Cosmos CBD & Adirondack Vapor

Ive been a customer of this vape shop since late 2017. I like the location, its close to home. I like the selection of juices. Theres a decent variety, ranging from fruity and sweet to savory. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is because of the way the shop operates. There have been times that I check to see the hours the shop is open. I see that the hours say its open and I stop by to get some juice only to find the shop is closed during hours of operation. There have been times that the cashier doesnt know how to find certain juices in your computer system. Proper training in that area would speed the purchase time up. I stood in the shop for nearly 20 minutes while your cashier attempted to find a juice I was buying. All in all, its a good shop. Friendly people and decent prices. I just wish you guys were a little more dependable. One last thing....We are in NY. Therefore we have snow. Theres no reason a shop named after our Adirondack mountains should close due to 3 inches of snow being on the ground. This isnt an educational institution. Its a business. If you want to close your shop early due to weather, at least post it on the Googles.

Good spot to pick up vapor juice for your vape. They usually have a good selection, some of in-store flavors but they tend to run out of specific nicotine mg sizes, which is unfortunate. Also helpfulness of the staff can vary depending on who is working. Sometimes you get help and suggestions, sometimes the cashier doesnt say a word.

Antonia is phenomenal. I wont go to the store unless she is working. I was curious about CBD and she was definitely the best person to go to. She was able to answer every question I had and sold me a vape that I absolutely love. My husband and I both will only deal with her and she is definitely what makes me a repeat customer...I mean besides the amazing flavors and CBD assortmants. I dont go anywhere else!!!

I’ve bought 3 different bottles of juice and everyone of them was terrible. One tasted like it went sour, this latest one I bought ruined a brand new coil because I couldn’t get the perfume taste out of it. Gross!

Adirondack Vapors is definitely the best vape shop in the area Ive been to both locations in New Hartford and in Rome and they make their own products in its exceptional
