As pictured, this piece of glass broke right at the seam before it was even used. After giving it to my brother for his birthday I was both disappointed as well as embarrassed.What bothered me the most is that the store manager did not offer me any compensation or even an exchange. If I had bought this same piece from any of the other spots in New Paltz, Im sure they wouldve helped me out in some way. The store policy of all sales are final should not apply in this situation, but they would rather stand by that then make sure a returning customer is happy.

Use to love this store, along with the Poughkeepsie location on north street. It WAS the best prices on Kratom. But apparently something happened with their Wholesaler and they had to find a new one. And now theyre Literally the most overpriced smoke shop in the county for it. Totally lost my business and I spent a pretty penny every week there. Im sure Im not the only one. Id recommend the store in highland or beacon if youre looking for good prices on kratom.

Excellent merchandise and Sales Staff. Comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, TV, beverages cooler and many useful novelties. Easy walking and driving access as well as reserved parking spots in a sunny spot make this store special.

After purchasing a battery here I went home and charged it for an hour. When I tried to turn it on, it would not work. I went back to the store to exchange it for one that worked and was told It left the store, theres nothing we can help you with. Poor customer service and wont stand behind the product they sell. Ill be going to Likwid for any future purchases

Aside from these gentlemen being extremely personal and knowledgeable, they are also extremely flexible. We rolled up right as they were closing shop today, and they reopened just for us. Theyll hook you up. Smokes 4 Less is the real deal.

I use to really like this store. But now it seems to be going down. Its not exactly the stores fault, but the new laws that were passed. So the store its self is ok, jus doesnt have want I need anymore

Store clerk claims that corp claims that all of their CBD oils are Organic. After inspecting their products non of the CBD oils being sold were organic. This is a fraudulent sales practice. CBD is extracted from Hemp plants. One of the benefits of growing Hemp is that is cleanses the soil of heavy metals and pesticides. Not a very good basis for extracting healthy oil. Only organic grown hemp plants should be used for CBD oil. Much of the CBD oil being sold is being imported from China. Their are no health controls in China. China is one of the most polluted countries in the world. Stay away from any food product being imported from China.

Not much needs to be said besides the fact that they have terrible customer service. Try any of the other smoke shops in New Paltz before wasting your time and money on their poorly made/overpriced glass.

I was accosted by Brian, who was hosting an open mic in the shop. He had me sing Radiohead covers. It was a thill. He then told me how the owenrs of the shop ought to take down the Native American statues outside. #notyourholiday
