Omg the best experience i have EVER had in ANY retail store. They have a variety of everything that you could need and they have a counter that they could show you how specific items you are interested in works. Every employee is so welcoming, helpful, and attentive. It was my first time going and they gave me 50% off, a $25 gift card, and had me spin the wheel and gave me a free item. They were sooo chill and vibey this is definitely going to be my go to store.

This location has the best customer service I’ve seen in along time…I walked in and was immediately greeted by each worker I asked for some assistance and one of the young ladies helped me find what I needed and also help me out with a 20% discount on my purchase… I was done in less than ten mins…..👌🏿but wait it gets better….after leaving the store I realized that I left my wallet there, when I called the store they had already found it…. From Kristina’s warm welcome and command of the front of the store (and great upsale abilities during transactions) to Carla’s command of the floor made everything easy to navigate and the ability for other staff members to focus one on one with guests to “enhance the romance” of this depot! Will happily return to Harlem again for a 10 outta 10!

I think this place was awesome, workers were amazing. Only thing is that one of the items I bought was defective. Used only about 2 times then it wouldn’t charge anymore, and it was more expensive than I have purchased in the past. For this reason, I will not purchase toys from here again!

No. no, no, hee me out, there was no live nudity, no porn, nothing x-rated . no creepy looking people, nothing sleezy, just a shelf with assorted love kits which caught my eyes. These kits which promised to spice up your love lives were very interesting as myn husband watched on as I looked at the box. Then, a highly educated, well spoken, sales consultant named Ivy approached us warmly and asked if we needed help and offered her assistance. We hesitantly agreed. Sheproceeded by provided us with a 20% off card and began by opening the product and explaing the benefits of each item in the kit which included massage oil, furry handcuffs, a strawberry flavored lubricant, acouples ring and a toy. Now my husband and I had never been to a store that sold these typed of items . let alone. we have never used an adult toy in our lives but the experience was like an awakening. This surreal experience was not because Ivy educated us on the use of these items, in a very clinical way and emlightening way. because but we both felt extremely comftorable. So c omftorable. that we shared our marital and intamacy problems with Ivy,. This woman is a saint and gave us the best sexual wellness advice we have ever had. Wow . To make a long story short. thanls to god. my husband and I are back together intimately, we have not argued hor the past 8 days, we both are also sleeping in the same bed. cuddling and most important telling each other I love you.I felt obligated to share my experience at the new store Romantic Depot NYs best lingerie store because I know some of my neighbors from church were worried about there being a sleezy porn shop but hin all honestly i told them all honest truth, there is nothing to worry about over there at Romantic Depot, there are hard working caring people over there Just like Duane Reade Pharmacy , CVS, Rckeys, Spencers and Target who all sell sexual health products, condoms, flavored lubricants and fifty shades of grey toys, but these folks at Romantic Depot do it with much more discretion and class.Plus, they keep the children out of there store unlike the aforementioned stores. So I was in a huge jam. Tomorrow is my twin sisters bachelorette party,and some thieves happened to break into my car and steal everything that was in there,. including all the bachelorette gifts that I bought for the party. So, after having a crappy afternoon spent filling out a police report I had to find bachelorette gear and fast. Since I was in the city , I did a quick search for bachelorette gifts and saw Romantic Depot so I took the subway from 96th street five minutes to the city college station on 137th and broadway. As we walked towards McDonalds you can not miss the huge neon lights and the store frontage decked out with sexy mannequins in suggestive lingerie. We were cheerfully welcomed at the entrance and given large black bags and a 20% off card. We were thrilled to see their bachelorette party section was like 2 long aisles and had exactly what was stolen from my car. I would like to thanks the customer service associate, Corine for helping us find everything we needed and make it a stress free experience. The prices were also very good I remember the 10 pack of penis straws that I bought were $7.99 on amazon and the same exact straws were only $4.99 at the store. I would like to recommend all my friends to this fun adult store, whether you are searching for bachelorette gear, lingerie or adult toys, if you are into that sort of thing. Thanks again Corine.

Honestly I was super excited to come here with my 25% discount but the prices are still marked up like crazy. I have had all my other toys work for years, the rabbit recommended to me was $130 on sale & is completely broken after 4 months of infrequent use. I can’t say is was as powerful as my previous one for $59 from Amazon to begin with But now it turns on and doesn’t vibrate just lights up. Money wasted.

My husband and I were excited to purchase our first adult products and came here hoping to have a positive experience and learn some things. Unfortunately the Man and woman that assisted us were very dishonest. For one, we were told that a popular toy advertised on social media that we inquired about was priced at 300% higher than the price everywhere else and that we were getting a 50% discount which still priced it much higher than it should be. He also lied to me and said the product had 12 vibration settings (it does not, it has 7) and sold us a product that had no box and was opened with no plastic covering or anything indicating it was new or unused. Then once we got to the register, he again lied and said he was giving us an additional 20% discount on another product (he didnt) and somehow tricked me into getting a 4th product which would also be 50% off. I thought once I received a receipt I would see the itemized prices but once I checked my bag, the only receipt was the credit card receipt. I left feeling very uncomfortable and like I was tricked by a fast talking slikster. The other young lady who helped us also gave us the impression she was untrustworthy. I have very sensitive skin allergies and I asked if they sold smaller trial-sized lubricants so I can try out more than one to see which ones didnt irritate me. She told me no and directed me to the larger sized bottles. Although there were testers, there was no tester for the water based all natural lubricant that I was interested in. I explained that the ones I am interested in arent available in the tester so perhaps they sold smaller trial-sized or just much smaller sized in general. She again told me no. Once I got to the register, lo and behold there were literally dozens of small lubricant and single use packs. In general we definitely will NOT be returning to this store. We had several other items we had planned to return to purchase next week (our anniversary is in 10 days) but after this experience well find somewhere else.

It was my first time in the Manhattan store located on Broadway when i came across a very energetic and very knowledgeable young lady by the name of Mari when i say she answered every question, helped me with my purchase and taught me so much about the items i was buying and how to use them and what goes best with them. I could not be happier but i was sad when i was told she would not be there for my next purchase. She really went above and beyond to help me her customer service skills is where i wish all sales people skills was and she was so happy and joyful. Not to mention all the staff was reall nice and helpful but Mari really left a great impression on me and my 1st experience in the store.. last but not least the prices are not bad and also my purchase came with a discount i will be back to shop

This place is phenomenal. Devan- the supervisor is extremely easy to talk to and utterly helpful- made me want to come back easily. Korine helped me find the perfect vibrator for my specific needs and there was no awkwardness AT ALL. The whole experience was amazing. Ill be coming back easily- every time Im in need.

This place was a fun time in general. I was in a rush so I plan to go back, but I had time to quickly go through the store and it has some awesome things. It has more variety than other similar stores. The prices are not unreasonable as they often are in stores like this. But the staff is what brought it all together for me. The ladies (I didn’t meet any men, idk if there are any on staff) were so nice and friendly and even helpful. It is worth a visit if you are in the area. Oh and if it’s your first time there they will give you a 20% discount card off any item! By the time I was paying I forgot I had it—so I have to go back, which is fine with me. 👌🏻👍🏻

Great customer service all around!.even gave me a discount but I specifically asked if it was a spinning pole to come home and find out it wasn’t .and if your a dancer that’s a big difference plus makes this huge detaching sound everytime u go on it like it’s gonna come apart any minute . Definitely not worth it as my friends informed me I could’ve gotten off of Amazon for 100-140 instead of paying 215 (which sounded great cause it was originally 400$) but I didn’t want to wait for delivery and I lived close. Smh can’t even return it
