Ive been coming to Dyanna since forever for waxing and mani/pedi. The products are of the highest quality, particularly the types of waxes used, and also the amazingly diverse range of polish colors. All instruments are either clean or brand new. Staff is friendly but professional, responsive to my needs, and does an impeccable job. My mom sister and I did a spa package here - and WOW it was incredible. We spent 3 hours here and completely felt at home. This place was clean, the staff were attentive and kind, and the services were done very well.A must do for a great price.

I have visited this nail salon in midtown Manhattan for spa manicure and jelly pedicure. Affordable and effective! This place offers fantastic manicure & pedicure services.

This place is over priced for the low quality services rendered. I got a Shellac mani and pedi my total was over $90. I constantly had to ask the technician to fill in the sides of my nails to the point I just wanted the experience to be over. My nails look lumpy and sloppy plus ever since I went there the skin around my nails is peeling.

I stumbled upon this salon last week by by chance and I am SO GLAD I DID! The staff is so attentive and professional, it was truly one of the best facials I had in a while. Completely relaxing, the space is clean and soothing. I will definitely be back, maybe even for a couples spa date !!

I have been going to Dayana SPA for a couple of months now. It is the only place that delivered an outstanding result after multiple acne treatments. Very effective and the price is really affordable. There is no such thing as staff pushing sales onto you (like in many other places). They have kind and friendly workers that provide the care you deserve. 5/5 stars would recommend to my friends and family.

The ladies there always do a wonderful job, the space is very nice and clean and I would recommend everyone to come.

Best Male waxing in Manhattan!!!I am a male and I been coming to Dyanna spa for my manicure ,pedicure and hair removal - waxing. This is the best place ever . I feel so comfortable there and they do a very good job. Highly recommend for all waxing needs -specially Brazilian wax.

I used to come to this nail salon for mani/pedi, facials body massage etc on a weekly basis. They generally do an okay job and dont like it when you ask them to do a cleaner pedicure or manicure. On my last visit for the first time I ask the nail technician to take more cuticles and she instantly gave me such a rude attitude and their entire salon gathered and behaved so unprofessional and rude. They were so rude that after 3 years being their co=customer I will never go there again nor will I talk to anyone who shares the same background as them. I dont recommend this place.

I have been coming to Dyanna for 2 years for electrolysis and I really love this place!! The technicians I see most often, Lora and Tanya, are amazing and very thorough. The prices are the best I’ve found in the city-less than $100 for 60 minutes. So many places charge $80+ for 15-30 minutes. They are very accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule or am running late. They are also not judgmental; I have an endocrine disorder that makes me grow a lot of facial hair and they have never made any rude remarks about it, they have only been helpful in getting me towards my goals over the past 2 years. I highly recommend coming here!!

Lovely spot with friendly and well-trained staff. I get a brazilian wax here and always have a great experience. It is hard to find a good place when you are a man, but these guys are 100% worth a visit. The pricing is competitive. 10/10

I did this shallc aka gel manicure Iast Saturday and now today I noticed my polish was coming off. I cleaned my house on Friday before the day I got them done. I saw in the website saying that the shallc manicure last up to 21 Days. I feel like a fool for wasting my good amount of money on my spa finder gift card. And speaking of gift card, why would the owner keep it instead of giving it back to me? Who keeps a gift card that u wanna use and doesn’t get it back? I believe that place has stole it from me which is ABSOLUTELY wrong.

Inesessa will relax you to sleep! Very professional, soft spoken, patient, calm demeanor. Had a scrub, Swedish massage, and a facial. It was a wonderfully relaxing feeling. Place has good energy, clean, professional, polite staff... would recommend. I definitely would return for more services.

Had my first appointment at the Dayana Spa yesterday - a cleansing facial. Im one happy customer :) The ambiance was relaxing, the service friendly and warm and above all, my face is glowing today. The girl who worked with me here today was very quick and thorough. I am very picky about wax and sensitive to pain but she made it a fully painless experience. I loved that there was no irritation which is rare after Brazilian wax for me. The place was sparkling clean too. Great experience. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back.

Great full Brazilian experience! I have been getting Brazilians for over a decade and the woman who does my Brazilians could not do them, so I went here and the place was clean (which I am always skeptical of at places), and the woman, Larissa, who waxed me, did a great job and was very nice and educated on the waxing product to use!

I waxed my face (mainly my chin) and Tanya did an exceptional job. She is dedicated to her work with all the attention to detail. All the men with coarse facial hair go see Tanya. This was my first time and she was great!!

Best place to get a Brazilian wax in Manhattan! Their office is always clean and neat. The atmosphere is super welcoming and relaxing. I’ve tried other places before but this is the only one I really loved so far. Highly recommended!

We had a couples pedicure done here and the wen did a great job for us. We hadnt ever had one before and this exceeded our expectations. The numbers of colors available for bail polish really surprised me. We would recommend them to others.

My wife got me a gift certificate for a massage and facial at Dyanna Spa, which I redeemed last week when I was in New York on business. My wife comes here frequently when she meets her friends in Manhattan, and says their waxing services and hair removal is the best around. I have gotten spa services in the past, but am picky about the places I visit because I dont want to feel awkward being a man visiting a spa. Right off the bat, the great staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a facial first with a knowledgeable and friendly aesthetician who made me feel and look 5 years younger! Then an hour massage, I must say both services were amazing. The massage was particularly awesome, Id even go so far as to say the best Ive ever had. Left feeling like a million bucks, and will definitely return to take advantage of their weekday spa specials!

I went in for their first time Brazilian wax for $25. I thought itd be a good catch but I couldnt see myself paying full price here. Although my waxer was a sweet person, I really did not like the wax they used. Ive showered 3 times since yesterday and still have residue left which has been irritating me since. Not sure if it wasnt removed correctly. The results itself is ok and wasnt too painful. Most likely I wont return.

Came in here for the first time and immediately felt like home :)) The staff is amazing, and I LOVED my pedicure! I went for the forest green color, will be rocking it tomorrow on a yacht :)) Highly recommended! Come in and the service will make you want to come back.

We made a booking for a bachelorette party and got the couples package which included a scrub, massage and mini facial. The services were fine but this really wasnt what we wanted for a bachelorette party. They told us we could bring our own alcohol and they did inform us that they only had one double room, but since it was for a bachelorette party and they told us we could BYOB, we assumed we would be together at some point to be able to drink it... Instead we were separated and never saw each other until the end of the treatment. There was never an opportunity to enjoy the treatments together. The treatments were fine, but this location was completely inappropriate for any type of party.The mini facial was disappointing since it ended up being a sheet mask. Even if it was a mini facial I guess I expected something a bit more involved.The massage was okay but didnt feel very deep. The best part was the body scrub which left us all feeling baby soft and smooth.

Dyanna is my go to waxing spot in the city. The women who work there are all so lovely and they always do a quick and excellent job. In a world of chain stores for everything, I love a place where the staff and the salon feel more like a community.

The waxing services are the best in Manhattan. I have received several Brazilian waxes, and taken full advantage of the spa services. The staff is friendly, and very professional. The pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. I have purchased gift cards for friends and family, and theyve had great experiences as well. The hot stone massage is also highly recommended! If youre looking for a professional waxing service, look no further than Dyanna Spa!

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because my nail tech one of the Spanish ladies was really nice and did a good job. But if you’re not white stay away from this place. The Russian nail ladies were watching me the whole time, I felt uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it’s because this place is in the city but I definitely did not feel welcome. Everyone stared at me like an outsider. News flash, spanish people have money and get their nails done in the city too. You should treat all of yours customers the same, and not discriminate. I wouldn’t return, because I don’t want to feel uncomfortable. Thumbs down.

They treated my acne skin problem with their deep cleansing procedure. The results are amazing, and even my friends are surprised because I have visited many places without a solution. There are Spas all over midtown, but Dyanna Spa has the best Brazilian waxing in midtown. Keep the good work!

While the front desk took my complaint seriously, I cannot in good conscience ignore the fact that the sanitary conditions were not safe. For waxing, they did not wear gloves and most importantly they used each stick 3-4 times. This double dipping behavior is totally unhygienic and really concerned me. I was offered a new room, a new attendant, and told the wax would be thrown out- but the standards are obviously not being held to the owners expectations behind closed doors. And I was still charged full price for the service! The woman who helped me was kind and did a decent enough job, but I will absolutely not return.

The spa pedicure was just what my daughter and I needed after 3 days of walking around NY. Super friendly & helpful staff. Very professional. Can highly recommend this salon. Also a big thank you for the sightseeing & food tips 😊

The manicurists are nice and friendly. The girl who did my nails did a good job of trimming them, but her coloring skill is ok. She had to remove the polish from my cuticles with her nails several times. I even get nail polish on my finger. I booked my appointment through Snailz so I paid through the app. After I finished meni and pedi they give me an envelope for tipping. I wasnt expecting that and they cannot tip with credit card. I am a tourist with no cash or debit card with me. Eventually the front desk asked for my ID and let me pay the tip with my credit card. If you booked your appointment through Snailz, make sure you have some cash with you for tipping. Otherwise you will experience something not so pleasant.

Sorry but I dont back anymore. I went there to do brazilian manicure and pedicure .First the lady did not like when I asked her to take more things from my nails I know how to do brazilian nails and you need to do very well. After she finished she just put in a room and leave there for 1 hour . I did not like the nails and her bahavier . I dont back more and I would like to give 20 dollars as a tip but did not give anything because I did not like the way how you treat your customers . Thank you and I hope you improve itAnd please stop to say that you do brazilian pedicure and manicure because you dont

I didnt have a great experience at Dyanna for a Brazilian, unfortunately. The website says youll be given a consultation for determining the best wax for your type of skin, but this wasnt offered. I had to ask a few times to clarify that they did waxing for sensitive skin.The aesthetician also came and went from the room a few times during the wax, and my legs were open towards the doorway. She did her best to close the door quickly after her, but it was pretty uncomfortable, and I wish Id had a towel or something to cover while the door was open.They also dont do any plucking after the wax, which is usually standard, and they didnt clean off the leftover wax. The aesthetician said I could help myself to some oil if I felt sticky - which, of course I did. I was still covered in wax.Then they said the first-time client deal ($25 for a Brazilian) didnt apply to the sensitive skin wax, which the aesthetician didnt warn me about. They said its stated clearly on the website, but what it says is Dyannas Spa is so exited to welcome our first time clients with a $25 Brazilian wax (based on womens regular priced azulene wax formula). It seems like youd have to know what the azulene formula is to infer that the deal doesnt apply to other types of wax, which just wasnt clear to me. She did offer me 10% if I signed up to their mailing list.Generally the front desk was impatient and unwelcoming, and the wax was only so-so. You can get way better elsewhere for $65.

Dont waste your money or time. Im down $60.Three days later, broken and chipped shellac.They dont soak off properly, they just dunk ur fingers in a bowl of acetone and then file/scrape the shellac off since soaking them this way is ineffective.The owner will probably reply with we have been in service for 35 years and if you called we would have fixed them like she does other reviewers... no thanks, Ive already wasted enough time and money there.

3 stars for convenience and price; booking was easy, I got in without a wait and the price for full leg waxing plus Brazilian and underarms was under 100$ and took no more than 40 mins. Unfortunately, speed in service does not create the best quality finished product; I was left with several significant patches of hair. This was a last minute appointment and Im not local so for the price and convenience (I had time to kill) it was an acceptable experience. If I lived in the area, Id probably go to a different salon in the future.I want to amend my original review; upon closer inspection Im incredibly dissatisfied with the waxing I had. It was a definite rush job and no amount of care was taken to be at all thorough or gentle, my last waxing at a different salon was not nearly as painful. In my original review I was trying to be fair based on the price and the time it took, but the amount of hair left on my body is laughable. Both knees are covered, half my armpit and the entire length of my calf still have hair! I felt rushed out of the room afterwards and I wish I had taken the time to go over the results before I left because I definitely would have made them finish the job.

My 4th time getting my wax here. I try to get it with the same person but they keep giving me someone else. They are still nice and clean, also SUPER SWEET. Its like if your grandma was waxing you. They offer you products without pressuring you to buy it. If you forget tip money theyll tell you where the closest atm is.

The best discovery ever!!!!!!!!! Ive been coming back for more and more spa treatments (including the brazilian wax). I come here several times a year, I live in New Jersey so its not always easy to get to Manhattan, but its well worth the money and effort to drive up there. Every time I go there its just my time to recline, I always feel at home and sanctioned there. I just recently received a gift certificate for my birthday and got an OPI gel polish manicure and let me tell you it stayed on for nearly 2 weeks. I was so ecstatic.The lady doing my manicure was so sweet and was super engaging in the conversation.I also got a Jelly Peddi which is one of my favorites!!!! Because my feet feel so soft and relaxed after.Also, my skin is not the best and I tend to break out on my face a lot. My facial skin has a mind of its own and it fluctuates time after time. In the winter my face is dry and in the summer season my face gets oily and breaks out in the most random places. So for my acne in the summer I come get the Deep Pore Cleansing facial. After I get that done I notice less and less breakouts and the oiliness vanishes. For the winter I get the european facial it just rejuvenates my skin and it feels soft and pampered.This is the only place where I get my eyebrows threaded because I only trust them, they know what theyre doing. My eyebrows are thick and full and they know exactly what I like and i never had any skin reactions no problematic things come along. They use the most natural products for my skin and I like to buy their products so I can use them at home as well.I love to get my mom gift certificates to this place because she cant get enough of their massages her favorite is the 90 minute Fusion massage. Best place to get it!!!!! You get your moneys worth at this place definitely ! Everyone in my family goes to this place, its friendly, sanitary, and beautiful!!Their packages are great and their deals are wonderful, come by this place and make your loved one keep coming back for more.!!!!

Best bang for your buck for Brazilian waxing in NYC, hands-down. Ive been coming her for 8+ years. Everyone is super nice, and its very clean -- no double dipping! Affordable, clean, friendly -- really cant ask for more.

I come here for waxing services, Ive been here about 5 times. I dont have any other experiences with waxing salons, so I have nothing to compare it to. Brazilian wax is usually $40-$50. The people who work there are friendly for the most part. It could be a little cleaner, but I wouldnt say that its problematically dirty. Overall good.

I couldnt even schedule an appointment the front desk was so rude. They were very nasty I wouldnt pay a dime for their service. They replied and lied Wow! I find out nasty attitudes and like precede you.see other low rate reviews. Stop blaming others for your bad attitudes and finally be accountable judging from other reviews Im not wrong.

My sister and I went for a facial and hot stone massage. Both were just ok. The Esthetician spent more time away than actually working on my face. And hardly any hot stones were used during my massage. And the rooms were cold. We wont come back for those services.

I had an okay wax here, not the best. As a seasoned waxer its pretty disappointing that they dont use non-strip wax for a Brazilian wax. This should be standard as they should know it works better on the bikini area and means less trauma on the skin. I wanted to try out a new place but Im going to stick to Spa Jolie who really do a much better job of making you feel like your money was well spent.

Got a few pedicures here and a OPI polish manicure for a while now.Ive had bad pedis and manis at other nail salons in my area, so this Nail Salon is my choice for about 3 years now. Havent had any mishaps.Highly recommend them.

I went in for a pedicure yesterday and they were friendly, professional,and very welcoming. My nail tech was kind and did a good job, will definitely come back!

I tried it a few times. The first time I did a Brazilian, back, and shoulders and it went ok. The last time I did my front, back, Brazilian, and shoulders-that was months ago and I still have a rash. I probably wouldnt ever go here again. One of the staff members was inattentive. I experienced many of the problems mentioned in other Google reviews. I guess it really depends on who you get. Trying European Waxing Centers next.

I will NEVER get another Brazilian wax at this spa. The woman was very rough and when I told her that the wax was too hot, she had the nerve to tell me that its not and didnt lower the temperature or do anything about it at all. If I had sensitive skin, she would have ripped my skin right off. She didnt even ask if I had sensitive skin. By the time I got home, the area was insanely irritated and it swelled up, I had to use a home remedy to bring the swelling down. If you want a good Brazilian wax, this is NOT the place to go. HORRIBLE!

A for effort! Unfortunately, that doesnt equate to a great mani/pedi. I went for a Brazilian mani/pedi which is a very particular way to do it- by cutting off all the cuticles then painting the entire nail, even getting polish on the skin which is later removed. I have this type of mani/pedi a lot but my usual was all booked up. What I received was no way a Brazilian mani/pedi. It was a regular one plus the addition of plastic lotion bags and heat pads. I was really hoping for that tight Brazilian mani/pedi where the entire nail is polished, but the paint job here left a lot to be desired. Also, upon later inspection, I see that most of the cuticle wasnt removed .

I had my nails done 2 days ago. Gel powder. Today one nail just came off. That NEVER happened to me doing Gel powder!And I paid $45 for this! Terrible job.
