Caleb and his good vibes playlist for sure created this feeling of, oh okay, when you walk in. He was cool, down to earth, and knew his products. He was able to fill me in a couple that Id asked about and was patient with my indecisive self. This Vault is my go-to when Im up in this part of town, and Caleb just made sure it stayed that way.

Caleb&Tiffany are the only 2 that have been here the whole time. There are others and they are very friendly but Caleb and Tiffany are knowledgeable and customer service is absolutely over the top. Whenever I ask any questions they have paperwork signs that are available to read. They dont rush me I can step out of line and Google, or read anything.They are very personable and I really enjoy going in there to talk and shopand it is always very clean. Tiffany got me to sign up for rewards and always asks people to leave reviews and sign up. She is the reason I keep coming here.

I came in on the evening of December 23rd. I am kicking myself for not remembering the name of the salesman but i want to say from past reviews ot was Caleb. He went above and beyond providing me with tons of knowledge to every question I had which led me to purchasing a wonderful and complete gift! I want to say the customer service of this gentlemen must be acknowledged because without his help I wouldve had this particular gift become a hassle for the recipient. Thank you so very much! I’ve never had rewards at a vape shop before and didn’t hesitate to give them my phone number for those points. Into here for everything smoke related. They’re reliable, the prices are amazing and they have their products are a better quality most, if not all the other vape shops in the area. Also, the staff is always patient, nice, and super knowledgeable.

Been going here for close to a year now for Kratom, they have the greatest house brand around, it just a little pricey. They also have amazing Management and associates. Would recommend to anyone new to the area and need a good kratom option!

I went in this store on my lunch break to buy a battery for my cartridge. I was convinced to buy the more expensive battery only to find out that it doesnt work 3 hours later when I got off work. No exchange or refund was available. Owner was there when I made original purchase and denied an exchange. Hes the worst. I will never shop here again.

I bought an item and was told if I had any issues with it to come back and it would be fix or replace. When I came back to get the item fix I was told that I couldnt even bring it in the store that anything you buy you couldnt bring back to the shop. This is very inconvenient since they sell items that are electronic and need reset or calibration or clients may need help to operate or use. I had been to this store before and never had that issue I guess is new policy even tho I didnt see any paper with their policy other than the age restrictions

They sold me a lemon with a no return policy. Dont trust any business like that!!! Worked for one week. And I never dropped it!

I bought my very first vape from here when I wanted to quit smoking. The woman I spoke to was very patient and helped me try different juices. However she told me when you vape you are not supposed to inhale. I walked around for 2 weeks choking, trying to figure out why vaping was so hard. I ended up cracking my tank on my wismec motiv so I had to buy a new setup. I went into another shop and spoke to someone and he told me I was informed wrong and showed me how he Vaped and ever since I havent had an issue. I do still however come in and buy my juice from you guys because your the only place that has the juice I like! (jack frost)
