Articulate, helpful, sound adviceI’m not a smoker but recently I acquired a rare isolate that required a crash course in vaporizers.Arthur and John presented more options than any of the other dozen places I called, and when I came down to the store, they showed me everything I needed so I could make an educated decision.

Been shopping there for many years now. Wide assortment of products and very helpful and informative staff there. Sad that I moved away from the area. Stores where I live now dont even come close to what I had with The Smoking Shop.Just left The Smoking Shop again and still appreciate and amazed by everything they have and do. If anything has changed, I would say the prices got a little better.

Store owner was a gentleman, and provided incredible customer service. Best smoke shop experience in NYC.

I visited this business tonight during their updated hours and I have to agree with every other review on this being the friendliest and best shop with the most variety of styles of pipes to choose from. My original review had a sour tone because I was disappointed but this owner was amazing today and I regret my initial message and review.

Shout out to Jimi for the great customer service. He was really patient with us while we looked around. We were indecisive and probably took up too much time. I was looking for a souvenir to take home with me and Jimi helped us find the perfect one. I recommend this shop 5/5. I’m definitely visiting again when I visit ny.

John, the owner, showed me how to use a box vape with a cartridge I bought from an online supplier. I had never used a box vaporizer before, having only used vaporizers for dried flowers. He also showed me a variety of vaporizers he has in the store. He is an extremely knowledgeable guy, and I could not recommend him more highly. His prices are incredible. I SHALL RETURN!!!!

I met the owner yesterday, an energetic, delightful man; he was incredibly helpful, and further sold me the vaporizer I wanted at a great deal (which he invited me to check against their website to see the price was fair).I trust them now & will be happily returning soon. 😊

Great little shop. They literally have everything you need always great service and great bargains and top shelf products. Highly recommended.

Great variety of products. The owner is very helpful and fun. I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of use, quality and budget and he kindly offered me precisely what I needed. After I bought the bong I needed, I noticed that the price tag was still underneath my product and the price shown was 20 dollars more expensive than what I payed, so that means he also bargains. Absolutely recommended place.

This guy is the homie!! Great prices, very friendly and he knows how to drive a hard bargain. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store itself has a very wide variety of products. Whether youre looking for a nice small piece on a budget or a beautiful 20 water pipe to add to your collection this is the perfect shop for you.

Selection is ok but they gave me half off everything without even having to bargain. Got $340 worth of stuff (according to the ticket) for $170. Very happy

Huge selection, awesome friendly, helpful service. The guy gave us a really good deal on a Hi Si tube and threw in a bunch of papers and cleaner for free.

They always work with you on the price if your getting glass or a vape, and he usually throws in some free papers, once he gave me a free pack of smokes.

These guys do it right. In a city of headshops that will rip you off, you can always find something for the right price here.
