questions I have, as well as giving personal insight that creates a friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

Been here a few times. Good selection. Usually no issues but the most recent visit has definitely pushed us to go elsewhere. Immediately upon entering the bad attitude of the person helping us was ridiculous. He seemed annoyed that we were even there to purchase items. I dont know if he is an owner or employee but either way thats not the best way to run a business and keep customers.

I was in your shop with my mom last night shortly before closing, and she had a lot of questions. Not once did we feel like a bother. We were told numerous times not to worry. That and the abundance of knowledge that the gentleman had will have me referring anyone I know to your shop. Thank you for answering all of our questions, making us feel welcome, and the overall great experience we had. 13 out of 10 stars we will be back.

This is easily my favorite vape shop. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Their prices are better than most for juices. Even their hardware prices are decent for a shop. Their juice selection is great, and they get new flavors in often, so theres always something new to try. And their juices are quite good. Many shops have some good juices and some bad juices, but these guys have a solid, quality selection of juices.

I travel for work all over the state, this place has a good selection of equipment and juices & the prices are very fair. Probably one of the most reasonable priced shops Ive been to regarding juice prices. I am a huge fan of Brew City Juices & there hasnt been a time yet that i walk in there when they dont have what i want in stock. Props guys, I am a return customer no doubt.

Hank is so friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. Matts pretty cool too. There was a turtle in the parking lot and Hank was kind enough to help it get back to the creek next door before getting back to hard vape shop work. Highly recommend this place!

I only go here, and for good reason. I have been to many of the vapor shops in the Milwaukee, Waukesha county region and this is the best. The overall atmosphere is clean, friendly, and laid back. Tyler and Dave are more than happy to help, without being condescending, unlike your typical pushy sales people. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Myst and its the only place that has earned my business and they will keep it with the level of service they provide.

All the dudes who work here are super knowledgeable, wide selection of juice flavors in both salt nic and regular juice. Nice clean display, local art on the wall, cute lil fish tank. Its always a nice temperature in the store and they have seating areas that are seriously better than the furniture in my own house. I recommend this place to everyone I know who vapes.

High end vape shop without the high end price tag. Its a very clean, organized, and inviting place of business. The staff is super helpful. They are insanely knowledgeable about all things vaping, which coming from a day one vaper, is saying a lot. I seriously could not recommend this place more. Also location is great as there really arent many shops out that way. They really nailed everything.

Best vape store Ive been to ever. Completely shits on vape 108... This guy doesnt have a gun behind the counter like Vape 108s owner does and theres phenomenal customer service (unlike vape 108 where youd be ignored for ten minutes straight then they leave you to help someone else) other than that... The selection of juices is far better than any other place. This place has newer, more unknown brands which in my opinion is great because who doesnt get sick of the same old stuff? Also, the staff is highly knowledgable of the products, knows whats best, and wont let you down!
