Avail vapor always has the greatest customer service. they always take care of my vaping needs when I need them too and they are always very courteous about doing so. Prices are some of the best in town for their products. I wont go anywhere else for my vaping needs.

Avail Vapor is one of the nicest vape stores that I have been to and is very well organized. The staff members are very knowledgeable and patient and always ready to answer any questions you may have. They also have a great selection of juices and devices. However, when it comes to disposables, that is the one area this store lacks. I like buying disposables and having them on hand occasionally and one of the best brands of disposables, in my opinion, is “Fume,” but this store doesn’t carry them. If they did, I would be there a lot more often than I already am.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone.Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable.I went in for a new setup to help me quit smoking cigarettes, and I was walked through everything there was to know.They sell great hardware and great tasting juices.I left with a new tank, juice and a new mod to replace my old busted Provari.

This review is specifically for Najané—I’m typically too busy to write reviews, thus the reason this one is a tad delayed (I visited Avail last week). I want to begin by saying: out of ALL of the experiences I’ve had casually or specifically shopping for a product in Avail, not ONE time have I been helped so thoroughly and patiently like my experience with Najané. I am not highly versed on the specifics of vaping, especially transitioning from saltnic to freebase (and I made that fact clear). But my goodness, she took that info and broke down everything in layman’s terms. Although it took us a while, her goal was to make sure I didn’t just go the easy “buy the kit” route. We pieced together EXACTLY what I wanted like finding the right mod, tank and coil (while simultaneously helping incoming customers for quick purchases). After explaining various sales and updating my info in the system—she unpackaged my products, showed me how to properly prime the coil and EVEN used her own juice (since mine was at home) to make sure I didn’t leave the store not having what I wanted…. Let me tell you. I was impressed by this young lady. I’ve frequented a number of vape shops, and I have never received this level of care, patience and customer service. Bravo Najané! You deserve an employee reward and/or raise, and I hope to see you again on my next trip!!!

This is the place to go if you know nothing about vaping, but want to start. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being instructed by Naja. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She gave us tips and taught us how to properly care for and replace parts in our new vaping device. I would highly recommend Avails business. We were very impressed and thankful for all of the help and instruction we were given!

Ryan and Jae were very helpful! They explained the difference between devices and asked what I was looking for... then offered a variety of choices. First time going to Avail in hopes of finding a different salt nic juice to find and I am hooked on how awesome this place is. Jay was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and all around pleasant to shop with! Their membership program, which is only $1 to join, saves you big and makes vaping affordable again. I have elderly parents that are having a hard time figuring out vaping as the pods type vaping have been recently harder to get and also have been increasingly expensive. So I took my mother to a couple vape shops. I dont smoke myself so Im ignorant to what to do so I asked for advice on easy to use, cheaper vaping that I can refill for them. Every time I was met with blank stares or apathy. Then we walked into this shop. We were met with a smile and enthusiasm by a girl named Valerie. She listened to what my mother had to say and found the best vape that suit her and my dads needs and was still in budget. The coolest thing..if you joined their club for a dollar you got perks and allowed my mom to try the flavors on the floor. It looked super expensive inside but they presented her with a surprising low price for the juices she wanted. My mother felt listened to and really enjoys the new vape she has and it doesnt run out so fast like her blu pods. I just want to say the lady who worked there (Valerie) really made our day and gave her the confidence to switch to something different. I cant thank Valerie enough. She must have spent like an hour on us. We will definitely be repeat customers for years to come. Dont be intimidated by the expensive look guys! This shop is legit awesome sauce!

So originally it was the BEST vape store I’ve ever been to! Ryan is an awesome employee and made me feel welcomed. He knows allot about vape ping and I could tell he loved his job. He described the flavor and he knew every flavor by heart! So I went back to get more stuff last night and as soon as I walked in the mood in the whole store was off! The girl at the desk was extremely rude and she doesn’t even know anything about the merchandise.. she said the CBD oil pods was compatible with a Device I pick out and as soon as I got in the car I tried it and it didn’t work so I had to get a refund! That girl knows nothing about customer service and I will not be going back if I see her in there. I’m a regular customer at this vape store because I live right beside it but I will take my business elsewhere if she’s working! She left me upset all night because the way she treated me and I don’t appreciate it!

I went to Avail vapor after multiple bad experiences at DIFFERENT stores. I will be a regular customer at Avail Vapor for the remainder of my time in Virginia, and it is all due to Alexis and Jaimies over the top customer service. Avail has a great selection on juices and mods, when you couple that with fantastic customer service I see no reason to go anywhere else. Avail vapor is also military friendly and offers a military discount. They have forever earned my business.

Simply a great shop with at least thirty vape stations to sample flavors, and a very fine selection of mods and tanks to customize to your satisfaction. Clean and modern store with sparkling display cases. Michelle has great energy and will devote her undivided attention to answering your questions. I have finally found my hometown vape shop!

Awesome vape store, selection is mind boggling. One dollar memberships allows you the ability to sample all there flavor option, membership earns you discount cost for hardware, juices, and accessories. I am a regular customers i get see most of the staff that work here. Most of them are knowledgeable, there is always the one having a bad day, never judge a place off one employee. I like alot of their flavors, love a select few. Good selection and OK prices, but at least I know their juices are quality.

What an excellent experience. My fiancé asked for a vape for Christmas and I absolutely knew nothing about them before walking into Avail Vapor. The young lady that was there spent a good hour and half to two hours explaining everything to me, walking me through the processes of everything, I got to try the juices, she showed me how each of the pieces worked. She was such a sweetheart and so very very helpful! I honeslty walked out of there feeling way more comfortable than I figured I would with what I had. She made sure that I had what I wanted, that I knew how to use it. She offered to go ahead and set the vape up so it was ready for my fiancé to use. And even said if he had any questions, he or I was more than welcome to give her a call. The store was very clean, organized and well set up. This was absolutely an incredible experience, I could NOT have been more happy with the service that I received! Thank you so so much, avail vapor, for your help!!

The news that the Covid19 quarantine was extended into June made me panicky. I was running low on CBD vape juice and CBD helps me through these stressful times. So I googled best CBD vape shop and Avail was top of the list. After visiting them I totally agree! They have the best selection and their displays are modern and beautiful. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I am now a loyal customer.

If you need someone who is patient and extremely knowledgeable go see Jae! I broke my glass on my vape and he was able to replace it and helped me find a juice I really like! Everyone here is professional and kind!

Yesterday I stopped into this location and was appalled. Upon walking in there was a customer hanging out at the counter with no mask on. Although there is a sign saying a mask must be worn.This customer seemed to be there to talk to the lady working.As she was trying to help me. The customer or friend of employee began vaping repeatedly while I was trying to check out. The clerk never said anything to him. I feel that vaping inside the store probably still isnt allowed. I couldnt believe she didnt say anything to him. A very horrible experience. No respect for anyone else.

This is a top notch VAPE store - the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to assist you as soon as you walk in. This store is set up very differently than all other shops I have been to - they have tester tables with all 70 plus flavors they Cary set up on mods so you get a superior tasting experience- they are also a juice company and all of their flavors are made in Richmond Va and are of the purest quality, they use NO artificial flavoring , NO artificial coloration, everything is completely natural! They cary an array of Products and cater to the beginner all the way up to the advance level user. The staff was second to none - extremely great customer service , I was greeted within moments of entering ,I was then personally walked through the tasting tables as they helped me to find the flavors that would suit me the best, after I purchased my device they helped me set it all up and gave me a lesson on the functions and ins and outs of the device. Their prices were also the best Ive seen - very competitive to other shops in the area! This store is a must for all ! I will shop no where else from now on!

I bought a mod 2 days short of a month ago from these guys, they got me all setup with everything I needed and answered all of my questions without a hitch. Today my mod defected and I saught out help for this issue, Wayne not only provided great service by exchanging my faulty product and getting my vape game back on the level, but did so with a smile and a great attitude. I recently broke my cartridge battery pen and Naja showed me the pens, cbd products and disposable vape pens. I learned how I broke my pen before & helpful ways to keep my battery strong. I bought the 510 thread cartridge battery pen and planning on looking more into the cbd products.

Ryan and chris are amazing. I’ve been going to the newport news location for about two years now and i would never go anywhere else. Definitely some cool cats and kittens in there. I’ve never left unsatisfied or with any questions unanswered. 10/10 would recommend for all vapeaholics!

These people at avail vapor are nothing but programed robots. First of all they are absolutely OVER PRICED!! Dont believe the hype that their juice is a premium blend,as they would say, to justify their unreasonably high prices. I spend about $60 a week with avail for only one reason they have the liquid i like. Just a couple of days ago i made a $90 dollar purchase and realized i did not like the liquid at that nic level..so i asked if i could exchange them, being that i bought 10 bottles which i will never use, and they gave me the run around!! I am officially done with avail. They are extremley pushy sales people and every visit takes too long because of them always pitching me. I will make it my life mission to see that everyone knows their true colors!!!!

I went into the store to buy juice for my vape. I bought their 60ml 3 nic, bottle of fizzy lemonade and after a day of using it I realized that it wasnt 3 nic, it was 0 nic. I went into the store to let them know that they messed up and gave me the wrong one. They refused to help me at all. Wouldnt refund or give me a replacement. The manager was there and she said she couldnt do anything because her hands are tied. I work in customer service and I now that when you mess up a customers order, management requires you to fix that mess up. Im never going back here again. I recommend you stay away from here.

I was spending 60 to 100 dollars every payday with you guys. The other day I came in to purchase one bottle of juice and one pack of coils the guy working said these are the coils for your fireluke went back to work I unpackaged one to try it and its not even close and now you wont let me refund these 20.00 freemax coils thats messed yall wrong for that one Ill go elsewhere from now on cancel my custo.er account

Once you go here and try there organic premium Vape, youll never go to one of those hole-in-the-wall places where the guy mixes it up in the back ever again. Plus there is a vapor pen at each and every flavor and you are free to wander around and try at your leisure.

Doesnt look like much on the outside but as soon as you go in it looks amazing!!! Prices are decent and great customer service!! Very knowledgeable! Never had a bad experience here after years of using this store everyone is really helpful and has a great attitude do wish they would bring back strawberry kiwi ice by Charlie’s chalk dust I’m quite picky about flavors and this one doesn’t make me cough no one makes juices with the quality like avail

Juice prices are absolutely ridiculous. Near double compared to every other premium juice. 23$ for 30ml is waaay too high.
