I got a sns powder manicure and a pedicure done. The nail salon is spacious and has lots of color options but…the standard pedicure lasted like 7 mins, they barely filled the water, barely scrubbed or cut my cuticles. No leg massage, barely put lotion on.I had sns already, for the removal of the old sns, instead of using the foil like all other salons they used a bowl with acetone which made my fingers feel nasty! My hands felt dry.I already had almond shaped nails and just needed to make them slightly shorter and she wanted to charge me an extra $5 which was ridiculous! Once my nails were done it looked like she did a decent job. She didn’t put lotion or cuticle oil once we headed to pay and we asked she put the lotion and cuticle oil. When I left it looked like she did a decent job but literally the next day the nails started to crack!! Definitely do not recommend this place! Almost all nails had crack in them after just 1day!!!! I been getting my nails done for the past 5 years and this is the first time my nails cracked in less than 1 days! Fyi no I’m not a construction worker.

I have been coming here for the past months (about3now) and I always come in with new nail design ideas, one of my fav nail lady always does my GelX nails && i Can not say enough how much she cares & puts her effort for my nails to come out great! 💓, she is very hardworking & since I always come from work and straight to do my nails, I get there sort of late & they always make sure I’m taken care off. My nails came out perfect & they look amazing. (By the way I come from Queens) they also have a rewards program which turns out good 😊. I love this nail salon, and will keep on coming in here with more nail design ideas! Thank youuu!

I just started getting acrylics a few months ago and this was by far my best experience yet. The time they took to shape the nail and thoroughly file down each side so the fill went to all the way to my cuticle and wasnt hanging over any edges of my nails left everything looking perfect. Highly recommend!

I got a Gel-X set here before going on vacation. By day 6 one nail fell off, by day 10 I have 2 nails left. I went in to see what they could do for me and they said Gel-X isn’t supposed to last long. I’ve been getting Gel-X nails for years and they’ve lasted up to 4 weeks! Upsetting because I live so close to this salon but sadly won’t be returning. Also, they do not use the authentic Après Gel-X brand products as advertised. The knock-off gel extensions were very flimsy and low quality and they did not have a variety of shapes and lengths to choose from.

$125 for spa pedicure with gel + gel manicure to match. It was really relaxing and I think she did a great job.

I had an amazing experience at Spring Nail Beauty Spa! I had a very important meeting to attend but needed a quick classy gel manicure and they accommodated me and expedited the process by assigning another nail tech to assist the main nail tech! I left with a beautiful manicure and made it to my meeting right on time! I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this nail spa! Also ask for Ellen, she’s the sweetest and was very meticulous with my nails. They’re perfect!

Good price but the Dazzle Dry chipped off after two days. It usually lasts a week or more.

I only go here to get my nails done, they are polite, kind, and professional, and they always do a really good job where they take their time.

I don’t know how but I walked out of here paying $59 for a gel manicure. And it really wasn’t that great. I asked the lady doing my nails not to cut my cuticles but to simply push them back. She unfortunately used a nail file to cut away at the cuticle and it hurt a lot.I also feel like the paint job could have been better. Two stars because they were nice and attempted the design. Unfortunately it doesn’t look that great but I guess I’ll have to live with it.

Went in for a manicure and the woman who did it quite literally cut off all my nails so that they’re stubs. She then neglected to even shape them. They’re rigid and cut off below the point of my finger tips and I came in with about half an inch of length.. I’m so disappointed and do not recommend.

I have been going to Spring Nail Beauty Spa for over ten years and they are the best, particularly for SNS manicures. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, and the spa is very clean. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great manicure or pedicure.

Its a pretty big place, which is hard to tell from the outside. I was immediately seated for my mani pedi at a reasonable price. The place looks relatively clean, and she brought out packaged tools which means they were sanitized. She tried to upsell me to a massage deal which wasnt difficult as I was already contemplating one. However then she upsold me again, which again was a good deal and easy as I wanted it. But just a warning for those not interested in being upsold. She also didnt like the tip I left her and told me how much I should give her, which I found awkward and unprofessional. I told her a left an acceptable percentage. She did continue to give me a good manicure so at least she didnt let that interfere with her work. The manicure, pedicure, and massage were good quality so overall it was a good experience.

I received a pre-Thanksgiving manicure when I was just wandering around looking for a place in the city before the holidays. I got the red Essie gel color- it did cost an extra $2 but I think it was worth it since I got approx 8 days of wear (while moving and doing a lot of dishes). It held up really well and I only removed it because it had grown out too much. The place is simple and relaxing and they were extremely efficient which I appreciated.Update: So I came here again a second time and got a different lady. It was a very rushed manicure overall. It didn’t look ‘bad’ but the layers were not even. I could see where the second coat was only covering a portion of the nail bed and the top coat had a marks too. Nails weren’t filed evenly either. The lady did fix one that was significantly different unshaped but seemed annoyed and rushed to get the polish on. I understand that it can be difficult when running a business and that the prices are very affordable, but I ended up taking the polish off two days later and did a better job at home. I usually hope to get something slightly better than I could do at home.My second time was a 1 star experience, and my first time was 5 starts so I’ve updated the rating to reflect that.

My go-to neighborhood place for years for gel manicures and other services. Reasonably priced, friendly, efficient, and highly competent staff. Living on this block which has at least two other nail salons, I recommend this one. It delivers. Edit:Shoutout to Sunny. She gives highly therapeutic massages (in addition to manicures/pedicures). I rely on her massages to relieve my chronic neck and shoulder pain.

When I came in for the first time. It was a great experience. They had the colors I liked and had a manicurist named fooni. Fooni did an excellent job. I could be spelling her name wrong.Second time I came, they didn’t have my colors. So I picked something different. The manicure/ pedicure special is great, but be careful. They try to get you for spa, massage foot treatment. I came in to spend $35 and walked out paying $95, not including tip. They try to upsell you, but they do it in a way that’s shady. They tell you spa is $60 but don’t tell you it’s $60 plus $35 for manicure & pedicure. So you’re under the impression that it’s $60 total for spa treatment, mani and pedi. So I just let it sly.Came back for the third time, they didn’t have the colors I liked anymore. Apparently they just said they don’t have it. So I picked something else. I asked the manicurist if she could cut my toe nails shorter, she said she couldn’t cause it would cut me. she was very adamant about not cutting them shorter. So I asked for the nail clipper and cut it myself to show her that she wouldn’t cut me. Of course I cut more than I would’ve liked. So she left me with uneven toe nails. She didn’t bother cutting the other toe nail to even it out.So, if you come here. Expect your experience here to be inconsistent. It’s disappointing cause I really liked it the first time. I’ll be searching for another nail salon.

I’ve been coming here for years (not consistently) and I never ask for a specific person.I came almost two weeks ago and I didn’t like my nails and the gel polish lasted only 4 days. Whomever did my nails last time rushed and also only did two coats. She also didn’t get the entire nail, she missed tons of spots.I came today on a Monday afternoon. It was pretty empty which was great and peaceful so my nail tech (Vivian) was able to take her time.The only thing I didn’t like was the gel polish take off process. I have to find a safer way to take it off for the nails. It takes long and it does a number on the nails. But other than that Vivian was great.I paid for the gel mani pedi with a 20 minute foot/leg massage. She was great and precise with everything. She didn’t make me feel rushed either. She made sure to not miss a spot at all. Next time I go back, I can finally ask for someone. Thanks Vivian.Just a tip for you if you go: Saturdays are crazy hectic there.Also, I paid $100 for everything plus a tip separately.

$65 for a basic French mani and pedicure with callous remover + tip. no spa add on. 5 seconds out the salon and my nails messed up. Worth $25 at best.

I have finally found my manicurist at Spring Nail Beauty Spa. I waited for months before I left a review to assess the quality and consistency of the team here. Amy and Jenny are perfectionists. After months of using SNS powder dip my nails have grown to be the longest and strongest they have EVER been. I have tried countless places and used powder dips before but this place is the best quality I have found in their application. It has been more than 6mths I have been coming here. My nails never chip or break. I come once every three only to redo nail growth. It can be a bit of a wait at peak times but worth it. I have gone to all the top salons l, usually near work in midtown NYC, until I discovered this place this discrete gem. I can not recommend Spring Nail Beauty Spa. They work fast, with diligence and care. Thank you, Ladies!

A group of friends and I spontaneously stopped by Spring Nail Beauty Spa for some last minute Pride celebrations - and the experience was well worth it!Coco was incredibly detail-oriented while moving with precision and speed; without prompting she took the time to redo any nails that had uneven layers and ensured the final product aligned as closely to the reference photos as possible.While three of us were getting manicures, our fourth friend, who is a massage aficionado, opted for a pedicure/massage - only to then spend the rest of the weekend talking about what an amazing massage he had received!

I came in for a pedicure and foot massage to escape the heat and it was worth it. Very friendly stylist and I felt rejuvenated!

My go-to for UV gel tips and excellent hand painted nails. Always well done and gorgeous, usually lasts around a month. Repairs usually free or cheap and a good deal on fills. Solid pedicures too.

Very nice place! They did a fantastic job doing these chrome nails! The only reason why I rated this 4 stars is because the woman who did my nails, made my nails bleed a bit while filing, other than that a good place!

Lady literally went at my nails like she hated me, lol. Charged extra to make them almond but chiseled them to a fine point. Cut several of my cuticles, complaining about how I was holding my hands and muttering to herself...

I paid a really large tip I came I. Yesterday around 2 or 3 something today is the second day n my nail is already cracking on the side she did not put a lot of filling in my nails I’m disappointed because I paid all that money just for my nails to already break

Lady did a good job filing and cuticles but poor job painting. Feels too thin even when i suggested another coat. Missed a spot on clear top coat polish. Wont go back. $36 i expect perfection with gel. Everyone welcomed and friendly

I feel robbed. They always try to up charge you for every little thing. I have learned to just say no but today was the last straw I avoid every up charge and just get what I came in for and the lady after a $53 dollar service tells me I need to give 20% I gave $8 and my service was not that great but since she asked I asked if she had change for a $20 she came back with $10 thats not what I asked. But I said you know what this is just my last time here she probably needs $18 in tip 🙄 BYE

The worst service ever would never recommend. The lady who was doing my nails was shouting and you can tell theres anger in the way she was doing my nails. She cut my skin twice and didnt apologize or put any disinfectant. I was really hurt towards the end and was ready to not continue and leave half way but didnt. Which now I regret. Very bad Im never coming here again.

Love this place! I tried a couple other places for tips and SNS before Spring Nail and I won’t go anywhere else anymore. They never chip and she makes them look so natural and thin people are constantly asking me if they’re my real nails and where I got them done. I literally always recommend this place to everyone. • Planned a girls’ day on 2/24/2024 for pedicures and nail tips• Foot pain led us to a nearby empty salon; seemed like a good idea.not our usual spot• Daughter showed a nail design photo; stylist deviated, causing frustration, oval shape looked like sharp triangle points, design was wrong, and colors were off and she did not finish.• While I finished my pedicure with another pedicure’s in the back my daughter’s session ended abruptly and unsatisfactorily.• The owner, was trying to to tell her to finish with the right glitter and she was packed and ready to go home talking in Chinese to the other girls.. the owner who downplayed and dismissed our concerns• I Paid and tipped despite the subpar service; left the salon, which was closing up.• when we left my Daughter shared instances of rudeness and mistreatment during her session that manicurist cut her cuticle and made her bleed and hit the top of her hands to tel her to dry or get them out of the lamp.• I Returned to address issues with the owner, who attempted to minimize and deny• she Refused a cash refund she said her register was closed. The other worker and her start talking in Chinese whispering . I knew something was up but She offered a gift certificate in a fancy envelope. Later when I got home I opened it up and I see she wrote an expiration date for the same day . Exp2/24/24 H-O-W FREAKIN S-N-E-A-K-Y AND I KNOW THEY’ve DONE THIS MANY TIMES BEFORE THATS WHAT THE WHISPERING WAS ALL ABOUT. Ughh• This place is not the type of place you can relax and pamper yourself. While I was getting a pedicure they started to clean both machines and mop on both sides. They open up the pedicure machines and it flooded and my sneakers were on the floor. I’m getting a massage and all the stuff is splashing with dirty water splashing. I told them that this was not relaxing that I was trying to get a massage and that they were making me nervous because cleaning stuff over you and it smells like cleaning fluid. This place lacks integrity mortal Compas is just not the place you ever want to go in unless I don’t know it’s just don’t wanna go in there. Spend money to get treated that way. the lack of integrity, moral compass, and cultural insensitivity.• Concluded the salon should not exist they have no clue how to treat people athey just want your money they don’t care annd they don’t know what their doing. Fenig is the best! Such a relaxing experience and very spacious inside salon. Also, there is usually never a wait for walk ins. If there is, they are honest and tell you how long/when to come back (unlike many other nail salons). My gel manicure from here consistently lasts more than two weeks.

I come here every week for a fresh mani and the service is always great and they do a great job! It’s always very clean and there’s never a long wait, if any at all. Highly recommend!

The manicurist called me a “worthless nigger” and insulted me for over an hour in front of the entire store. She was unaware I could understand her. After reporting her to the store manager I quietly left but I will be taking further action to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Nail tech rushed through my manicure with dipping powder and left polish residue on my fingers. Although I was displeased with the service I tipped $5 and received a “that’s it?” response. It hasn’t been 24 hours and my nails are already chipping!

I love this place! Usually there after work in the neighborhood and it’s quiet, clean and affordable pricing. The ladies are awesome and very attentive to detail.

Not a great experience but pretty cheap. The manicurist was super rough with my nails and two of my cuticles were bleeding after and feel raw. The gel manicure is pretty sloppy and she should have done another coat because it is a light color and you can see through it still in parts.

I keep returning to Spring Nail & Beauty Spa for a mani/pedi because they are very patient with me & my tender feet.

Never again. Convenient location for me but clearly they don’t like their American customers. There is no effort for pleasantries and only speak among themselves in Chinese. The larger Chinese lady hurt me while digging in to clean my cuticles, too rough during pedicure. It didn’t last a week before chipping.

The experience was horrible. The lady who did my nails was aggressive & two of my nails fell off within 2 days of having them.

Came and got a manicure. they didn’t even give the color a second coat to fill in before adding the second color and the top coat. it’s extremely rough around the edges. I do not recommend coming here at all

Had acrylics and gel done here almost a month ago maybe 3 weeks ago. The ladies did a good job except putting on the acrylic too thick and i got drilled in the skin with the drill many times. was painful. cant believe i spent $100 on nails though so i kinda wish the price was a little lower. other than that, my nails look good, ill come back one more time to give it one more chance.

The lady did a good job with my manicure and massage (although they were confused with what we wanted, even though we made a correct appointment); however, the lady that did my daughters acrylic nails was so rough and aggressive. She would grab my daughters hand, turn it sharply, gave her a few nicks, and rubbed the skin raw on multiple fingers. My daughters hands hurt so bad that she didnt even want to get her nails painted. We ended up leaving without paint in the nails. Unfortunately wed already paid and they did not offer to refund some of the money.

Simply amazing….by far the best manicure from (Sunny) the same as back rub. Even though the location is a bit inconvenient, I will never go elsewhere! I have had countless mani-petties regularly all over Manhattan. This spa is beautiful and immaculate, and Sunny, is the best in all services I’ve ever had. I am 71 years old so I’ve had more time on the court, than most, to know the difference, and I am painfully a perfectionist!Go it is so worth it, also I was astonished at the more than reasonable prices!🥰👩‍🎨

They were so sweet and did a great job! I got the neon ombre with the dip powder in the pictures and I was so impressed with the technicians technique and they really took the time to make my nails look good. Also a large comfortable salon. I walked in and I didnt have to wait at all.

My nail beds were a wreck from constant exposure to harsh paint thinners etc. Super happy with my gel manicure- Julie was great and super gentle on my damaged skin.

They really fixed my tired soles and hands. The extra exfoliation on my soles was very needed and worth a little extra. It’s clean, the prices are decent and the staff is friendly. I recommend it.

This was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The woman doing my pedicure took 30 mins to remove my gel polish and when it came time for her to actually start the pedicure it was rushed. Initially came in for a gel pedicure but left with nothing because I had another appt. The cleaning up she did wasn’t thorough and she didn’t file my nails down. Im also certain they up-charged me, waste of $40.

My initial experience was fantastic. The technician took her time and did a wonderful job.My 2nd time was rushed. The technician was aggressive. I was cut on several occasions with the tools around my cuticles. Four days later it still hurts. Not the best experience. The older lady is the best!

I went for a gel mani / regular pedi for the first time yesterday. I asked for Vivian as I saw good reviews in here - she did a great job, very attentive to detail. At some point I messed up one of the nails and not only she repainted the nail that was visibly chipped but also three others that had minimal and almost imperceptible damage. She even advised me on the gel color that matched better the one i chose for the pedi. Prices are affordable as compared to other places. This will be my new go-to manicure spot. Thank you!

Came in during my break for a pedicure the salon was extremely clean they gave excellent service and was thorough with my pedicure and attentive to my needs and request I would definitely recommend and will come back as well

My experience wasn’t professional detail matters seemed like they were very much in a rush didn’t take there time and do the little things to make it neat and it didn’t feel welcoming for a woman of color

Worst service for tips. I asked for acrylics. The woman just proceeded to do dip powder tips. Didn’t explain anything at all until I stopped and asked what she was doing. She said “it’s better, same price”. Then when I showed her the design I wanted- after she informed me it would be $15 more- she botched the nail design completely. I would’ve rather her tell me she couldn’t do it rather than her fail horribly at doing the design I wanted. In the end- she also charged for the shape. I truly regret not just sticking to a regular gel manicure.The pedicure was fine. DO NOT DO TIPS HERE!!

Highly recommend Spring Nail, my go to salon. Ive always had a good experience. My preferred services: gel mani/reg pedi/ plus brow waxing back massage. Also tried other pedi options. Now, I use less gel. My regular light colored mani usually lasts two weeks.I always feel pampered, cared for and appreciated as a loyal customer by manager Ginny and staff. Ive brought friends and theyve all enjoyed their treatments. Comfortable for all genders. Love seeing all the healthy green plants.Updating my review to say I appreciate the renovations to the Spring Nail environment. New furniture, including manicure tables with pedicure dryers at the bottom, so your pedi dries while you are having your manicure. The large airy space has been reconfigured in a way that makes more sense. A large spiffy new display for polishes also provides privacy for the massage chairs. Other pedi drying stations are directly across from pedi chairs and theres more. Check it out. Ive always had great service for 20 years here and I appreciate the investment that Ginny and others have made in their business. I think the many healthy green plants are a great recommendation.

When I arrived I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and asked how much it would cost in order to avoid confusion. They told me 60$ and I agreed and confirmed again. Right before painting my nails the tech wrote out what she was charging me which was 73$ and I told her that it isn’t what was originally agreed upon. She spoke to the person at the front and came back with charging me 68$. I stated again that it wasn’t what I was told but she didn’t listen. While she started painting the nails on my right hand someone else came over wanting me to sign the receipt so I let her know I was right handed and that I could sign once they were dry. She said “no” and to do it at that moment which caused some of the nails to smudge and the nail tech to get annoyed. She rushed through the rest of my nails and missed some of the top coat as well because she was rushing to leave. It’s been a few hours and some of my nails are smudged and shows where some of the top coat is missing. It was not the best experience.

I go on Monday for a beautiful gel manicure . I always ask for my favorite manicurist and she knows how I like my nails. The prices are good and the salon is comfortable. I would give 5 stars if the ladies didnt talk among themselves while working on customers. I find that annoying.

I rushed in at 7:30pm asking what time they closed bc I desperately needed a mani pedi before ny vacation to Hawaii the next day. They were very accommodating and agreed to stay late for me. I got great service and was so happy with my gel mani pedi color. I will return and I will recommend this place to all my friends! Thank you to the nice ladies who worked tandemly on me! I will come earlier next time! Sorry about that but thank you for taking me!

WORST manicure I have ever gotten. They removed my UV gel mani and replaced with dip. Manicurist had a hand tremor so experience was super unpleasant, my nails were fragile from removing the UV gel and she completely butchered them, I kept begging her to be more gentle and she just hacked away at them with a metro card (which is normal in nyc but I’ve always hated it, so painful and unsanitary). Nails starting chipping within 2 days and starting coming off entirely within 3. I went back for fixes and once again they started chipping and coming off within a few days. I went back again and begged the manager for a refund so I could get them redone somewhere else but she refused. Instead she fixed the ones that came off again and put another coat on all of the others. Once again a few days later they were chipping and coming off, so I went back in because the manager had told me she would keep doing fixes. The manager was not there and the other staff knew the situation but were very rude, insisting it was all because my nails were thin, and this never happens with other customers - I know for a fact this is not true because multiple women in my building told me they had the same experience there. The staff told me they would fix my nails in a few hours, but I was so upset by how rude they were that I finally caved and went to a different salon where they had to remove my entire manicure and start over. Btw no frills at Spring - no back massage, hot towel, hand massage, cuticle oil. When you’re done they stick you at a drying station and forget you exist. Could not pay me to go back there and I will be warning everyone I know.

This nail salon is a gem! The technicians are detail oriented and take pride in their work. Amy is my regular technician but they are all great. The salon is clean and bright. I highly recommend them!

I stopped in on a whim and Im glad I did. This salon is spacious, clean, and comfortable in every way. The prices are good and I got an excellent mani/pedi. I came on a Tuesday during lunchtime and it was completely empty. I was particularly impressed with the way my nail tech handled it when she accidently cut my skin under my cuticle -- she was very calm and quick to take care of it. I felt completely taken care of the whole time. Very clean and professional. I hope to stop in again one day.

Love Spring Nails. Jenny is wonderful as well as all the women that work there. They always do a wonderful job. I usuLly get a mani/pedi. Today I got a Gel Mani and pedi. They did such a nice job. It is a clean large salon. Always a pleasure to visit.

I am so sad. Ive been coming here for quite a long time. I had pretty good mani/pedis overall, but over the past 1.5 months I had 3 gel manicures that all chipped within 1-2 days. But 3 different technicians. Normally my gel manicures last 2+ weeks. I absolutely hate to start over with another salon, but its senseless to spend time and money on a gel manicure that doesnt look professional after 1-2 days. Please note that 2 of the 3 times they did fill in the chips when I went in, but on the 3rd time I was made to feel it was my fault. Thats a nonstarter.

They did a great job with the painting portion of my full set. But the lady also completely destroyed my cuticles. She went so close to them my cuticles are literally sore. A few of my fingers were bleeding at one point. It hurts so badly. I’ve never experience a manicure like this in my life. So PAINFUL. I just wanted a pampering experience but instead I got this. And while she was filing my nails she cut my skin a couple time. My fingers literally hurt.

I get Gel Manicure and Regular Pedicure from Jenny (Owner). She is very caring and professional.Highly Recommend her.

Very bad place for nails...I dont get mine done, but Ive come with my wife and it feels like a crowded sweatshop. My wifes last experience involved being charged for a full service manicure when only getting gel removal done. Wth? Gel removal shouldnt cost $16....Avoid this place! You can find much better.

It was a horrible experience. The woman was so aggressive and rude . I went to get my acrylic nails doneI’ve a dark skin n she choose a totally different shade from the one I choose that makes me look darker , and she refused to change the color when I asked her , she was literally shouting and charged me 70$ for nails that I hated and I would never be back to that disgusting place ever again .

Went in today for a pedicure. They try to up-charge you for everything throughout your service and when you decline, they give you the quickest/least thorough pedicure I’ve ever had. It was basically a polish change. I’ve worked in a nail salon before and know this is such a scam. There are plenty of better salons in the area. Don’t waste your time here.

I have been going here now for many years and absolutely love this place! They offer different types of manicures and pedicures, give excellent massages, and always leave my nails looking amazing! Highly recommend to anyone. Pricing is also very reasonable.

This salon is a treasure. Recommend getting the message with the manicure. Deep tissue through neck shoulders and upper back was best $14 ever spent. Very nice women running this.

Worst experience by far at a nail salon. Technician left me soaking my acrylics in acetone for 40 min, while sitting in the back texting on the phone. Didn’t seem to care to do my nails at all. Finally when it’s time to do my manicure, proceeds to lotion my hands, right after the acetone soak (until I mention I’d like wash my hands first please) gross!!! Then throws hot towel at me to “YOU WIPE”. Starts stabbing my cuticles while trying to sell me other services. I had enough, paid the 20 bucks, went elsewhere for a manicure. Never again!!!! Horrible service! Technicians are lazy and all about the quick buck!

Awful service. I was here for TWO HOURS because the lady had NO idea how to do ombré nails which she said she did. I showed her ombré, and regular color nails - she ensured me she knew how to do ombré and she attempted about 4 times and they all looked horrible. She then gave me sparkly French manicure after I told her I hated sparkly nails. Are you kidding me? Spent $110 here for this and manicure and a pedicure that chipped a day later. DO NOT COME HERE, OH AND MY CUTICLES ARE BLEEDING because they’re so rough!!

Gel nails looked great but started cracking and chipping in a week.Quality is not consistent. Staff are nice but at times are pushy with upselling.Polish selection is great but not sure of quality/authenticity.

I was just looking up this place as im flying in to town tomorrow & this has been my go to place for 10years! I was surprised to see the horrible reviews, Ive ALWAYS had a great experience here & the massages are EVERYTHING. One word to the wise when going to ANY nail place, bring your own polishes...Most nail places add acetone to their polishes to thin them out & make them last longer in the shop.That being said, I bring my own ish & I love this place =)

I’ve been going to Spring Nail Beauty Salon, since they opened! I’ve always gotten a great manicure & pedicure there. I once showed up not long before they were closing, they didn’t turn me away. They stayed open and didn’t rush my mani pedi! They are very accommodating. That’s why I keep going back!

Would not recommend going here for pedicures - unfortunately the worst service I’ve had in the city. Technician was rough and didn’t pay attention to details. I ended up with uneven nails and paint on my toes.

DO NOT go here. Unless, of course you want to be stabbed in the cuticle (with such force you bleed) and are happy to pay $35 for a sub-standard manicure. Oh, and dont expect any niceties. They wont even say goodbye as you walk out the door.

Ive been here a few times over the years and they are always friendly, wonderful, and reasonably priced. The only problem I have is with them constantly up selling and cross selling services and treatments. Theyre hardcore with their hustle I guess.

Get in at 5:10pm to do the filling in my SNS nails 45m after a lady come to check if the old sns already come out since the girl that does the sns was finish another costumer. So I thought I was next NO they decide to pass another person that arrive 30m after me in front of me and in the end they charge me $10 probably because I was taking a chair to wait. Very disappointed I WILL NOT RETURN

When I paid almost $40 dollar for gel manicure I expect perfection . I did on Friday’s today is Wednesday less than one week and my nails are already chipping 🥺😢😢🥺The woman who did it was really nice but she complained abut the tip she point pointing in my receipt how much I was supposed to leave her . The place is nice and clean .

Horrible pedicure. Sprinkled my feet with water for 5 seconds and said that was the pedicure. French tip was all over the place. Had them take it off and still had to pay $20 for the sprinkle of water. Offered to come back but i will pass.

Horrible service. They rush through to get you out on a dead day with 15 of them just sitting there. There is no precision and I spent my 15 min of drying picking at polish and dead skin. Save your money and go next door!

I did a manicure, very bad result and worst of all they dont sterilize the tools! After finishing, the technician just quickly added a little alcohol and put it in the small sterilization bag (I was cut during the service and there was blood!!!)

I was treated so badly that I will never come back to this place again. And theres no need to apologize...
