Clean establishment and friendly staff. Excellent coffee station and they even have a little bar set up to flip through their selection of flavors and products. Prices are to be expected. Will do business here again.

Great service with kind and vary relqxing atmosphere. The people always will greet you with a smile and they know so much about all the products. Rather then getting someone lien to you about something they no idea about. If you have neveer been here you must check them out!!

Very friendly and helpful. They know their regulars and we are always greeted with a smile. They have quality stuff you can trust. Unlike other vape shops you get reward points that turn into money. It really adds up quick and yes the flavors are awesome

Super friendly staff! I found them to be really thorough when explain products and items needed to use each product! I also enjoy that they let you sample a juice flavor before you purchase it so you arent wasting money on flavors you end up not liking in the end. The staff is also very personable and easy to talk to, they never make me feel stupid for not knowing how a product works or compares to other products! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who currently vapes or is looking to quit smoking, they have a wide variety of items and options of flavors for excellent prices and an amazing staff who are hands down some of the greatest people I have meet when purchasing items for my Vape.

This store is absolutely amazing! The quality of their customer service is beyond any other store Ive ever been to. If you want quality juice and mods, and would like to be treated like the awesome people you are, then come on down.

The girl who helped me was very nice and made sure I found the right ecig to suit my needs. Even though it was the cheaper non touch screen alternative. (Because I drop everything) it made me feel like she really cared about my needs. As opposed to just making big sales. I would reccomend.

I have had plenty of bad experiences at other vape shops, whether its lack of knowledge of the tanks, bad flavors, or just overall pushiness. This place has delightful flavors, educated and accommodating staff, and reasonable prices. This is now the only place I visit.

This is a great shop for mods, coils, drip tips and e-liquid. The owner and employees are super friendly and helpful and the environment is cozy. However, if youre an MTL vaper you wont find anything here. Also, you MUST have I.D. Some shops will sell to you without one (not even asking for your age) but without I.D. here you cant even speak about purchasing anything, you cant even go up to the cases. So make sure youre prepared.

I am impressed with the quality of their vape products and transparency of their ejuice. Its nice to see a local shop carrying ejuice that does not contain harmful products. All their independent lab reports are available online. Great job! Good to know the quality of the product we are purchasing

Nice vape shop. Folks are knowledgeable about the juice they carry and have knowledge of many other national brands. Highly recommend the mountain mix if you enjoy tobacco vape. Rivals or surpasses any of the national brands.

Was given the wrong information on a 85 dollar purchase, employee was asked tons of questions and I am NOT happy with the quality of the product at all, and then if I returned it yesterday after having it for less than 24 hours I wouldve lost 30 bucks when it was barely even used? Employees need to be more educated or accept when they dont know certain information, be honest and say that they dont have that knowledge, Ill be going back to smokers choice for further purchases deffinetly.

Staff was unfriendly and highly suspicious. Being two members of the military/police youd think they would be able to correctly assume me and my friend were over the age of 18. Im very suspicious as to why the employee felt the need to take pictures of the front and back of our IDs. I am not pleased about it however. After being given a run around for 10 minutes with our IDs they finally sold us the coils we asked for. When we got home not a single coil worked. The entire package was faulty. Will never go here again and wish there was a 0 star option. Get it together people.

One of the absolute best vape shops in the CNY area. Great selection of vape products, knowledgeable staff and product prices are the same or lower than the big online vape stores. Stop in and check Unique out, you wont be disappointed. Yes I am an customer. Super easy to find and plenty of parking.
