I found this place on Groupon and purchased the 60 min HydraFacial with Extractions and Collagen Mask. This had the be the BEST facial I’ve ever had. My esthetician, Mei, was so knowledgeable about skincare and she really took her time on me. She told me exactly what each product was that she was putting on my face and what the benefits would be for my skin. It really felt like she was customizing my skin and making my comfort a priority. The face massage she did was simply AWESOME; I would come back JUST for that. My skin looks dewy, super smooth, and hydrated. The two large pimples I had are gone I basically have glass skin now. They’re running a summer special, so get there while you can to take advantage of the price. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. ❤️

I get facials often and thought I would try the Hydrafacial here. It was amazing. Very well cared for, detail oriented, lovely people, and my acne prone skin is so happy. Highly recommend

I originally got a facial with Wendy and I must say she is amazing and the reason why I decided to buy a package because her hands are magical. I booked a new appointment and ended up with a totally different person and style of facial even though it supposed to be the same. This time it felt messy, unorganized and very painful. The lady was extremely harsh and use the needle excessively. Although she is nice I wouldn’t ever want to get a facial by her again. Plenty of marks and bumps after the facial that I have never gotten before with Wendy or anyone else.

Mai did an incredible job on my facial. She was so patient, attentive, detail oriented and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she’s passionate about her job and took the time and care to leave me feeling and looking great. I had quite a lot of buildup and she was gentle with extractions. Loved here!!

My facial was performed by Nina, who was absolutely wonderful. She used gentle, soothing techniques that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Nina was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed.

I had my first facial on Mother’s Day and it was great! I had Mei & she was the great, very informative, detailed and patient with all the questions i had. I had many compliments on my skin after.

Wendy is the best! I got a bikini wax and she did a great job! She made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough with the process. I highly recommend going to her for your waxes! Thanks Wendy!

I was really impressed by the service I received and by how nicely decorated, clean , and private the treatment room felt. My wax was painless and efficient , despite it being a while since my last Brazilian wax, which is a testament to how well the technician was and the hard wax they use. I also got my underarms done as part of a package. I will be returning here again to try out their other services.

This place was exceptional!! Wendy was amazing! So caring and kind and professional and she took such good care of my skin and gave me great recommendations. I left glowing! I highly recommend Wendy. Mei at W&M beauty took AMAZING care of me and my skin! My skin was very dull and clogged when I went in and I left totally glowing. She gave me a radio frequency facial with extractions. She was so thoughtful about the treatment and was so informative throughout the process. She helped me to better understand my skin and its needs and she never pushed products on me. The atmosphere was clean and very lovely - they provided a very professional spa experience. I ended up getting a 5-facial package (they have amazing deals) and look forward to returning soon.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The space is beautiful, new, and convenient to get to. Jennie did my wax and was so quick, I could hardly believe it! The most painless experience Ive had.

I went to see Wendy years ago because of a friend’s recommendation and have thought about that facial session with her ever since! Now having moved back to the city, it’s great to have my skin back in her care. Wendy is so knowledgeable, meticulous, friendly and personable. And you can tell she LOVES her craft. The facilities and the staff also reflect this same attention to detail. Thank you and very excited to have a trusted place to go to for my skin care!

I cant explain these good reviews. So yes while the place is clean and the staff are friendly...1) they absolutely dont do hydrafacials, which is why I went (found on Groupon -- lesson learned) I get a hydrafacial per month but wanted to save some money. I dont know what their machine is but it aint a hydrafacial, which is pretty universal machine anywhere you go.2) the person used some kind of needle or hook for extractions and while Ive never even noticed a blemish under my eye, she found something and made it a major problem. Skin 101 -- be careful with the undereye. Now Im left with a big raised, red cyst under my right eye 9 days later and have to see a dermatologist! Im so upset.Im 44 and have NEVER had anything like this. I know my skin. Afterwards they kept saying Youre skin is just sooo sensitive -- umm, its really not.Places to get a facial are everywhere -- dont gamble with your face here.

Ive been getting waxes from Wendy for about 10 years (we checked how long Ive been a customer :D) and facials for at least 5 years. Wendy is the best and I will follow her as long as I am able to! Ive gotten facials in many different places and many of them were okay, but they cannot compare. She is thorough with extractions and caters to your skins needs. I have sensitive, dry and acne prone skin. Its annoying to deal with, but seeing Wendy regularly has made my almost 40 year old skin glow. Im very happy to see that she has opened her own business. I highly recommend anyone looking for an esthetician to get a facial from Wendy.

Best facial I’ve ever had. Wendy is amazing. The studio is extremely clean and new. Wendy took her time with thorough extractions - my skin has never looked clearer - and a truly glorious facial and shoulder massage. Couldn’t recommend more. I’ll be back to buy a package

My experience here has been nothing but exceptional. From the moment I entered the salon, I was treated with the most friendly service. Wendy was attentive and kind throughout my entire wax. The wax was also done so well - probably the cleanest and quickest wax I’ve ever received. I am definitely telling all my friends to check this place out. I will be returning and considering their other services as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I purchased a 75 minute facial that lasted 55 minutes. I asked why my 75 minute appointment didn’t even last one hour and the aesthetician explained that the next time I came in (I won’t ever come back) and could have a discount then. I was so surprised. This isn’t what I paid for and I urge others to find a more reputable place.

I wanted to get rid of my hair, I purchased a Groupon for three sessions decided give it to try laser hair removal. Jennie is my technician, she is so sweet and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The procedure was virtually painless, and the sessions were quick. Im extremely satisfied and highly recommend here for laser hair removal.

Hands down , I had my best waxing service forever. Mei was super efficient and thorough, most importantly PAINLESS. It’s amazingly impressive. The spa is clean and welcoming. I will return in one month for my regular waxing service.

After trying several different places in the city for a hydrafacial, W&M was my favorite. Mei was knowledgeable and professional. She even gave me good advice on what to do for my skin at home.

I didnt know much about laser hair removal, but the WM Beauty Center team patiently answered all my questions, making me feel at ease.During the treatment, their expertise was evident, and they made sure I was comfortable at every step.

I requested for a Brazilian wax, I’ve got it done before as well, but it was so so painful. Mei did it. Very painful. And I was itching a couple of days after the wax as well. My skin in the area turned red. A couple of hair here and there was also left.Not satisfied.

I did the hydro facial today and my skin turned out smoother and brighter. Love the experience. I also really enjoyed the steam spa they did to open up the pores. Felt so relaxing 😇

I dont usually write a review unless the service is pretty good or the opposite, I’ve been aLoyal customer with Wendy since 8 years ago, when I met her at her old spa, I call her the flash lady, I swear I timed her Brazilian wax service and she took exactly 6min to finish me up, everywhere else I went I ended up having cramps from how long they take to finish the service,Her facial is something else, when I’m not feeling good and I wanna relax, I call Wendy, each time she does the service, I fall asleep on the middle, and once I’m awake I don’t even recognize my face, she really has magic on her hands, I deeply recommend trying the SPA even though I’m scared she will get busier to have openings for me, but she deserve the success because she works from the heart and she gives the best deals, try her and comment on here, I dare you you will put less than 5stars service, can’t wait to see you again Wendy, so proud of you that you opened your own spa 🥰

The service and the place were good, but I went for a costumized facial with extractions and neither the extractions nor the facial were good, they spent more time giving me facial and back massages than giving attention to my face. I didnt like it and I wouldnt go back.
