Walked in with my sister to check and see if they had weed vaporizers and the guy was just kind of a douche. very unhelpful he just kind of stared at us like he was offended by our existence and barely said anything when my sister was talking to him. also he was bald, so -2 for that.

They didnt have what I stopped in for, but were so nice and helpful. Would recommend.

One of my more favorite stores, Ive lived in town my whole life and this is one of my favorite vape and glass shops in the area. Sounds weird but the clientele are just as amazing as the people who work/own the shop. Give it a go if your trying to get some decent glass or vape stuff. Not to mention kratom options. I have been visiting this local shop since they first opened and were around the corner from the current location. Even though they are in a larger space, the friendly hometown environment is still inviting as ever. The owners are very knowledgeable about their products and care about whose buying them. I bought my first kit from them and continue to go back for accessories and up grades.

The couple that owns this place is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make you happy and get the juice you want. They didnt have the juice i smoked, I asked them if they could get it. The next week they had it! They are wonderful people and they have 2 customers for life.

Came in here yesterday after being displeased with all stop smoke shop. The store was clean, and the clerk was very professional and knew his merchandise. He basically let me know that my old coils were cheaper versions. After purchasing some good mesh coils, I was amazed at the taste. The clerk also was very nice and made me feel welcome. It was so nice to go to a shop that has the professionalism and mindful of the products they sell. The man who helped me 7/27/2020. Really knows his products and how to treat customers. I havent tried their kratom yet but if its similar to their name products, Im sure I will be pleased with their kratom as well. I just found a new vape shop.Great job staff and owners of this shop.

Super amazing friendly people! They know their stuff and they give great recommendations if youre not sure what vape juice you want or mod. Often theyll share other people opinions about the product and whats popular so they really listen to their customers. Theyre also good at giving customers heads up of anything changing in the vape industry and how and why itll affect products which is a big plus.. Theyre the only shop I go to 😊

I took my husband in there to see if it could work to get him of of chew tobacco. They were helpful and took time to talk with us about how much he really needed and his goals. They dont push you to buy the fanciest and most expensive thing in the counter, but rather what is going to be the best fit. I really like that you can taste their flavors rather than buy and hope it is decent. They can even mix flavors and have juice with no nicotine available for people like me who would rather grap my pen then some chips when the before bed munchies hit.

The lady that helped me today was very good and knowledgeable. She wone me over and very patient with my ,Situation at the time. Ill buy all my stuff for them.

The only shop I go to. I deliver out of Portland but every time in Newberg these are my experts and the customer rewards system earns bonuses on more juice. And the juice is BOMB tastes cleaner than the bottles Ive bought from big name groups. Bravo boys!

Seemed like a good variety of juice flavors, this was the first times Ive visited the shop, but when I went in Knowone was around, looked around about 8 to 10 minutes but didnt hear or see anyone, so I left. Might give it another shot of I pass threw Newberg again.

I love this place. The service is top notch and they try to sell you stuff you dont need. They are the only thing keeping me from cigarettes!

Newberg vapors is one of the BEST vape shops in ALL of Oregon in my opinion.. Everytime Ive gone in there staff has been polite, helpful & genuinely interested in everything vape.. They are some of the friendliest vape shop staff Ive ever met, I ended up telling them about Rebuildables and such & they were GREAT at listening as well as caring about what I had to say.. Great vape shop tons of mods/tanks/coils/e-juice/etc.. definitely recommend this spot!

Went there with my BIL cause my Ego twist had broken and my BIL had a Vap that he never could get working right. The guy was very helpful. Fixed my BILs Cig and showed him how to work it and take care of it. I was interested in a mod and he went through a bunch of them with me and I am very happy with what I got. Thank you for taking the time to explain the differences and showing us how to take care of them.

Im a complete vape noob and totally bombarded these poor guys with questions (SEVERAL TIMES). Edward and his wife are very knowledgeable about vaping (I believe they said theyve been doing this 7+ years), its clear they have the know-how to back up their shop! The fact that theyre friendly and didnt make me feel like an idiot for not knowing anything was nice too. :)Edward had a few free minutes and even helped me do some research on an item I was looking for that he didnt know about.If you vape, are curious about vaping, want to quit smoking, or just have questions about vaping - this is your shop!They have a good selection of mods, e-juice, parts, CBD and Kratom. They even carry a bit of glass for recreational smokers.Worth the trip!

Friendly service and good pricing, updating review+1 star, recently started selling retail juice in addition to house flavors, still allows for custom mixing of house juice, additional goods are now for sale here.

My Friend shops here often, she tells me how wonderful the products are and how she now only vapes instead of smoking cigarettes. Friendly staff that helps with any needs and lots of flavors to chose from, very reasonable prices! I would recommend Newberg Vapors to anyone who is into vaping or interested in trying to stop smoking and wanting an alternative to help them stop.
