I called ahead and was scheduled for a 90-minute deep tissue massage within the hour. Everyone there was kind, polite, caring, and professional. The massage was excellent and the therapist would check in periodically to make sure that she wasnt using too much pressure. The environment was clean and relaxing. I asked when they were the least busy so I knew when to come back, and was told that they were most available in the mornings. Definitely recommended.Second visit. Before you assume anything, note that I am working with two other licenced doctors to improve and repair my spine, who both recommend massage.I requested foot-stepping massage so the therapist could use her whole weight to provide a strong massage, not even knowing if this business offers that option, and my request was immediately understood and provided with care during the massage. I definitely suggest people who like stronger than average pressure ask about this possibility.Dont underestimate the people at this business. I think that when you need real back/neck pain relief, the better option compared with any pain relieving pharmaceutical medication, is to find GOOD chiropractic treatment AND a place for GOOD deep tissue massage. This spa is an excellent choice for the latter.A++Update: The therapists here are excellent. I had another, much needed, deep tissue massage and the therapist, Cindy, was great. She was able to provide lots of precise pressure at the specific points in my back and hip that needed it, and less pressure at the points that did not.Another A++Note: Some reviews mention tipping. My therapists did not even look at the amount I left as a tip. People need to understand that the tips should be higher for a massage therapist than for a food server. They are literally focused and working on JUST YOU, not several people at the same time, plus they have been taught complex skills to help you. Youre not just paying for the time allotted, youre paying for their education, just like any other professional.

The massage was good, but a lot of tips were taken from my card without permission, I told them that I was giving $20 for two of us, there were two people, and they took $40. And these people are very arrogant for money, it’s not human because it’s my choice how much to tip and my money and they beg like homeless people on the street.

This place has the best foot massage in the area. They understand the pressure points and work them. The other places just rub your feet.

Immediate Availability was my reason for this choice. Same day booking. Nice dark Asian ambience. The massage was good. My only drawback was the $10 tip. They charge cheap service but the $10 forced tip makes the rate normal. They should have a sign that shows the required $10 tip. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience

Cindy, a woman who works here, is perfect. But the owner is not kind, and her attitude is rude. I bought 10 times membership. It was a lot of money, all of which was over two thousand dollars. They even charge extra for cards. Anyway, it was good at first, but he wasnt happy to see me because I didnt pay every time I visited. For your information, Im a person who tips twice or three times more than others. And when I asked for an hour and a half massage, the owner said shed deduct two hours. So I thought Id never do a membership again. Once Cindy went on vacation, there was a talkative man who got paid more than usual. And the other woman thought I was sleeping, so she gave me a short massage, and she didnt give any strength to the massage. And its not soundproof here, so I cant relax because I can hear the sound of the restaurant next door. I would never go here without Cindy.

Got a 1 hour massage, the problem was they only got my back, back of arms, and back of legs. Though the massage was decent, the did not even get to my chest or front of arms and legs. Granted, I did say spend a little more time on my back, but I did still want other areas done as well.This is not the only reason why they are getting a 1* review, it is also because of the customer service post-massage during the time to pay--their attitude changed. Even after going over the pricing over the phone prior to massage where the lady confirmed there were no other fees, when it came time to pay there were a few red flags, namely (1) they asked for the tip amount before swiping my card (because on the receipt there was another line for tip, so adding it to the original amount seemed redundant and shady), (2) even the tip amount they kept asking for more and more, and (3) they did not mention that for cards theres +3.5% fee.When I handed my card and told them the tip amount, they kept asking for more. As she was entering the amount (with the tip) her and my masseuse were speaking a foreign language I didnt understand, at that point I felt something was off so I asked for a copy of the receipt which is when I realized they added a fee for credit card payment--didnt want to risk them adding another tip amount because on the receipt it looks like I didnt tip (as they just added the tip to the price of the massage). Initially they seemed friendly, but their attitude changed after the massage. I do not appreciate that type of business practice, and that is why these reviews are so important.

On a drive home from Boston, had been hurting pretty bad so did a quick look around for who was open on Sunday for last minute massages - I did see the reviews talking about tips, but I always treat massages the same as I do restaurants and other similar service based business : 20% for good and work from there - so going in on a 90 minute massage I was already prepared to spend $115-120 if it was any good - so I wasn’t worried about being bugged for a tip.Massage was one of the best in years - she worked through trouble spots most miss even when I tell them exactly where in my back.I wish I was out that way more often - I would definitely be a regular, at least of that particular masseuse. Nothing unprofessional or untoward at all. Didn’t bother me for a tip. Just a good massage and friendly service.

Went here for a couples massage for our 2 year anniversary. The massage was so worth it, prices are amazing. The only thing that sucked was being in separate rooms. But we both left so relaxed and in a better mood 😌

Probably one of the worst massages Ive ever had. The girl didnt even speak at all, introduce herself, nothing. Then I had her grinding her elbow in my bones in my back, not the muscles like a masseuse would. At one point she was massaging the same small spot on my leg for about five minutes straight. I legit had to tell her she was massaging that one small spot for too long. She mumbled something and then left for a couple minutes coming back with hot stones which I didnt even want. She literally set an alarm clock to time an hour that was obnoxiously loud and make me jump when it went off. Was more like 50 minutes than an hour as well considering only an hour passed from me parking the car to me finishing getting dressed after the massage. The only part that was good was the head massage at the end but that lasted 30 seconds. Go here at your own risk.

Pay for $90 worth of services and they charge me an extra 5 just use my credit card. Went to tip the people at the end of the night with cash and I guess $20 wasnt enough for two people the girl pretty much held my 20 and said okay this 24 me how much for him and held up a sign saying $10 is standard for foot massage. Not very professional, the place is very clean and seems to be always open if youd like an Asian massage. Its not the same type of massage that you would get around here just lady walk on my back literally for a half an hour. It was good but different, and I know what youre thinking theres definitely no happy ending here LOL

This place is definitely worth the money. Called to make an appointment, owner said for me to come right in. How awesome is that?Very friendly, clean & relaxing. Best $30.00 Ive spent in my life. I thought I was gonna receive a cheesey foot massage, instead I received the most relaxing massage Ive ever had. (Pretty much, its a whole body massage) already made the hubby & myself another appointment. I wouldnt recommend going ANYWHERE else! Btw....no tip was requested once done but well earned.😎On June 1st 2019.....me & my husband went & got another massage. Owner was on vacation & they had some lady there who was VERY unprofessional. We walk in, she asks us to pay FIRST. Long story short, we paid. Once done, we go to walk out the door, she than said tip, tip....so my man left a tip. she than said, thats it for 2 people?! .........thats NOT a good way of doing business. I personally enjoyed going there but after today, I doubt Ill be going there anymore!Btw.....hubby said she wasnt even that good anyhow!

Got me and my sis right in at the same time..super polite..great price for full hr long massage($60) not to mention BEST MASSAGE we ever had! Did a great job, hot stones and all! They were the only place open on a Sun in that area. We live an hr away and we officially found our new spot!

I always enjoy my Refexology massage! Great prices too! I just paid $30.00 for 1 hour massage! It was very relaxing! I do wish that there were curtains for more privacy or in separate rooms. I would definitely enjoy my reflexology massage more..and not in the receptionist area. I plan on returning! :)

Why didnt we read the reviews. Two out of three of us got infected toes from the pedicures and let me tell you I understand money but I still scratch my head about his figuring the bill. So much for a fun mother/daughter spa day. Find another place to go as there is a reason why they have openings...

I was recommended by a friend to go here & I am so glad I went. This the best place to get a on the go massage!! I have several long-term injuries that when I go here they get me in check!! Very reasonable prices, convenient hours, friendly & very clean!!

Let me tell you about our experience with Angel Touch on Saturday, June 6, 2015....On May 30, my friend who lives in Utica and I in Liverpool went to the salon in person to schedule an appointment for June 6 at 3:00pm. When we arrived there two female employees looked at us with blank faces. We told them we had scheduled appointments and they knew nothing about it. They said the man who scheduled appointments was in NYC. They never even checked the appointment book and kept saying SORRY SORRY.....It was hotter than hell in this salon so we asked if they had air conditioning...NO NO (they are Oriental) We left and of course not very happy!!! About 4 hours later they called my friends cell number which she gave when we scheduled and invited us to come in at that time. Are you kidding me????BEWARE of Angel Touch Massage Spa......

Massage was good!BUTT as Im walking out lady says tip tip I gave her 20 bucks she gives me back two 10s. I asked her take this ten and give me two fives. SHE SAYS NO!!!&TAKES MY MONEY!! FORCED TO GIVE HER TEN DOLLARS TIP!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICENOTE TO SELF: ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS!!! Never AGAIN

Used to get massages all the time here. Most recently they started telling customers how much money to leave as a tip. I told them an amount to and they said it wasnt enough. Was so shocked! Never never going back!

My daughter and I had appointments for 60min each ,,,1 lady was late ,,, ok no big deal ,,,, Angel no way!! very hard and rough I asked politely ,,, softer she said ok medium I said no soft ,,,, it didnt help ,,,used her elbow most of the time ,,,, so hot stone ,,,, 3 stones for about 15 min, with 14 min. sitting there on my back ,,, ladies left the room to answer phone twice and the door 3 times ,,,, sorry ladies my opinion

The tip thing at Angel Touch is a real turn off and in poor taste. I felt pressured to leave a much larger tip than I normally would. If I ever visit them again I will not fall victim to their tactics.

Love this place, the staff is really nice, they always make time for me and the masseuse is so talented.

I tried this place for the first time today, the staff was great, very professional, excellent quality and a great experience.They were able to get me in right away.

Demanded a tip, Didnt tell me I had to pay extra for hot rocks , which I thought was included. Poor communication!

I dont know the girls name that gave me my massage, I was a bit skeptical at first because of some of the reviews.I was pleasantly surprised and received a great massage.I will return.

Ive been here twice when I needed a massage for my bad back and they did a great deep tissue massage.

First time with this gal and she asked about pressure ... she was too rough and I said so ... plus they were washing sounded like pots and pans next door & that was not v relaxing .. I must say I was not too happy when I left .

This was a great massage for a great price! The back massage especially was amazing and really worked a lot off stubborn knots out!

The massage itself was mediocre at best, my masseuse got up twice to answer the phone and then demanded more money when I handed her the tip.
