First time getting a hydrofacial. Tech told me that the salon is a medical spa, so if you go somewhere else, there will probably be more frills. The technician was nice, the facial didnt really hurt and my skin looked good after the service

5 stars hands down! I have tried so many laser spas in the past few years and saw little to no results. I actually came to this spa about 6 years ago and had the same frustrations but decided to give it another go. I met Amanda and she is the reason I continue to go back! It’s not just the spa it’s the technician! She is so kind and has so much patience. It’s not an easy process for someone like me who has a low pain tolerance but she never makes me feel bad about it! If you want a bang for your buck request Amanda! She’s the only technician I’ve ever seen lasting results with!

My first appointment went great. First, I mistakenly came to the wrong location (I didn’t realize I has booked myself for an appointment in another office, and Alithea quickly accommodated me so I didn’t need to commute to the other location (thanks Alithea so much!). Then the treatment itself went great, it was quick and Cinaya explained everything to me and replied to all my questions professionally. I felt very comfortable here.

If youve been struggling with acne,dark spots,or just looking for some laser treatments this is the place to go! The equipment and technology they have is so helpful to get rid of all the impurities or the skin etc. Always have great deals on Groupon if your just looking to give it a try.The location is ideal,super clean and classy! Awesome service. I made a last minute appointment for same day and Czanya and Ariona were able to squeeze me in without issue. The session for full face and underarms was smooth and so much less painful than threading and waxing. Would definitely recommend!

You have to ask for Ariona! Normally I feel a lot of pain when I get laser hair removal done, but Ariona is super gentle yet effective! I’ve been noticing a lot of hair growth even after the 4th appointment, but after meeting Ariona during my 5th appointment and I mentioned my concerns, she was able to help me see so much of a change. I wish I could’ve had Ariona help me during every one of my appointments! She’s the best! I would recommend her in a heartbeat and she’s super nice as well!

Today was the first time i ever get laser hair removal done, and it was one the best experiences! the technician that helped me was Cinaya, she was extremely resourceful and had great knowledge of the procedure. she instructed me on how to take care of my skin and was very helpful in making sure of that. beside that she was professional and made me feel super comfortable! love the energy and vibes.

Cinaya has been the absolute best and she is always very thoughtful. She always makes me feel comfortable and is very skilled at what she does. Katie at the front desk is really sweet too. GULYA GULYA GULYA IS A MUST. It was my first time doing a Brazilian and legs and she made me feel so comfortable, was very professional and was very patient with me. She took her time explaining the procedure, took her time during the session (pays attentive to the small details), asked if I was doing ok throughout the session and explained the aftercare. I visited the upper east side location for the first time . I was so nervous to have my brazilian laser hair removal, and I must say that the experience was amazing! The sap is very clean, stylish, easy to get to since its so close to the train station. Cinaya was my technician she was so patient with helping me today, answering all my questions. It was my first time here. The receptionist Katie was so unprofessional and rude and she doesnt know how to talk to new customers. I was 20mins late for my appointment due to heavy rain and change of train schedule and Katie was screaming again and again that you are super late. Even if i was late she cant to talk to customers like this, she should have rescheduled me. I usually dont call people names but this crossed eye women (katie) i am calling her name because she should know that she is not beautiful so she cant discriminate other people for their looks or color. I had friends and colleagues who wanted to go to this place after me but when i told them about this no one wants to go there as there are many other options. And beware of more than $100 tax which they wont mention before (if its your first time like me)

I cannot recommend Manhattan Laser Spa enough! I have been getting Laser Hair removal for a little over a year now, and have had a significant difference in hair growth. At this point I am only needing routine touch ups, because the hair growth is so thin, almost nonexistent. I made the switch from waxing, and would never go back to that! My laser techs have been Amanda G. and Cyn, and they are both super professional, energetic, and friendly. As is the rest of the staff. Check out their seasonal package deals, and even do a payment plan if necessary! If you’ve been considering doing laser hair, this is your sign to just DO IT! You’ll thank yourself later.

Cinaya provides the best laser hair removal in the city! I’ve been doing laser for a long time in a few different spas around NY and Miami and have never had a technician care so much about my progress and results. Strongly recommend !

I will start by saying the office was very nice and so we’re the staff. Unfortunately the results of the service I had done was unsatisfactory. I had lip fillers done and I was told by the young lady who did my fillers that after a few days of swelling that I may lose about 40% of the additional volume. Which was understandable. I’m about two weeks in and I see no difference in my lips. I reached out to the staff members who booked my service which I sent pictures of which I would have liked my results to be which by the way was not asking for a lot I already have a nice shaped lip I just wanted a bit more volume but still natural looking. I reached out and told her that my lips look the exact same as when I went in and her response was I’m sorry to hear that. She did not ask me for pictures nor to book a consult to she how we could address my concerns for a service that’s not even two weeks old and I was told the volume would last 6 to 12 months. I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t be they care enough about their reputation as a business that’s satisfied their customers.

Laser. hair removal has changed my life for the better! I had strawberry legs that were a big insecurity of mine for year, I would always want to wear long pants so my leg wont show. After trying different methods to fix it, I gave in to laser hair removal and I do not regret it at all. Amanda Gonell is great! She talks you through the whole session, answers any question/concerns, and is great at what she does. She specializes in darker skin tones, so she knows what she is doing. Im on my 4th session and see tremendous results with improving my strawberry skin and the growth of my hair. I have little to no hair growth, and the hairs that do grow back, grow very light so you cant see it. I highly recommend getting laser hair removal, especially with Amanda G!

This place is pathetic. I did lip filler and came back because one side was bigger than the other. Instead of correcting the botched job they did they wanted to charge me to correct it. Terrible customer service tecnician did not explain aftercare instructions and i was left to figure things out on my on. Do not recommend this place if you mess something up the client is not responsible to pay for your errors.

The aesthetician (?) was friendly and honest, but my Ultherapy didn’t show any effects afterward (had it in August, 2021). I asked the official Ultherapy company whether this was normal and someone said he would follow up with me. Never heard back ever since. Spent somewhere around $2200 for lower face and full neck and felt a waste of money...

I have been getting botox for around 1.5-2 years. I recently moved to the city and needed to find a new salon. I showed up at the salon, got 20 units of Botox, and said that I only needed/wanted my elevens and my crows feet. I did not request any other area of my face. My first complaint is with the technician.She started by trying to convince me that I needed to have my forehead done. I did not request to have my forehead done. I said I wanted my elevens and crows feet. She argued with me trying to convince me to get my forehead and nearly injected it before I stopped her and said I didnt want that. Then, when she finally moved on to my crows feet she spent 10 minutes trying to inject my left eye because there was a vein in her way. I have gotten my crows feet done multiples times elsewhere and NEVER has that doctor mentioned a vein or even hesitated to inject my crows. This made me immediately question her skill level as it is her job to be able to avoid a vein, and its obviously possible if someone else could do it multiple times before. On top of this, she finally finished my elevens and crows and stated that there was more of my 20 botox units left over, so I should get another area. I said okay, why not and let her inject another area of my eyes and the last little remaining into my forehead.Now, two months later, I have full movement. She obviously spread the botox too thin across my face, so eager to do my forehead, and didnt put enough in the two areas I wanted - my elevens and crows. Now, two months later, I would have to go back and pay for more. It is an obvious scam of spreading the botox too thin so you break through quickly and need to come back for more.On top of all of this, when I called them to express my concerns that I am breaking through only 2 months later, they were rude and fought with me about it. Horrible customer service.I will NEVER be going back to Manhattan Laser Spa and I highly recommend everyone avoid it. They will scam you and the quality of the product and technicians is low. It is not worth it. There are a million spas in NYC, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Paula was amazing! She did my lip filler! First time and she was so easy with it.

I’ve been coming here to do my laser and I am satisfied with the result. The only downside is that a room has no air purifier and you are doing laser for an hour. It’s gets warm and smelly from hair burning even with a mask on.

The most irresponsible place I have ever seen to erase a tattoo I was paying for a job and they hid information from me and after I finished my process I wanted me to pay more to continue with the process that I had already quoted in a price and to top it off the work they did to me erasing my tattoo was a fiasco I regret wasting my time in that place
