What can I say they always deliver a quality massage but you need to get the right person. Most of them are good though.

It was...bad. I originally scheduled online a 90 minute massage, 20 minute foot rub, and 60 minute facial several days in advance and received confirmation emails for each. The day of, about an hour beforehand, I received a text message confirming my appointments, but saying that they no longer do facials. Okay, would have been nice to have known that earlier. I asked if my other appointments would still be honored and they said they werent sure because they were busy with a lot of walk ins. Isnt that the point of making an appointment though that you get priority?When I got there, I was seen for my 90 minute massage pretty much right away. The massage itself was fine, and I tipped the massage therapist well.Afterward, I went in the bathroom. There was no soap OR hand sanitizer, despite a sign saying that employees must wash hands before returning to work. A.) Gross, B.) I guess they werent doing that.As I tried to exit the bathroom, the door wouldnt open, despite being unlocked. I had to text the front desk person to tell her I was stuck, and for the first 10 minutes or so she didnt believe me and asked me to send her a picture of the unlocked door. After about 30 minutes total, they were able to break the door so I could get free.I then went to get my 20 minute foot rub, but was told that despite having an appointment and being locked in their bathroom for half an hour, they were too busy for my appointment.They also did not offer any complimentary service or discount for my massage despite everything that happened. This would never happen at a professional massage place, but I guess you get what you pay for.In summary: Not clean, not professional, and they dont care about their customers. Not going back!

Their service was very good and the price was good as well! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge. If you haven’t been there and wanted to give it a try, I recommend 30min body with 30min foot massage for 45$

I don’t usually post reviews but I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for years, hands down the best foot rubs in the city. They are comparable to the foot massage places in Hong Kong. They are very talented and you can tell they are trained professionals. A lot of places like this have people that give a super mediocre massage, this place truly stands out and is a gem. I always request to be in the front, and go see Allen.All these annoying people that are complaining about giving a tip, are probably bad tippers in the first place and should understand a business for what it is and if they don’t like it, they simply shouldn’t go there.

I have used and recommended this business for ages. Quality of massage varies depending on who is assigned to you. In the past, I have suffered through bad services in order to avoid offending the masseuse. I have had masseuse doze off on me, lol. Lately, I have asked for a replacement, and they have obliged immediately.What grinds my gears is the credit card surcharge. I always pay with cash but recently wanted to buy a 10 massage pack which had a 8.6% up charge if paid with a card. Is that even legal? CC companies charge businesses anywhere from 1.5-3.5% per transaction. Why 8.6%? Then a question arises, why would a business want to operate through cash transactions predominantly? I wonder how does IRS audits work?

I have been to many places around the city for foot massages and this is by far my favorite. I enjoy the nice open area full of recliners for relaxing in there with my friends. Nice natural light. Good value especially if you pay cash. Excellent pressure! The best treatment for my arthritic toe knuckle.

Its somewhat cheap but massages are not great. Hate that they force you to tip 20% cause these massages are not worth that (also your masseur is always awkwardly staring at you when youre paying, as if to pressure you to tip even more). Appointment times are never honored, its always chaotic and a very unrelaxing environment.Overall, dont expect a great experience and you wont be disappointed.

They gyped me of my loyalty cards. Don’t trust the manager.

Tipped 15% which I thought was generous (they were 20 mins late on my appointment and massage was so bad I literally cut it short). They called me out and said minimum tip is 20%. I am NEVER going back there.First of all, what in the world is a minimum tip?! I decide how much to tip based on service quality, and if you think your masseurs are not making enough money then as their employer its your responsibility to pay them a living wage. Secondly, hope you enjoyed the couple extra dollars you squeezed out of me as you lost yourself a recurring customer and all my future massage spend.

Ive been coming here for over 6 years. I enjoy monthly massages- the women here are so strong. In my opinion the massages are underpriced so I make sure I tip generously and you should, too.

Careful with keeping cash in your pants. It has a funny way of disappearing while you’re getting your massage.Thank you for your response: i take these issues very seriously and would never make an unfounded accusation (I did file a police report). I did reach out on Saturday and Sunday. I was told the “manager would reach out to me after he checks the camera footage”. It’s almost Wednesday and my phone ambas yet to ring.

Always a good time when I come here!!!! But please let the staff know Covid is still real…… I was in the back getting a foot massage, I guess the sink that’s use for the workers! All u hear is hacking aka spitting in the sink and noise blowing…. Nasty nasty specially if I’m trying to enjoy my hour massage!!!!! Other than that I had a good time.

I don’t write reviews much but this place is very special! Every time I go here I think each person is the best- with Lucy and Lucky really standing out.I love getting real Chinese massages and sometimes this means that it will be painful in way westerners aren’t used to. Please trust that they are professionals and that the pain is worth it. I feel sooo much better!It’s also nice that this place is pretty quiet peace atmosphere.Not a lot of phone calls and alarms going off.Very good

Not only did I walk into the wrong spa but I also had a horrible experience (next time definitely going next door) customer service is HORRIBLE! Staff isn’t able to communicate. I don’t know about anyone else but when walking into a spa or any type of “massage” studio I expect it to be relaxing and enjoyable! WELL NOT HERE! Staff is consistently yelling, talking, running back and forth etc during sessions. You can also listen to everything happening in the room next to you while receiving a massage. THIS PLACE FELT LIKE A SPA FACTORY TO BE HONEST!

It’s a pretty good massage place, but it really depends on the person. I’ve gotten good ones here but last time I went the skill was not good. I love a deep tissue massage, but the masseuse was being really rough on my spine. I know the first thing for a masseuse to learn is that you should not be scraping the spine, let alone touching it. It left me with bruises along the spine that was extremely sore the next day. Probably won’t be coming back

The massage here was a very welcome surprise. i walked in for 30 minutes feet/30 minutes back, and it was worth every penny. i was impressed with the way the guy found every tender spot and immediately relaxed me in the middle of a hectic day. i’ll certainly be back.

Hands down best foot massage in the city. I come here on Sundays and get 30 up to 60 min foot massages and every single one has been incredible. If not coming solo though, highly recommend booking a reservation bc this place gets busy. And tip well! They work so hard. Really recommend!

I was referred to this place by a friend, so I made an appointment online, and when I turned up it looked like a tiny little space, but the place is huge and on two floors!I ordered an hour foot and lower leg massage. “Sam” gave me the massage, and it was absolutely amazing. There were times that I nearly shot out of the chair (as did the person beside me too!!!) but then he worked it out. I am going to start going on a regular basis. $30 for an hour was well worth the cost.

I go here almost twice a week. Ive honestly never had a bad experience. I walk in and Im literally taken right to a room and within 5 minutes Im getting a massage. I have a real tight body so I need a good deep tissue. I found Rick and Tyler, who know how to find the right knots and work them out. I recommend this place for sure.

I received a good massage, so did my niece. Staff is professional & attentive. Restroom clean well kept, my only regret is that when front door is opened...Cold air comes directly into the area of Recliners/Foot Rub stations.

Not sure if this was normal or not. But i felt uncomfortable with my body massage. Not only i was in pain but felt alil violated due to the fact i had a male masseuse, yes we all naked to get a massage but my towel kept getting lower n lower to the point i was getting my butt massaged but some akward ways that i had to keep pullin the towel up. Felt really weird. Also again i woke up with bruises and stiffness

My favorite place!!! I get full body for an hour then 1 hour massage. The prices are unbelievable and the massages outstanding. I had Lou Lou today for full body and she worked on an area where I pulled a muscle and was in so much pain. She relieved that pain and I feel so much better. Jimmy always does my foot massage. I’ve been coming here for years and come all the way from upper east side. There are lots of places closer to my apartment but not the same quality or prices. Exceptional place.

This place has become so disorganized, they don’t honor their appointments. I had an appointment for a foot massage to which I arrived on time for. There was a seat available which they refused to give me because someone else had an appointment. They attempted to convince me to have a regular massage in one of the rooms instead. Not recommended at all!

This is my go to massage spot in NYC. The price cant be beat and it was more clean than I could have imagined... it was spotless and they were Covid safe in every aspect. Then my masseuse helped guide me along the way, since Im still kind of a novice. My next and shoulder pains disappeared after the session, and i took a nice nap halfway through lol. GO HERE!!!

I came in for a foot massage about a month ago and had a terrible experience. A big guy was doing my massage and would keep pressing my feet too hard even as I said several times to please do softer as he was hurting me. He wouldn’t listen. The worst part is that he had a weird grin on his face, as if he was enjoying seeing me in pain which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Towards the end of the massage he pressed on my upper legs, getting too close to me. I have never felt this way before and it was definitely not okay. The business should keep an eye on their staff to make sure they’re all professional and respectful. Will never come here again!

In the past, I had positive experiences with this place. But I feel like I have to leave a review because of the awful time I had the last time I was there. First of all, they put me in a room and leave me there for almost 45 minutes. They actually forgot about me. Second, I notice the whole room was filthy and the massage bed smelled horrible. I should have left at that point. The massage was lackluster and there was no time left for the hot stones.To top it all off, the receptionist, screamed at me in front of all the other patrons for leaving a 15% tip (Keep in mind, I was not satisfied with the service.) She demanded I pay 20% tip minimum. All in all, I will not be coming back to this place.

Stopped in for their $39 foot and back special. One of the guys worked me so hard I wanted to fight him. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing massages every time!

The massage was great but the sales tactics were really off putting. They advertise $40 and tried to charge $158 for 3 with card. Then said cash was $146. Don’t advertise a price if you don’t want to accept that amount. When I asked what the extra was they didn’t try to explain and just said that’s what it is.

After walking for days my feet were killing me. For $40 for an hour of feet/calls you cant go wrong. I loved my massage but the stocky man at the register was a bit rude/short in my opinion, however I would return.My friends did the foot and back massage and didnt have as good of opinion that I had (due to the back massage part).

I left that place more stressed than when I got. Half of my body massage, my messenger was falling asleep, so bad experience.I am pretty sure that in this place, owners force people work more hours.

Love this place!! I go here often as you are guaranteed a great deep tissue foot massage or back massage. Never had a bad experience here. They follow all Covid19 regulations. Antibacterial at the door/temperature taken/everyone wears masks the entire time. Wipe downs of all areas consistently. Great pricing too!

It would be a no stars if available. I went with friend the last day of our NYC vacation. We both overlooked the cleanliness (room walls/baseboards) because the massage tables appeared to be clean. The guy dug his elbow into the back of my leg and pulled it to the back of my knee. I said ouch - that hurt!. He did it again. I said you are hurting me!! He moved on and wasnt so forceful. Into the evening, my leg was swollen and I couldnt hardly walk. That was on August 29th. Today is September 7th. My leg throbs non-stop and sleep is restless because the pain wakes me up throughout the night. On August 31st, I went to my medical doctor. He said that the pressure made my leg bleed down the tendon. I am angry, miserable and absolutely disgusted! Refund my money! Its the least you could do @ All Seasons Body Work.

I am in recovery from years of pain management and narcotic treatment for bone and nerve deterioration due to several things. But to make a long story short I have been medication free for three years and that is in a huge part to All seasons massage. I suffer from neuropathic pain and sciatica. I live a healthy, but busy New York lifestyle and do not make a ton of money. But this place makes the luxury of massage accessible. I come average, about 3 to 4 times a month. This place is full of talented people that do great work. I have spent triple the money at places like Bliss for half of the results. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve been coming here for years and up until several months ago used the same guy. When my regular guy left, I thought my world was over. I had never used anyone else but him. But they recommended someone that they promised would absolutely be able to make me as happy as he did and they have. He goes by “Clark”and he’s a huge part of my New York survival kit. The staff is kind and what they lack in communication, they more than make up for with kindness, professionalism skill. It’s a New York gem and they could actually charge more than they do. I make sure to over tip! I’m sure my gratuity has played a huge part in the wonderful treatment I’ve received. And it’s important to show as much gratitude for this place that has plays huge part of my pain management.

I’ve been coming here for three years and it’s really the best. The boss lady will refer to you the best therapists if you ask. I come for back walk and sports therapy and Sky and Lucas are the best. Strong deep and accurate therapy.What really touched me most was I dropped an expensive jewelry pendant in the room, worth 1k and was distraught but the boss called to tell me it was found. They are so honest and loveable. Prices are the best in town, is a plus too. I used to go to salon de Tokyo with a sauna but who needs them at double the price and with less capable therapists. All Seasons is number one for best therapy.

I’m an active person. I work out several days a week and run about two times a week. I was referred to All Seasons Body Work by a coworker, who told me to go to Murphy. Let’s just say I’ve been coming to him religiously for about six months. He’s strong, accurate, and relaxing. Best foot massage I receive hands down.

In the last few months I had several massages in this place and every time the massage was great. Affordable prices too.

Usually in summer when I visited NY, this place is very crowded but I was lucky to get a spot for food massage. I needed badly after long flight and then walk walk in NY. Massage was great and they deserve good tips but too noisy. The staff and customers talk too much and you cannot rest or close your eyes.

Pre-COVID, this was my go to place for massages. My cousin and I went the other day and it was heavenly and soothing. I booked a one hour foot massage for us and a one hour ginger bath and somehow the ginger bath part got lost in translation and we ended up having another wonderful foot massage for a discount. Hard to complain about that in this “new normal” I plan to get back to my twice a month visits.

They are thieves!! My gold necklace disappeared from my bag. Never will I ever go to this place full of thieves who dont even bother to replace the missing valuable gold necklace. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED.

The receptionist asked about my reservation online, I showed my ClassPass reservation, he didnt mention that Im at the wrong place and they dont work with ClassPass. Only after a massage at the reception they pointed out that this is the wrong place, and they actually dont work through ClassPass, and the place I was looking for is next door. Why the didnt say this in the beginning, but only after massage?... Ive missed my ClassPass reservation and ended up paying for 2 different massages. The style of the communication is very unprofessional, they didnt suggest any way of resolving this situation.If this is just a competition with the place next door and simple stealing the clients - it worked.Doesnt recommend this place.

A gem of a place! I cannot recommend All Seasons enough...called day of and was able to get two hour long foot rub appts. The place is extremely covid safe, the staff is very nice, and they do an amazing job. Cannot wait to start going back more consistently :)

All seasons Body Works is a great relaxing place, Ivan is the best taking his personal time to set up my and a friend of mine Ron appointments and checking on our experience each week. We are regulars everytime we are in the City (almost every week).

This place can be good but I had an awful 1 hour massage. Avoid Sophia. Unable to give proper pace and no time for hot stone like others at this place. The check out person also forced me to give a good tip despite the poor experience.

This was probably the worst massage Ive ever had in NYC :(The person I got kept applying a ton of pressure directly onto my spine. He clearly had no clue how target muscles and massage each side without applying pressure directly to the spine. I eneded up asking him to stop half way through. I dont know if I had more pain coming in or afterwards. Definitely not coming back here.

Taking one star off for very crowded space but I highly recommend Ryan for his knowledge in acupressure points and deep soothing massage.
