Awesome store! the staff is friendly, helpful and they care about how their store looks and updating their displays to feature new products.i like the Loy brand and there’s many to choose from. you won’t be disappointed! my fav flavors by the Loy brand are Strawberry Watermelon (in the picture), Apple Watermelon and Rainbow. I plan to try the Candy flavor next 😊.

Good selection on vapes I just got 4 elfbars today and they tasted amazing i would definitely come back here again to try some other brands sense I usually only smoke elfbars dispos but yeah super chill.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences and friendly service from this shop. I’ve been shopping here for about two years and they never disappoint. Very convenient location and they keep up with the latest supplies.

Got a vape tried it in front of them, told them it was burnt. Was told it was not burnt it was fine then I asked to switch to one that’s not burnt was told I’d get a discount for another one. Most of their stuff is fake anyways, I wouldn’t bother buying from here.

I’ve been coming to Supernova since they opened the store. They have always had the best selection of tobacco and tobacco alternative products. Additionally they always have wonderful customer service and can help you find whatever you need. Whether that is the right strength vape to help you quit cigarettes, the right bowl or bong that’s meets your needs and budget, and tons of miscellaneous products that you didn’t even know you needed. A great example would be their selection of sprays that kill the scent of herbs 🍃. Overall this has to be one of the best tobacco shops in the 757!

Forever loyal to this place. Ive been coming here since I moved to Newport News and Ive never had a bad experience. The store has a fantastic variety and the employees are always super super kind. Everybody that I know goes here and always say the same thing! I did buy an Ooze battery from here one time that ended up being faulty after a few days (which in my personal experience, Ooze just tends to be faulty sometimes--no blame to the store at all) and the workers were extremely helpful with attempting to fix (and replacing it when we were unsuccessful), no questions asked. On top of everything the environment is always clean, organized, and very friendly. I buy everything from here--disposables, d8 products, wraps, glassware, lighters, you name it. They have a great selection and I never walk out of Supernova disappointed!

Edit: the ooze pen I bought only a few days ago from them started smoking and overheating. All they could do was offer 25% off my next purchase. I will not be making another purchase. Have been going here for about two years until recently i spent 26$ on a vape that stopped working two days later no physical damage I went back to the store the same day trying to swap it out or get someone to work with me and was told I couldn’t get a replacement when You used to be able to get one so that’s 26$ down the drain I WONT be back
