My first time experiencing a couples spa package, and it was super relaxing and absolutely amazing! From the ambiance to the service of the staff, you really feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the sweetest front desk staff. They will then bring you to a beautifully decorated waiting area where you will enjoy some refreshments. Once your room is ready, your masseuses will bring you to the room and begin your experience. At the end we were given some more refreshments, desserts and even some spa gifts to take home. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to spoil your partner, friend or family member!

I was so excited to get a spa day! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in, and the place was welcoming! I was greeted by a very nice lady. I checked in and had a mimosa while I waited. Isabella was my masseuse and she brought me to the back to a nice room. I got a deep tissue massage for an hour, and it was amazing! When I finished, I got some delicious cheesecake and amazing soap! It was a great experience!

10/10 best service! Zina is the sweetest! We did deep tissue massage and hot tub was amazing and relaxing. They also provided us a little gift set and campaign package which is super lovely. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.

I went to ZZ Day Spa for some birthday self care and my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! I booked one of their birthday packages and it was the perfect spa day! From the moment I stepped off of the elevator, the staff were sweet, accommodating, and friendly! Zina and Solvej made sure I was comfortable and that everything was perfect from start to finish! I really enjoyed my massage with Nancy. She was very nice and took her time.The spa was very relaxing, clean, smelled amazing, and had a nice yet peaceful and serene ambience. They have a selfie room with different photo opps which was really cute and added a fun touch. They offered mimosas and champagne but I opted for some OJ and water instead. They gave me a birthday gift and card, a birthday cake with my name on it and sung happy birthday to me! They also crowned me with a tiara and gave a birthday sash and made sure I felt special! I would definitely return to ZZ spa and would recommend you check them out! Great customer service and an overall vibe! Thank you all for a great experience.

Typically I only go to spas on vacation but this time I wanted to take out a very special person in my life to a well deserved birthday gift. It went beyond what I expected. The service was phenomenal. They try to get you drunk with mimosas (I was all for it) and the ladies who gave us our Swedish massages were spectacular. She said the facial was great but the personalize birthday experience sealed the deal. Will be back to enjoy this place again

This was my first experience getting a massage/Couple’s massage and I feel so pampered! From the moment we got there we were greeted with warm smiles and great service. They provided us with some drinks and a good atmosphere while we waited. We did a Swedish massage and are massage therapists (Helen and Antonella - sorry if I spelled your names wrong) were amazing! They took the time to find our sore spots and the pacing was amazing. My body felt so relaxed and just wonderful after. Afterwards we got some treats and couldn’t have loved it more! 10/10 would recommend

The experience here is phenomenal! It was so relaxing and it felt like I was floating on air after the massage!!! We thought that the experience is done after the glorious jacuzzi time but they served us more drinks and desserts! They also give you a gift of exfoliating soaps that smell so good! ❤️ Will definitely come back here again and again 🧖‍♀️🧖

This space is beautifully designed, I forgot I was home in New York. I usually go to spas on vacation. Id like to note that staff is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. I absolutely love how you are welcomed with champagne and consistently cared for. I got a facial and a deep tissue massage. Both services were amazing. My favorite part of the experience was watching Kenzie interact with customers. She is so bubbly and sweet. This spa is great and they genuinely care about their customers. Pull up, u will love it. I visited with my Sister who is a regular here, and my bonus mom. We all had a great time. Love it here and i cannot wait to come back.

Magnificent spa service in midtown. We have a great experience. Right from the beginning till the end of the service. Zina greeted us with a warm welcome drink. She’s absolutely top tier of customer service. The massage was great i was very relaxed after whole week of work. My masseuse was very experienced. With atmosphere, I feel like a city getaway but still in the city lol. Love it ! Will definitely be back soon!

A beautiful, peaceful escape from the city! We enjoyed a wonderful couples massage. The massage itself couldn’t have been better, so soothing and the perfect touch. After we were able to enjoy treats and mimosas while we relaxed in their oasis. Will definitely be back!

Amazing spa experience! I came here today to surprise my husband for his birthday. We chose the basic couples package. The masseuse listened to what you needed and did amazing work! I would definitely recommend. In addition to that staff is amazing and will definitely be coming back. 😊

The front desk ladies in general were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. It was my 1st visit to the Spa and I was greeted with smiles, warm lights and a great aroma. The facility is clean and supplies well stocked. My hott stone massage done by Chhaya was Amazing. Her arms and hands are BOSS! Good quality champagne and treats, comfy relax area and their selfie room will have you feeling like a kid again! P.S dress cute and get some dope pictures! It’s completely worth it! I received more than my monies worth at ZZspa! I will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure coming here ✨💖 immediately started the massage membership after the first visit back in 2022. Almost coming up 2 years soon! Whenever I need a pick me up, I know I can count on them to make my day better and my body less tensed and relaxed with a massage appointment. They have 2 locations, both conveniently close to the subway stations. Their environment and service is phenomenal every time. I also come here with my boyfriend for the couple massage from time to time and he enjoyed his massages just as much after the gym!

I went today for my birthday. I got a European facial within the Happy Me birthday package. First, I was welcomed by a young lady (I forgot her name) at the front desk who was friendly, polite, and accommodating throughout my visit. The woman who did the facial was awesome, I left with refreshing and glowing skin. She was funny and gave me tips on how to take care of my skin. In addition I enjoyed the champagne, chocolates, birthday cake and the opportunity to take cool pictures all included in the birthday package. Overall I had a positive experience.

I had the most amazing birthday experience at zz day spa! My family booked me a birthday package which included a massage and birthday goodies. The massage was so good! I forgot the name of the person who gave me my massage but her hands are magical, took every knot out!Shout out to Amina who was so sweet and courteous. She brought me out a birthday sash and a tiara and was kind enough to take pictures of me and then she brought out my cake and sang happy birthday to me! Came here last year and it was a MUST for this tike on my birthday both times. Place is very tranquil. The receptionist and staff make you feel comfortable. The soaps they give smell amazing , I just wish they sell them in a bigger size. Thank you all for making my birthday amazing! Came here as a Valentine’s day treat and it was amazing. From start to finish, the exprerience was great. The massages were so relaxing and the facials had us glowing! To end it we were able to enjoy mimosas and dessert. Will definitely come here again!

I had the most amazing experience today at ZZ Day Spa. I got my massage from Hilda and it was incredible. My shoulders havent been this relaxed in years. My facial was done by Alena and she is the queen of extractions. My skin looks and feels incredible. And to top it all off, Zina at the front desk made me feel like I was the most special person in the room by taking the time to just sit and have a conversation with me. If you want to have the most relaxing, memorable time, GO TO ZZ DAY SPA!!

By far the cleanest and luxurious facial/massage spa I’ve ever been to. The therapists are licensed and the whole experience from entering to leaving was top-notch service.It’s not cheap but totally worth the treat for a special day or a self-care day.

The place was very small. The massage was horrible. I paid for 50 min massage and only got 30 minutes. Most spas have timers. They counted the time they had me sitting and waiting and the time it took me to go to bathroom and get undressed. Nothing but stretching. I can do that on my own. The lady who did massage necklace got caught in my hair. My small earring fell out of my ear. The only good thing about this visit was the cake and drinks. I could have got or made myself. The birthday gift are 3 small scented soaps. No strawberries with chocolate like stated. Sorry Its not worth it. I have to get massages due to health condition to help blood circulation. It did not help

I had to park in the garage which was not far from the spa. The employees were nice from the beginning to the end. I had a 12pm appointment soon as I got there I was seen which is amazing. The lady who gave me my massage was incredible she made sure no oils got in my hair. It was very relaxing after my massage I was seated in a relaxing area where the employee brought me mimosas and they sung Happy Birthday with a mini cake (which was not of my liking) also had chocolates. I would recommend this place and I would come back again service was 10/10. I also left with mini scrubs and a birthday card from the employees.

I have been getting the best massages ever with Ivona at this Spa for the past 3 years . She is by far the best masseuse I have had. She is super knowledgeable about the body and always knows exactly what is going on in the body overall and not just focusing on one pain point. I cant recommend her enough !

I have a membership here and I just had an amazing Hot Stone Massage with Isabella. Kenzie was at the front desk and extremely sweet and helpful. I LOVE not being rushed before and after my service. I’m actually sitting now enjoying my 2nd glass of champagne listening to to the waterfall. Such an oasis! I highly recommend!!

Their customer service is superb and every time I visit, I feel special. I get a drink of choice upon arrival and the aesthetics are super pleasing to the eye. My birthday is tomorrow but they made me feel like a QUEEN TODAY💯 I received so many surprises and they even provided me with a mini photo shoot. You wont regret it...stop by and see for yourself.

I was gifted a massage, I arrived late and was still able to be accommodated and not be rushed. That was key. The spa is gorgeous (56th street) and relaxing…another bonus. My massage by Erie was AMAZING!!!! I would def recommend and come again.

My husband and I got the couples Swedish massage and it was such an amazing experience! Champagne and mimosas in the beautiful lounge area, followed by an amazing 50 minute massage! Then finished it off with more mimosas, chocolates, cheesecake, and getting hand wrapped specialty soaps to take home! All of the staff were very attentive and kind. I got one of their birthday packages - spoil me package. That includes a Swedish massage and European facial. I love that the birthday packages included a bday cake, a birthday sash and hat to wear during your visit, 2 glasses of mimosa or champagne, and a spa gift (3 exfoliating soaps). The customer service was great! Milica did my massage and Zara did my facial, she was so sweet! This was such a calming experience. I will definitely be back!

By far one of the most luxurious spa experiences I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of visiting ZZ Day Spa on my birthday and was treated like an absolute queen. From the moment I walked into the 56th street location I was greeted with warm and welcoming energy. My massage was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. The masseuse took her time and made sure I was very comfortable. After my massage I was handed a delicious mimosa and given a tiara and birthday sash for the the special occasion. ZZ Spa was so kind to sing happy birthday to me and present me with a delicious chocolate cake to enjoy. The owner came out and greeted me and presented me with several soaps to smell and after choosing three that I loved, wrapped them up for me as a gift to take home. If you are hesitant to book.. do it!!! You’ll love it !

We found this spa on TikTok and booked it for our birthday (wife and I). Everything was perfect from the moment you walk in and greeted. Massage felt so good! Shout out to Eva and Shova. We then were escorted to the cabana area. With the birthday package they brought out a cute cake, followed by a photo session. She Vania was the best! She made sure everything was perfect for us! Sometime earlier this year my dad sent me a gift certificate to ZZ Day spa. I called this week to book, hoping it hadn’t expired. However, I was able to book a massage. I later learned their packages and certificates never expire. I was expecting a 60 massage and maybe a water and chocolate bar. However after my massage I was given a glass of champagne and candy. Then I was given a stash and tiara. Ksenia informed that there was a whole room dedicated to selfie taking and I needed to stop in. After I came back to a slice of cake and they sang happy birthday to me.My dad lives far away and well I felt so special with these strangers. So if you are looking for a gift. This is it!

My fiance and I had the couples massage and let me just say the entire experience was divine. Upon entry we were escorted to a lounge area and served mimosas, champagne and chocolate until it was time for our massage. I understand why the spa is called zz because within a few minutes of the massage we were both relaxed and falling asleep. The staff was extremely attentive, polite and warm. Nana is such a beautiful soul and ensures that you feel welcome. Dont sleep on this place, sleep when you get there 😂. We will certainly be back.

I had the Gratify Me experience which included a 50 minute Swedish massage and a 50 minute European facial, and both were fantastic. The ambiance at the spa is also very peaceful. Upon arriving, I was immediately transported into a tranquil, tropical island and forgot about the city noise and all my stress and anxiety. They also have great packages for any occasion so I highly recommend visiting or gifting this to someone!

My mom booked me a gold package for my birthday which includes a massage and facial. Kenzi did amazing with the facial very good pressure and super knowledgeable. (I am an Esthetician) Now I never gotten a Swedish massage before so I’m unsure if that’s the structure of it but it almost felt like she was just rubbing my skin back and forth. Didn’t really feel like a massage. The spa also gives you a cake, card, champagne and a birthday gift that’s included with package. I had to ask for champagne 3 times before it was given to me but I think it had to do with them thinking I was under age because they were so hesitant. (I’m unsure tho) the owner did mention “so you’re finally 21” before I left but I just turned 27 😂. Good compliment tho. Over all the staff was very friendly.

From the moment i called to make a reservation I knew I found the perfect spot to kickstart my vacation. My friend and I flew in from out of town and were worried any delays could make us miss our reservations, but they assured us we would be taken care of. When we arrived we were greeted with water and mimosas.We opted for the 80 minute Swedish and were taken into a sweet escape of beach sounds and soothing music. Once we were done we were provided with more beverages and a mini cheesecake for each of us. We also got to select three complimentary scented soaps to take home with us. Hands down the best way to begin our vacation and rehabilitating our bodies from the red eye we flew in on. HIGHLY recommended spot!

This was my first ever spa experience, a gift from my friends and my boyfriend, for my birthday.I was treated amazingly the entire experience. And was even give a cake and tiara at the end. Each and every service was great. The staff is incredibly sweet and patient, and everyone up to the owner of the place was incredibly attentive. If you’re looking for a place to go, look no further. It’s like meeting a new batch of potential friends almost. I can’t stress enough how great this experience was for me.

The best spa experience I’ve ever had in NYC! The staff was extremely nice and offered us champagne and cheesecake!! (The cheesecake was DELICIOUS). I got a deep tissue massage (I have a genetic back problem) and the masseuse was very adamant about making sure the pressure was correct. The facility was clean and the spa packages are a great deal! I’m 6’1 and plus size PERFECT!!! Hilda… ask for her by NAME! The hustle and bustle of living in the concrete jungle and wearing over 1000 hats, as moms we tend to forget about our needs. Absolutely exceptional experience. I was greeted by Sandra, who was incredibly warm and pleasant. She offered a complimentary mimosa while I waited in the most relaxing waiting area, complete with a swing canopy and large flatscreens playing immersive ambient ocean waves. The four handed massage with Nancy and Lilia was nothing short of remarkable. They adhered to all of my requests and worked well together. In need of a day off and want to be pampered a little. I highly recommend ZZ Day Spa. It was the first time there, and I bought the $169 birthday package, and it was a lovely experience. Moriah was my aesthetician, and she was great. I had a facial, and it was so relaxing. But before all that happens, you ate greeted as you get off the elevator and the ushered to the waiting area, which is absolutely relaxing. My package came with mimosas and a cute birthday cake. As a gift, I got a tiara and a birthday sash and some goodies to take home. The selfie space was so cute.

I have been to ZZ day spa a few times. Most of my experiences have been stellar. This last time was not so enjoyable. In my opinion, having a front desk person with pricings all over their face is not aesthetically pleasing (for that type of atmosphere), especially if they are not kind. I am not one to judge and would not let it stop me from enjoying the spa again. Every other front desk person that I have encountered has been exceptional.Secondly, I got a facial done which was terrible, the lady (dont want to disclose her name) had very heavy hands, I ended up with many scars on my face. I have had multiple facials there before and none of them left me with marks. I am saddened at how my face looks and will never return for a facial.

I had an amazing experience at ZZ Day Spa. The spa itself is beautiful. I had my massage done by Lilia. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable. My body was so relaxed after her massage. Also, I had my facial done by Hilda. This was my fist time getting a facial and she made me feel very comfortable by explaining the the next steps etc. Let me not forget about the host, Kenzie! They’re proactive about making sure you are relaxed before your session. I had Helen this time around and she applied the best pressure. I don’t have a good skin routine and this was night and day. Ended the day with a great foot massage. Everything is clean and beautifully designed. Super welcoming staff who treated us with endless mimosas and treats. Sushi lunch was delicious. Highly recommend. Hoping we can come back next year to treat ourselves again!

Me and my partner got the Valentine’s Day couple Swedish message package and it was amazing ! From start to finish Nancy was my massager and hit all the right spots ! My massage therapist was Joanna, and she was amazing. I came in with painful legs and glutes because of my intense lower body workout. Her amazing 80 minute massage knocked all kinks out, and I was able to walk with minimal muscle tightness. I recommend her massage style for everyone.

I went here about a month ago with my boyfriend as a Valentine’s present from him. The ambiance was immaculate- incredibly peaceful and romantic; the massages and facials left us relaxed and refreshed. Unfortunately we weren’t able to experience the hot tub part of our package due to complications but Ava was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to compensate for the mishap. The amount of relaxation and accommodation we received from the staff made any disappointment from that disappear. The entire experience was wonderful and I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others.

It should be almost impossible to be this relaxed in the middle of Manhattan, but the team at ZZ Day Spa have curated a corner of zen right in Midtown. I had a couple massage and facial and it was amazing thanks to Alena & Joana. I was so relaxed by the time I got my facial from Alena & Kenzie I didn’t even want the session to end, but we will be back. Such an amazing experience here at ZZ Day Spa. We were greeted by our sweet massage therapists who gave us a 50 minute Swedish massage that felt incredible. All my tense muscles were calm after. After the massage we were given the choice of champagne, mimosas or apple cider and we had a refreshing glass of apple cider with cheesecake. Kenzie was so amazing and offered us scented soaps to take home too. ZZ Day Spa’s customer service is 12/10 and I couldn’t recommend coming here enough!!!

I came here for my birthday. Beautiful atmosphere, as soon as you walk in you smell beautiful essential oils, smells so heavenly, the staff is extremely nice & caring. Barbie did an amazing massage, I highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful experience!I came hear to celebrate a new job and it was the perfect choice. Nelly in the four handed massage was absolute magic. I then had a wonderful facial , mani and pedi! All of this was sprinkled by the sweetest little gifts along the way. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in NYC.

Could not recommend this place more! I last minute decided to get a massage and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I happened to mention it was my birthday when checking in and they went above and beyond to make it special. After my massage they brought me over to the relaxation area, offering me any beverage of my choice (alcoholic or non), a mini cake with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. They really made my day feel so special, and on top of it all my massage was FANTASTIC!

My experience at the ZZ Day Spa was incredible! I purchased the Happy Me Package for my birthday and it was everything and more. I was welcomed with smiling faces and the professionalism was chef’s kiss! The masseuse was very gentle and attentive to my tension area. I felt like a queen on my birthday. Although, the package states 2 drinks are included, I was provided with more, who can say no to that! I was handled with care and it was greatly appreciated. 10/10, highly recommend!

The ambience here is amazing! From the minute you walk through the door its like being transported to paradise I did not want to leave. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! I came in for a facial and my skin has never felt better I cant wait to try the other services they offer!

Amazing spa experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was transported to somewhere tropical. The lounge area is amazing - lounge chairs, swings, waterfalls, and videos of the beach. My massage was incredible! I told the masseuse the area I needed the most work in and she got every single knot out. Also, my facial was wonderful! It had been a couple years since I’ve gotten extractions done and my esthetician did an incredible job. I also loved the mask she put on me too. Overall, 10/10 experience!

This please was so incredibly relaxing and the massage was absolutely spectacular. My boyfriend and I were gifted the couples massage - it was 10/10. From the massage by Isabella to Kenzie’s service, the entire experience was phenomenal. Can’t recommend more!Ps cheesecake was fantastic and such a delightful surprise!

From Kristen, the host, to Nancy, my masseuse, to Domenika, facial person, to another Nancy, manicurist and pedicurist and Gary, the owner I enjoyed a wonderful day! Everyone I came into contact with were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was so well worth being treated. I am definitely coming here again.

7 West location. A beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. For a recent New Yorker resident with no close friends and family near by, this was the perfect place to start my birthday off. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, the receptionist (from Ukraine) is THE sweetest and my massage was so good, I feel that Im ready to have the best sleep almost an hour after. Will definitely be stopping by again!

My husband and I came here for a massage for his birthday and we had the most amazing time. The massages are great and the customer service is NEXT LEVEL. We weren’t expecting anything but they made it a super special and fun experience for my husbands birthday!

Omg totally amazing!! they made my sister birthday truly amazing!!! Birthday celebration in New York ✨️ 🤪. We traveled from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. I must say it was worthwhile. The manager greeted us personally with birthday cake, sparkling cider and gifts for the birthday girl. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the couple spa.

I stumbled across ZZDay SPA on someone’s instagram post and decided to book a 25 minute scrub and a Silver birthday package for my 55th Birthday! Let me tell you, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a beautiful woman with a smile. She then lead me into a beautiful area with dim lighting and a waterfall and serene music AND mimosas. Then I went into a room where I took some birthday photos. It just gets better from there. The scrub left my skin feeling like a new born baby’s skin. The massage was just right. Afterwards I was presented with champagne and my own personal birthday cake and card. THEN i was able to choose 3 out of 6 soaps. This place is an absolute MUST to visit. You won’t be disappointed!!!
