The White Buffalo

This is with out a doubt the best vape shop in ct. I used to live in New haven and was and still am a regular customer. For the bird vape juices they offer house made (best juice ive ever had) so I come from groton for my coils juices whatever I need. I highly recommend this place they also deliver online! Very cheap and knowledgeable. I love this place best employees and I will never go anywhere else. Been shopping there for at least 4 years or more!!!! Thanks guys

Always treated great when I go there. They offer you a card so they will text you with certain deals for being a preferred customer. I get 1 bottle and half on the second bottle. Its great savings. If you are confused about anything they will show you how to do it or sometimes do it for you like changing the coil. Prices are great. I highly recommend them.

I love this place! This is my new (actual) vape shop! I was sick of going to tobacco shops and looked this place up on Yelp and what a pleasant surprise. The shop is not only clean and inviting; but it resembles a well kept and stylish lounge atmosphere with the store at the back of the shop. They have a number of the newest vaporizer models that tobacco shops dont seem to carry, and the back wall of the shop is stacked with plenty of flavors and varieties that will keep you coming back for more. Give this place a shot!

They have good product however both the times I went in there the staff seems only eager to do the bare minimum in letting customers try juice. They didnt suggest anything or try to figure out your taste. The second time I was in there they had sold me coils that were incorrect. I asked if they were 30w and he said yes. Turned out to be 70w. Good product. Bare minimum customer service in my experience

Impeccable customer service and amazing depth of knowledge regarding products and catering to different uses and preferences. This is the best place in CT to meet all your vaping needs, including juices both from their own clean room and the brands they sell. The positive vibe in there is all you need to realize that this place is not just a business to supply and make money, but more to satisfy consumer demand!

Great shop and great people. Excellent house juices and variety of top juices from a number of producers. They carry devices from starters all the up to the most high end authentic mods. Something for everyone. Did I mention great people?

My only issue with WB is that it closes earlier than I would like. Other than that, they always have the e-liquid I use, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is always clean. If you need something for your vaping needs, this is the place.

I was in at this store and just to begin with, if your employees are offering to leave the new vape store around the block (your competition) a bad review to get a discount, thats just cheap and disgusting. The employees name was Alex and just for that reason i left that store and had an amazing experience at the other store, i went in to buy just a juice but ended up buying a whole new set up. Its your service that set you apart and make people give you their business, not cheap tactics like offering discounts for leaving your competitions a bad review. Cheap and will never return here. i hope the owners do something about it and hope you play fair and square with your competition.

White Buffalo was one of the first boutique vape shops in the new haven county that focused on experience and atmosphere. When they first started they had a lot of hype around them because they were located in a great spot downtown new haven, had skilled and knowledgable employees, hosted small music shows on their small stage, and were the only vape shop to have a rewards program.Coming back to the area and back into vaping I have put myself in their store again and Im surprised that they have seemed to downsize their operation. They closed the entire back lounge area off to storage. They still have a front lounge area but the entire store is much smaller now and it seems to be quieter and less fully staffed. Im wondering if they have struggled in some areas over the years. Other vape shops have expanded operations and opened up multiple stores around CT. The vibe seems to be less optimistic and upbeat and customer service seems to have slumped a bit.All in all I still enjoy this shop because they still have a welcoming and chill atmosphere, a GREAT rewards program, and a successful line of home made juices that apparently are sold nationally, and the flavors are high quality.Ill continue to go to White Buffalo!

Excellent customer service . They are all extremely friendly and down to earth . Best thing to happen to New Haven ever.. If i didnt work in new haven it would be the only reason i come to this city . High grade juice varieties and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable . Real chill atmosphere a cool place to sit back and meet new ppl or try new flavors .

Awesome little store with the best prices around for their Grav glass pieces. Very friendly and informative staff on service. I will definitely be going back there and I would also highly recommend them to others.

My boyfriend and I love to vape and this is the only place we go. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are right! I could just hang here and vape all day. Everyone is so funny, and I love their bluebird flavor.

They have to be hands down best spot for vape supplies in Newhaven. They also have a great variety of Brands, flavors and nic mgs as far as E-fluids...

White Buff is a vape store that understands what there customers want and provides exactly that. Im not posting this review to make Artisan Vapes a block down the street look bad. However based on my experience on buying vape products from local stores I am flabbergasted by some vape shops ideas on selling products. For example so far Artisan does not sell there vape coils individually. For anyone vaping regularly or more than that will ultimately need coils and if that demand is not met at an affordable price then that will be one of your downfalls in this business. Basically what im saying is a shop like Artisan should not hustle their customers for a whole pack of coils that cost 20+$. If you need a coil badly and short on cash White Buffalo is the place to go. My experience has always been this ever since I started vaping and buying products in MA. I would like to expect every vape shop should run this way, but the truth is that some and many shops will continue to not do this. Also I have to say White Buffalo is a shop where the customers money isnt entirely there goal. They want you to feel welcomed and apart of the vape community. This means if your struggling they are open to making exceptions like no tax on a purchase. Looking at this view of business, I have seen this countless times that this will make your reputation and business grow expenentially. If your business is just to hustle customers like Artisan Vapes does you will not for certain lose all business, yet that is a possibility will make it difficult for you to compete with other shopes. My saying goes Respect is more valuable then money. Do not take me the wrong way I think Artisan is a great shop too, but there are many benefits that White Buff have over Artisan that they will not change. Yes Artisan might get new products in before white buff, but a few days later if not the same week will have it too. One thing that both of these shops lack in my opinion are house juice and mainstream juice. Im originally from MA and the juice up there are more tasteful. I would like them to see more verity in juice such as the Soda Jerks brand. So far white buffalo has 1upd Artisan on this. For instance they just came out with this juice that tastes like Fanta with a menthol ting to it. I need to see more juice like this in the future if im gonna give more than a 1 star rating on juice. Now I know peoples preferences on juce are different and maybe for these shops down here the communities tastes are not fruity or exotic. Eh, Im just not a dessert juice dude, but that doesnt mean there juice isnt bad or Artisan for that matter. . Again its just my preference and for me I would like to see more brands and flavors ultimately. Anyways for a person moving down from MA to New Haven, CT I have to say White Buffalo has treated me genuinely well. Thank you White Buffalo for being the ungreedy non hustling business that you are unlike other shops in CT and have become the style of business I respect, support, and look up to.

Great helpful service. Normal prices with a few deals. The ejuice I picked was great. The parking was my only issue for me...Im not from a city though.

By far the best prices with the most knowledgeable people in New Haven. I have been to every store in this city best rewards system people are here just cant say enough about White Buffalo.

Loved the atmosphere & large selection they had. Just a little pricier than some other vape shops Ive been to out in East Haven & Branford.

They do great deals here and good people here who work here i know some of them they help me out a lot lately and they are great because they even tell u when new mods come out

Decent selection of juice. Did not have the mod I was looking for. Only one type of coil for my smok tank.

They have FALSE ADVERTISING! 😠I got a text indicating I got enough points to get a FREE 15 ml bottle of oil but when I went to retrieve it, they want to say that they no longer have or do that offer anymore. ..😕they said they had to update their system. ...but I got another text from them asking me to retrieve my FREE BOTTLE. 😮WHAT THE HECK?

Poor customer service not very helpful or informative. Prices too high, no coupons, no discounts. They dont make you feel welcome at all.

Apparently the hours they have showm are not accurate. Says theyre open till 8 and Ive shown up a new times a little after 7 and the doors are shut and locked. Mark your hours till 7 but then they would probably close at 6

The employee sold me a device told.me.it came with pods which it didnt came back two minutes later and they were closed, guess he wanted me out the door.
