I was devastated to find out VapeNY closed, but was ecstatic to find out Royal Smoke N Vape carry vapeny products. They open until wayyy later which is a huge plus for me, and the owner/worker is the friendliest person youll meet.

They have the best prices! Also they have the most helpful workers to advise you on all products that might appeal to you.

They had the best disposables and variety of flavors. So many smoke shops I visited. This had the best prices

Great little vape store with super friendly and helpful staff. This store is more for vape enthusiasts, they dont sell little disposables. If you need replacement refillable pods, coils, or any new vape, theyve got it or can get it for you.

I rarely write reviews...I think its been a few years...but felt I had to after going into VapeNY Midtown this afternoon. After deciding to quit smoking and with my pack out, I went into VapeNY for what I thought would be a quick grab and go. They thankfully dont do that! Theyre very knowledge about their products. They spent a lot of time with me to ensure I found the right vape for me based on my needs and then went through the whole set up thoroughly. Ill definitely be back for coils/liquids and advice! If you need anything vape related this is the place to go in NYC. The staff really helpful and know what they are taking about. Coil, tanks e-liquids everything.

They were really helpful. They helped me figure out that the reason why my vapour starting tasting burnt often was because of my coil. They are a friendly bunch. I would recommend this store to any vaper newbie or experienced. I enjoyed the fact that i could actually have a conversation with them as a person and not just a customer putting money in their pockets. This is my vape store of choice for life.

I have been using this shop for about a year now and have nothing bad to say about them. They were very helpful in setting me up (I was new to vaping) and are also very friendly. Their prices are somewhat high, but not really for Manhattan where all prices are high.

Dont listen to Thomass review! This place is a great shop, with a wide selection, good (obviously for NYC) prices and a pleasant, knowledgeable staff. All my visits have been wonderful. They are mainly interested in me getting what I need, not what they will make the most off of. They talked me out of a more-expensive item because they carried a cheaper option to suit my needs.A+. Will shop again......actually Im about to get on the 1 to go there now!

Strange people, except for one nice younger lady who was very keen on explaining and helping me find the right tank. There is a dog that likes to bark a lot, and the shop is pretty grungy. I didnt feel comfortable, Ill probably not go back.

Ignore the idiot guy who felt obligated to tell everyone he is from Austin TX. No one cares where you are from.The staff here were helpful, informative and patient. I came in to purchase a vaporizer and they patiently explained to me how each machine worked and then went on to explain the pros and cons. They didnt try to upsell me to a needlessly expensive vaporizer and in then helped me settle on an intermediate device.The vocabulary around Vaporizers can be very intimidating, but the staff at VapeNY were very helpful.

I would recommend this location to all people wanting to vape. The staff was completely about making sure I was getting the right equipment, not based on my spending (they actually changed me to a less expensive model than I had chosen) but based on what would serve the purpose the best.Great store, great help from staff and know their product!!!

Amazing customer service, Spike was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products & helped me find the right one for me. Although there are closer options I’ll make it a point to shop with them. Highly recommended!

Idk even know how shops like these are in biz. The woman who helped me was ridiculously stuck up. Tried to get someone else but nobody seemed to care to be bothered. She made me sign some kind of safety release/waiver just to buy some juice, because i had a custom setup. And couldnt even help me with what was a simple tech issue because nobody there actually builds their own rig. Plus, their selection of hardware in general was garbage. Great for yuppies i guess but if you actually know what you are doing, a total waste of time. Never again.

I love this place! Very convenient and very helpful people. I always get the peach Menthol 2.4%. Theyre very knowledgeable and even will point you to other places if they dont have certain things. It is also right around the corner from where I work.

I was for a couple of days in NY and decided to buy new mod at Vape NY midtown. Long strory short, the battery wasn’t working optimally. After being in contact with the owner she had the everything replaced at 2 AM, way after closing time, in morning at the hotel I was staying at, just a couple of hours before my flight. Best service ever. Besides that, they are very helpfull and proffesional. Thank you once again Spike. I would definitely recommend this shop to any vaper.

I was very pleased with my service, i went in to buy a whole kit, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to get in and out quick but they refused to allow me to do so, not because they were being rude but they wanted to show me everything and talk to me about/how to use my product. They ran through the safety precautions and issues that could happen if i was irresponsible or neglecting my vape.They gave me the quick service to get me in and out but spent the time they needed to make sure that i knew what i was doing before i walked out the door. Even told me to come back so they could show me more, which im going to do today. (Bought it yesterday fyi)

Bought a vape a few days ago but Beyond Vape ended up getting my business. I may be wrong but Im sure this store has no starter kits so everything must be purchased separately making it pricier (box mods, not stick mod). That aside what turned me off is that both employees literally argued in front of me over what was the right setup for a beginner. That and the way they responded to some of the reviews below. Very unprofessional.

Very nice staff, not the hugest selection of product. They always are willing to help. I go there for new coils and occasional liquid. Liquid is pricey.

This place is pretty bad. Im originally from Austin, TX where there are many good vape shops so I know one when I see one. They have a VERY limited supply of e-juice and none of the flavors I tried were any good. I had forgotten my vape supplies at home and wanted something to get me through a couple of days. They pointed me towards this 40 watt Jomotech kit that cost $50. Its a cheap(poorly made) regulated battery and a tank. The tank is entirely made of plastic. Like not just the window, the silver, metal-looking parts are plastic as well. It didnt hit terrible but was a HUGE kit measuring around 7-8 long. When I got home I researched it and it turns out you can buy them for $11 online!!! Thats right, they charged me 80% more than its worth so that they could make a larger profit instead of selling me a quality product. I guess its my fault for leaving my stuff at home while going on vacation...

Place was awesome I wish they just allowed herb vaporizers then this place is perfect. Still have cool people who are willing to help out, Thomas from Texas....just go back to Texas. Your in Ny so you pay Ny prices, its a nice small vape shop thats convenient and helpful. You pay less online because who knows where its from when you order and also there isnt anyone to help you. Thats why online youll always find something cheaper but not the same level in quality. Dont go bashing business when you dont have a decent understanding in business. This is a lively hood and you have no respect for it. $11 tanks doesnt exist in ny.

They had exactly what I needed and didnt try to upsell me. My vape died when I got to New York and it was right near times square so convenient and had a great conversation with the manager.

I was expecting some standard chain vape place but these guys are all about the vapour. They understand the culture, give great advice, theyre a smart and classy bunch too, I couldnt recommend it enough.
