Bad vibes in this store. I knew exactly what I was looking for and asked them if they had any. the guy’s colleague had to explain it to him, which isn’t a big deal, but he then kept pointing me to the completely wrong product. I even showed him a picture of which thing I needed. Just weird vibes. I don’t wanna talk about my product requests with middle aged men, let alone re-explain what it is 5 times.

A friend and I went into this establishment yesterday. We were followed throughout the store by the man behind the counter. He did not ask if we needed assistance. When I made my purchase, he asked me to put in my pin for my purchase in which I told him it was not a debit card transaction. He wanted to see my identification in which I asked him why?I had to ask him for my card back. He held onto my receipt and my card as if it belonged to him. I made purchases and never am asked how to show my ID card. He wouldnt give me a receipt for my purchase and when I told him that he made me feel uncomfortable in his establishment, he still follows me and my friend out of the store. This place will NEVER get my business ever again. To anyone who has felt discrimination or uncomfortable in this establishment, I feel your pain and discomfort. STOP TREATING AFICAN AMERICANS AND LATINO AMERICANS LIKE WE ARE ALL CRIMINALS BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ALL CRIMINALS!

Felt so uncomfortable here as other reviews have stated. Owners do follow you everywhere you go. Would never go back. I was with my boyfriend and we both were creeped out. When I went in first they kept asking me if I needed help… weird weird weird!

I have to pretty much agree with the previous review. The owners are in business to make profits and want customers to use the booths. But when you do, they are still angry. Yes, they do open doors to booths, pound on doors, and spy on customers through adjoining booths. They are always shouting, and even when they are speaking another language, you can tell theyre directing hate at the customers. The store promotes itself to LGBTQ people, but I dont think the employees like them much.

Im a trans women and never have I been treated with such disrespect in my life..... I was follow almost shoulder to shoulder around the whole store then on the 5the time of them asking if u need any help was told after they were waiting for me to leave and they werent interested in my business so i walked a block down 5octhis shop on a second floor idk the name but very.friendly n helpful

I dont know what people see in this store this places is over priced but above all the employees are very rude they rushed me out of the store before I could choose what I wanted telling me you been here for too long its been 10min its time to go then why the hell are you 24hr and open for business when all your gonna do is rush customers to buy anything now I dont anything about running a business but I work in a business where we dont rush customers to buy our product its not smart it creates bad a relationship between the customers and the business leading to no money, no customers and no good reviews just a whole lot of bad ones honestly I believe they were racist cause they grew angry with me but not the white people in the store Im glad I didnt buy anything and Im also glad after the fight I had with them all the customers left right after me and didnt buy anything 😂 sad they had some really nice DVD I wanted but I was rushed out of the store before I could choose oh well I got girl any way

People who are working here are very nice compared to other shops in the area. There is a big selection and great prices. I recommend this place for sure.
