Very smooth service, a lot of choices, and the juice is pretty good. Although $25 for a 100ml bottle is quite pricey when I can get them elsewhere for 15. Though the juice is good brands and they have a ton of choices. So either or you get something worthwhile.

Always super friendly and come to assist immediately. But lately every Puff Bar I seem to get doesn’t work and with the new people not opening them first to test, I can’t return them. Usually $13 wasted

Only real decent place around for about 100 miles. Rochester is your next best stop tbh. The young boy who runs the place is very knowledgeable and polite. Whatever happens dont ask about the queso pan. God knows I wish Brian didnt ask. Rip

Theyve got pretty much everything you could be looking for. The New Hartford Location has a wider selection than the North Utica location and Im told the Rome store has even more than NH.

Super friendly people and service there. I am not a smoker but my boyfriend is. He says they have great products. Some of their prices I think are steep but then again I dont smoke so I think its a waste of money anyways lol. But I have bought gifts for him here. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you right away!

They’re great. I went to every vape shop in the area not knowing they were there. I was trying to find a coil for a vape I bought from a friend. No one had it. I found out about them, figured I’d give it a shot, and they had it! I go there all the time for my coils, and they’re nice and fast. I don’t often need much else, but if I did I’d get it there, because they have everything.

Did not catch the employees name but this young man was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my entire visit here. I had originally went in for a pack of juul pods and ended up leaving with an entirely new vape which is amazing as well. Thanks for everything!

I was going in to there store to buy a vape every 2 to 3 weeks when they sold me a vape that was faulty and said there was nothing they could do about it knowing I have bought multiple vapes from them!! To me that’s terrible business and terrible customer service !!! Do not buy vapes from this shop they sell broken vapes and don’t exchange them !!!

By far the best vape shop in the area. They have literally anything you need from RBA’s, any vaping hardware you need, a huge e-juice/salt nic selection, cigars, glass/water pipes, CBD, and literally anything you will need as a caper or smoker. I haven’t to a vape shop even close to as good in CNY. Only thing I wish could change is prices but when you’re reliable and have as good of products as they do, you’re at least getting your moneys worth.

The owners and employees are super friendly and always greet with a smile. They have a great selection of juices for your e-cigarette and I cant recommend them enough

Great service at the mohawk location, dude did a double check of the freshness on my leafs which I appreciate not having stale ones.
