I’ve been doing my manicures and pedicures for the past 5 or 6 years here and they are amazing! Tina is very precise and detailed. She is the best at her job and I always love my nails! The salon is very clean and everyone is very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Came here to get a gel pedicure and absolutely loved it. Lady doing my nails was very attentive and careful with my pedicure. Also the place is very clean and the staff here are really nice. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Tammy was very detailed and articulate with nail prep and design. She took a lot of care into shaping the nail and cuticle area, I highly recommend her and I’m looking forward to try more services here.

I’ve been going to NY Beauty for years - before they moved to the new location. When you find a good nail tech, you follow them wherever they go! I usually get my nails done by Tina, who is always thorough and precise. I’m a short nail always girlie and she works me me to make sure she gets them as short as possible. Love it! Definitely would recommend NY Beauty. They do a ton of other services as well and can also vouch for the other techs.

I’ve been a loyal customer at NY Beauty Spa for > 20 years! I’ve tried various types of facials over the years (including basic, organic, IPL and the latest, PlaSon) - the aestheticians are meticulous cleaning and extracting any impurities in your face, and the facial massage is heavenly. While your face is covered in a hydrating mask, your aesthetician gives you a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. The entire experience is around two hours, depending on the type of facial.I have brought numerous friends to try the facials here because they love my skin and they also LOVE the results!!

Always have the most amazing facials here. The place is spotless and the estheticians are wonderful. Very gentle and professional. You never feel hurried. I’ve never had better facials.

First time at this salon, I was a guest at the Best Western and it’s connected to this salon directly! Made it so easy when I needed a last minute pedicure. The ladies here were so nice and helpful. The pedicure was great and relaxing and they took me in pretty quickly as a walk in.

Great experience with my facials here. They have the high quality technology for it and give the best most relaxing massages! My tech took her time and I finished feeling rejuvenated!

Got a regular pedicure here. came in on a saturday afternoon. got thorough service and not super crowded. they were nice enough to let me try 5 colors and decide which one I liked best.space is very nice and clean. price is affordable. would come back and consider other services.

June is amazing and very professional!!!She is very patient when explaining eyelash and facial questions to me. She makes my eyelashes look very natural and they last much longer than they do at other places! Highly recommend June!

A super clean, peaceful spot. It’s quite small so book ahead - I had a straightforward pedicure and it was an efficient and relaxing process with the massage chair and fan quick-dry at the end. Tons of colours and nail styles to choose from.

Always looking forward to having facial appointments with June. She is very caring and not shy of giving good tips on skin cares. The spa is a hidden gem and the owner constantly brings in new facial machines and esthetician equipment, so that customers have more choices to tailor their needs. I personally find the PlaSon machine very effective, yet gentle to my skin.

A friend recommended this place and I was in the neighborhood so I stopped by for a mani/pedi without an appointment. They took me in immediately and were really nice. The place is nice and clean and the lady did a great job! I’ll return in the future.

I’ve been receiving facial treatments for the past year at NY Beauty Spa and I’ve been very satisfied with the results. The staffs are all very knowledgeable and excel in their individual skin treatment techniques/regimen. The space is very clean and all their equipments are uptodate. This place was pretty great. Walked in off the street got an appointment. They took care of my nails and gave me a facial. The only thing I would say is I think that they mainly speak Chinese, but being in this neighborhood that should be expected but they were still very very helpful very very kind and I would definitely go back here again.

June was such a pleasure to be serviced by not to mention very talented! I came in with some fake nails and needed gel removal as well and she knew exactly what to do and I left very pleased!

This is by far the worst manicure i have ever gotten in NY. They filed my nails too short to the point where it hurt when i told them specifically not to make them too short. They also applied the polish in a way that showed streaks all over my nails and when i told them i didnt have time to use another colour they told me it was my nails that weren’t smooth. I use that same Esse Ballet Slippers polish at every salon i go to. I asked for my money back or at least part of it and they refused. I’ll never come here again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. What a waste of time and $18 with a side of awful customer service.Ps. It was also filthy.

An overall awful experience, would not recommend this place.- Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment- Had to go look for a beautician from the service room, after being told that some one would be with me- By far, the worst beautician! I was in for a wax and she blindly missed obvious patches of hair; I had to point them out and have her redo it- Burnt a patch of skin during my Brazalian wax ,ouch!- Had the audacity to ask for a tip after all this and would not let me go until I tipped, even though I blatantly mentioned that I do not way to tip, the service was horrible.Tips are earned, not demanded!Lots of work needed in terms of communication and customer service.

I highly recommend seeing June for a facial! She steams, extracts, cleans before treating your skin. I’ve been to see her twice now and my skin always feel so soft and hydrated after.

The lady worked on my hands then started counting money, then talked to her boss if she should change to another client. Wasn’t a very good job and bad service. Terrible experience.
