I had Vicky for a 65 minute deep tissue massage. It was a lovely experience very calm and she did a great job on the areas I said I was having pain. Hot stone treatment and gave me a nice cold water. Highly recommend!

Wow one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. I’m a hairstylist so my back and shoulder tends to get stiff. My husband and I always try to find a good place when we are away. This place was great. I had Cindy not only roll out my tight shoulder neck line she made me feel relax and comfortable. My husband enjoyed his as well. Cindy did focus mostly on my back and shoulder with out me asking but she manage to get to my feet and the rest after. Next time I’m in the area I will visit this place againWe got the couples massage room

My wife and I came in for a couples massage today. The facility was very clean with a nice ambiance. We were greeted immediately by the ultra friendly staff and taken into the nicely presented massage room. All I have to say about the service is “Wow!” I’ve been to several other spas in my day, but when the masseuse asked medium or hard and I said hard, she delivered!! Awesome job ladies!! You definitely have convinced me to start planing return trip in the near future.

Bought a massage/facial combo Groupon to check this place out, and it did not disappoint. It was a great mix between Thai and Swedish technique, with hot stones and hot towels. Afterwards, I was pain free in my low back for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend.Only suggestion: switch up the music. The same one relaxation piano song played on loop and it was a little annoying.

This was my second visit to this spa. The first was my first ever professional massage. Not knowing what my wife requested for us, I felt it was a little aggressive. I believe she ordered a deep tissue massage with hot stones. It was the deep tissue I wasn’t expecting.The second visit was much better. I didn’t order an aggressive massage, however it wasn’t as aggressive as I think I would have liked. This is on me for not communicating it to the masseuse. However it was still a great massage. When she went over areas I have been experiencing pain, the amount of pressure she used along with the heat from the friction of her hands felt amazing. I also got a facial this visit. That’s a first for me as well. It was weird to me, but felt great after she was done.I don’t know who my masseuse was either visit, but they were both great and I wouldn’t mind having either of them the next time I come in for a massage.As far as environment? The ladies were very nice and professional. The facility was clean. The only complaint I might have is I am very tall, so my ankles and feet hang off the end of the table. With the temperature as low as they had it set, my feet were frozen. The hot stones between my toes actually felt incredible given how cold it was.Edit - I have visited this spa four total times and have left very satisfied. I do have to say though, so far, I think the masseuse I had on my third visit was a woman named Susan, and she’s been the best.

BEST MASSAGE EVER! My husband and I are on vacation from NC and booked the 75 minute couples massage and facial and we both left feeling so relaxed. We will visit anytime we’re back in the area!

This is my regular go-to after a long week at work or when I’m upping my workout routine. I usually run a 5-10 mile run on the weekends and Susan is always there to give me a great massage. I’ve had a few more massuses there also give me a great deep tissue massage. Thanks for such wonderful service.

As an army veteran with back and neck problems, finding effective relief is crucial. Body & Mind Massage & Spa exceeded my expectations.Their deep muscle work targeted my tight muscles, providing much-needed relief from my back spasms. Its as if they could see where I was having pain because they locked in on those areas.I left feeling noticeably better and more relaxed. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking relief from muscle pain.

I am very disappointed from my experience. I expected much more based on the review score I saw here in Google, so I feel I must leave a review to try an balance it out.The Pros I will give it is that it was easy and convenient to book online. But thats about where the Pros end.The Cons are: 1) the walls/doors are paper thin. You can hear every single word, very clearly spoken in the other rooms. You can hear the doorbell chime every time a customer walks in the front door. I even heard a microwave running at one point. Hard to relax with all these distractions. 2) I prefer a quick chat before a massage. You know like, Whats hurting you? or What should I focus on? or What kind of pressure do you prefer? There was no chat. 3) The rooms and tables are so extremely small. I am very tall and did not fit on the table. When she got to my feet, she literally told me I had to scoot up the table because she could not fit between my feet and the wall. I was uncomfortable the whole time. Ive had many massages at many places and Ive never had the experience at any other place before. 4) My masseuse was very clearly sick. She seemed fine for the first half, but then started to sniffle and was trying to hide it. Then she had to leave the room to get a hot towel, but she just needed an excuse to go blow her nose. I could hear her (see #1). This woman was breathing directly onto my face! no mask. Ugh, I hope I do not get sick now.Im not from around here, but if yall think this is a good massage place youre definitely missing out. This place is not good at all. I will never return here or recommend this place to anyone.

Angie was very nice however she could not understand a word i was saying. Facial was literally just oil and lotion being rubbed into my face. At one point she applies a sheet mask. Sheet mask begin to burn my face and I had to physically take it off my face because she could not understand what i was saying.In addition , there was no way to relax with being able to hear the door bell, microwave, toilet and conversations of others while getting massage.I had high hopes, was extremely disappointed. Hand a foot reflexology was just a simple hand and foot rub. Dropped $185 and walked out of the session early.

I personally could’ve did zero stars!!!!!1. How do you have a company and do not speak any English! You canNOT efficiently run a business like that.2. I had an appointment at 10:15 am and they were completely late with starting our appointment. And due to the language barrier it was extremely late. They gave us no communication but again how could they 🤷🏽‍♀️3. This is not a peaceful environment! The walls are thin. Everybody is loud!4. My massage was horrible. The woman who did my massage was very rough and I told her and she kept going and then I was getting a couples massage with my husband and the other worker in the room also told her to be more softer with me and she still was rough.I won’t be back!

Customer service was the worst. No one was able to communicate and they dismissed my questions. I asked several time how much was my gift certificate and she would not tell me. I wouldn’t recommend this business. There wasn’t any pleasant demeanor and no thank you! The massage was not what I expected or accustomed to. ☹️

Couples Swedish massage was amazing and they were attentive to each of our tension areas.

I scheduled one for my birthday. I arrived early and was greeted by Ms.Fiona. She didn’t appear to speak English. We didn’t get to discuss what to expect or problem areas. The beginning of the massage was very painful. Especially on my spine. I had to take 1000mg pain medicine just go to sleep that night. The facial was just lotion being put on then wiped off. It was very disappointing! The door kept opening and closing which made me uncomfortable because I was only in my underwear under a towel.

I booked a couples 60 minute massage with a 30 minute facial 1/11/22. My wife and I had an amazing experience. We haven’t been there in a while due to our schedules but we didn’t think they could top our experience we had last time but boy were we wrong. We loved the atmosphere of the entire place and how comfortable they made us. Definitely booking another massage soon for us. Thank you guys for the best experience ever.

My fiancé and I had an 80-minute deep tissue massage from Fiona and Susan. Wow!! Incredible. We get massages every month and this one by far has shot to the top of our list. Spa was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We both loved the amount of pressure that was used and the special attention they paid to tight spots. The hot stones were a great addition. We will surely be back!

Best couples massage ever. The staff was very friendly and professional. My friend and I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. It was so relaxing that he fell asleep. We look forward to returning and enjoying the experience again.

I would usually give them a 5, idk if it is because I went later in the day this time and had different people, but it wasnt quite as good as it usually is. I drive from VA Beach just to come see them as they are the best I have been to around.

This is my second time at this establishment for a couples massage. The first time, about a 1.5 years ago was pretty good. My partner and I scheduled another deep tissue massage this past weekend. My massage was terrible and definitely not deep tissue. The masseuse basically rubbed oil on my back for 40 minutes and barely applied any pressure. This was the lamest and most half-hearted massage I have ever received from a “professional”. To add insult to injury, this same half-hearted masseuse DEMANDED a tip from us! I don’t know what your views on gratuity are, but not every single person who lifts a finger for me is entitled to a tip—especially if I pay close to $200 for a massage and you basically spread oil on my back until the clock runs out. My partner says that his massage was good, but I personally will not come here for another massage.

This is by far one of the best massage places Ive been to.They do a great job where I am always relaxed and half asleep, they are easy to work with with through day appointments online and rescheduling, and they are very friendly.I have been about 4 times now. The last one I missed the appointment due to sleeping through it, and they rescheduled with no questions asked and no additional fees.Some customers mentioned the door bell, but it is minimal and I am so relaxed that it doesnt bother me.They are the cheapest I found in the area and do just as good if not better than the chains.I always leave in a daze because I am so relaxed.Would highly recommend.

I love this place. I was paying for a membership somewhere else, but they kept increasing the prices and it was difficult to get certain therapist. I accidentally stumbled upon it when searching for a massage appointment and I am so glad I did. The prices are perfect and you even get a discount for mid-week or early bird appointments.The therapist, Cindy was extremely attentive to the knots in my back and the stress in my shoulders. Will definitely keep going.

This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. It was literally so painful - nothing about it was relaxing or rejuvenating. It hurt so bad I had a bruise in the middle of my upper back the next day. I couldn’t even go to sleep; which is not normal for me during massages. I would never go back. 0/10.

I came here last Sunday for a couples massage. The customer service was amazing. Everyone greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcomed. They made sure all our needs were met. WOW!! This was my boyfriends and I first time ever getting a massage and his first time getting a facial and it was incredible! We left feeling so much better than when we came in. They targeted all of our stress areas and left us so relaxed. You can tell they want you to get your money’s worth! This past Monday night my boyfriend and I came in for a 60min couples massage and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. This was my first time ever getting a professional massage and the nerves I had prior to our visit went away immediately when I was greeted by the kind staff. Vicky and Rachel were our massage therapists and I would be so happy if we got them again in the future. We absolutely will be back!

My fiancé and I had our first massage ever on Saturday, and we were both blown away by the experience. Everyone there was so welcoming and sweet, and made us so comfortable. I was especially nervous being that I have a chronic back injury that was always made worse by physical therapy massage. Not even halfway through the hour my back pain was almost non-existent! I was amazed. Nothing has ever helped the pain as much as she did, in just an hour! We both left that appointment feeling so relaxed and happy, and already are planning to make another visit as soon as we can! Cant wait to try the full hot stone treatment next time! I really wanted to like this place. This was my first visit. They have great specials and I took advantage of their 90 min massage special and paid extra for additional head, neck, and shoulder acupressure. Also initially it appeared that they had great customer service.From the waiting area it seemed like it would be a relaxing experience, but it was anything but.While I was in the massage room the front door bell kept going off there were plenty of staff so there was no reason for that, I could also hear peoples personal conversations right in front of the room door, I could also hear a microwave being used as well as the smell of food permeating all in the room.The lady who gave me my massage kept coughing and sneezing. As if she had a cold or really bad allergies. She did have a mask on, but it was still a distraction nevertheless. I left in a tremendous amount of back and neck pain. I could hardly move the next day.So I went back to the shop to talk to someone about my experience in hopes that they would rectify the situation or maybe offer a diffrent masseuse at little or no cost to me.There was a language barrier with the lady who came to the front desk. So she called someone on the phone. I explained the situation to the lady on the phone. She insinuated that I was in pain because it was my first massage. I explained to her that Ive had several massages and never left in that much pain. She asked for my phone number and said she would call me the next day and never did.Over all this was NOT the relaxing experience that I had hoped for. I spent $150 at this place and I really dont feel like I got my moneys worth. Ive spent less at other places and had a much better experience. I honestly doubt if I will be back again.

Have had a lot of massages and the ladies here are amazing! You don’t even need to tell them what’s bothering you; they get right to work and find all the tight places! Great for a couple’s massage, really peaceful place.

I got a massage today and facial. She had my back cracking (in a good way) I really needed that self care time and relaxation. They also have a reward program where you take the card and get it stamped every time you go after your 5th visit you get money off. Good to know they value their customers. Customer service was great too. I will be booking another apt in two weeks.

I initially booked a couple’s massage for my now ex and I, but I took my brother’s girlfriend instead 😁 It was great! Our massage was 90 minutes and we enjoyed every minute of it. The masseuse’s listened to both of our requests and left us extremely relaxed and satisfied with the service. The vibe of the room was intimate and calming. No complaints. We will be back.

I did a last minute booking,was in a lot of pain in my neck and upper back. They were very accommodating, professional, courteous, and had an inviting atmosphere. You can tell they care about what they do. My massage therapist knew exactly what areas to focus on. After the massage all of the employees were so kind and warming. I will definitely be coming back. My fiance gifted me a massage/facial package from this spa for my birthday. The massage with Cindy was great. Although my facial products smelled like old lady hand lotion, it was also nice. My only complaint is its very noisy. The walls are paper thin so you hear people talking, banging stuff, and closing doors. The atmosphere is not very quiet/relaxing at all. I also recommend they mute the entry chime. You hear every one who comes through the door.The service is satisfactory but I recommend you take some ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones/music with you.

I have had massages at several spas in the Newport News. I will always schedule at Body and Mind. This spa is 5 stars for friendliness, care and top notch making my body renewed. I just recently scheduled a 60 minute massage with KELLY. I left feeling totally renewed. All of the masseuse girls are THE BEST!

I was so, so incredibly pleased with my massage today. (So much so that I’m writing this review in my car immediately afterwards!) I wish I would have caught my therapist’s name before I left, because she was so attentive to my problem areas. I have severe muscle spasms and knots throughout my shoulders and neck, and she graciously worked out my kinks while continually asking me if I was comfort with the pressure throughout. She also did hot stone work as a courtesy which was so kind, because it isn’t included in the service initially. Along with my deep tissue massage, I did add on the cupping service and it did not disappoint. This establishment is tidy, warm, and so pleasant to be in. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in the Hampton Roads area... it will be worth the drive! Also, the online booking is so convenient and simple. I was able to schedule for the same day as well. Thank you to the salon for treating me with such care. You’ve made me feel like a brand new person. I hope to stop in when I come back to visit/vacation!

My first time visiting and Im so happy I chose here! Cindy was PHENOMENAL. I usually find most massages I get to be too soft or not enough pressure. Not here! Cindy was PERFECT. Just the right amount of pressure while feeling absolutely wonderful and relaxing. Im so happy I came and I walked away feeling boneless!

Bought a Groupon randomly for this business hoping for the best- I have booked massages with other places after buying their Groupons and been less than thrilled. Body & Mind Spa DID NOT disappoint! My appointment was with Shirley and- oh my gravy- she was incredible! Absolute best massage I’ve ever had and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial too! The business itself was a very clean and relaxing environment and Shirley’s attention to detail and obvious experience was amazing! I have health issues that massage is especially good for and I left my appointment feeling so much better than when I arrived. I have already booked my next session with Shirley and look forward to seeing her regularly! I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Vickey was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my first visit. I bought a massage and facial package. During my facial (when my face mask was settling in) she continued my massage which she did not have to do. She concentrated on my neck and shoulders which is a problem area for me. This was a great experience! I will be back.

First time. I bought the couple massage for me and my husband and the experience was amazing! Awesome service from as soon you walk into the places and the details of the massage. They took their time and was so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave the place😆. The facility was clean and organized. We definitely gonna return for more!

I received and 60 minute massage and a 30 minute facial for Christmas and it was wonderful. I like a lot of pressure and my massage therapist Anna was amazing. Normally I have to ask for more pressure but it was like she could feel what my body needed and just did it. I will definitely be back!

My first experience was with a couples massage and then I have been back a few times since. I highly recommend them, they have done an excellent job, are very skilled, and have great customer service. It is in a shopping strip mall, so the rooms are not as quiet as if in thier own building - which us to be expected. (I mention this as more of a side note for the one comment that mentions hearing noise. I found the noise to be minimal and did not distract at all from the experience.) If you are looking for a great, skilled, massage then do yourself a favor and book here.

Cindy was an excellent therapist with strong hands to work out my tense back. We received a couples massage from Groupon for 75 minutes which included a 30 min facial. We will definitely return but will only get a massage next time.The therapists were both incredible and used Chinese massage techniques paired with western massage. Our buttocks were massaged and typically this is common in Asian cultures but it may be a surprise for those who haven’t experienced this before in traditional “spas”. Your butt will be jiggled (from the movement), jostled, and made into butter bliss— if you’re tense it will feel great! Be sure to let them know if you don’t want this.Things that could be improved-The massage room closest to the reception does not have doors that are solid. They have slats like window blinds which allow outside conversation to be easily heard from your massage table. There are signs posted in the entrance/waiting lobby to keep voices down, but guests either don’t see this or don’t realize how easily their voices carry. Each time someone comes in or checks out, you will be able to hear everything. If this will bother you, this may not be the place for you.Appointments made strictly online using their website. Be sure to fill out where on the body you’d like to be focused during the massage.Overall, I’d recommend to everyone looking for a no frills massage.

This was my first massage ever and it was great experience. My therapist was very kind, attentive and made me feel at ease. For the first time it can be a lil nerve racking on how you behave etc. I am glad i chose this place for my first time and i defintely will be going back. And the prices were good too.

Went for a spur of the moment couples massage. It was incredible. The ladies were so amazing. I wish we lived around here. You will definitely be missed.

I needed to find a place immediately when I woke up and could barely move my neck. I hated this experience. I got a deep tissue with acupressure for the head, neck, and shoulders and what a disappointment. All the movements were a jabbing, quick, rough movements. No knots were worked on and it there was no area of focus. The “massage” was very scattered across, and half of it was over the sheet— so just a lot of pushing. I had to ask for oil. I flipped over on my back and there was no massage on the front of my body. The acupressure was a joke. She glided her hands across my face and there was no pressure on my neck or shoulders. I was on an awkward pillow that restricted movement. I woke up the next day in extreme pain and had less movement than before. This is not my first deep tissue, but I won’t be returning. The place seemed clean though. You can hear all the other massages, loud talking in the walkway, and the toilet flushes constantly. Not to mention is was freezing the entire massage.

Relaxing environment and space. Friendly, caring staff and clean space. Enjoyed a couples massage, then returned for a massage and mini facial for myself. They spend the entire time working on your body and ensure pressure is what you want. I love the hot stones best! Definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit.

The spa was clean, the staff was friendly and very attentive. So peaceful yet painfully good! It was as advertised 90 min massage and 30 min facial for me 30 min hand and foot reflexology for hubby. This place is good and legitimate. They make me so relax I snore after I fall asleep. Deep tissues, hot stone, shiatsu, pressure points, and other mixed styles. They change out the sheets after each customer. They use scented oils, light or heavy, to use forearms and light elbows to prevent friction burns and relax the senses. Its like a mild tenderizing but you can get the pressure as heavy as you desire.

My partner and I had a couples massage in here. The online booking process was fast and simple, and we did not have to wait for long upon our arrival. We were asked how we would prefer to have our massage (more intense or less intense). I have various back problems and the masseuse was very attentive to the sensitive parts, reducing the pressure accordingly, even without me asking for it. My partner was very pleased with the massage he got, very strong, and he felt an immediate relief on his back pains shortly after the massage was over. I definitely recommend this place!

Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted and she noticed I had a beard and recommended I substitute my facial for hot stone. Her recommendation was amazing because the hot stone helped my muscles relax even more and prevented me from being super sore the next morning. Overall the experience was great and I look very forward to making a trip here on a monthly basis!

My wife and I went in today for a couple massages massage and facial package. I can say it was well worth the drive from Virginia Beach. The ladies were friendly and helpful the whole experience and the massage and facial were to die for. We had the 45 min massage and 30 min facial and the only thing I regret is not making it for a longer amount of time. Most definitely recommend.

I have visited Body and Mind Massage Spa several times, and each time Ive had a great experience. The facility is always very clean and tidy. The rooms are well organized and the lenins are fresh from the wash. The staff is always friendly, and they focus on delivering a quality therapeutic massage. The owner, Shirley, works in house along side her staff, and truly cares that you entrust your need for relaxation and pain relief to her and her staff. Your money is well spent here if relaxation is your goal.

I went here today for the 1st time and all I can say is WOW! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I feel like a new person. OH MY GOODNESS!! I found this hidden treasure today and am so thrilled that I did. From beginning to end they exceeded my expectations, and that is not an easy feat to accomplish. The online reservation process was simple and fast. The facility is neat and clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Shirley and Julia are welcoming and wonderful. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to my comfy room. The ladies were thoughtful to make sure that they were aware of my needs and painful areas. My neck and shoulders were screaming along with a few other body parts. Julia took such good care of me. She was attentive and sensitive to my ouchies (even the ones I hadnt mentioned). Julia provided the best massage I have had in many years and I am NO LONGER IN PAIN. My visit was amazing and I will be returning soon. Highly recommend!!

Completely mind blown. I went there intending to use my Groupon offer but I ran into a roadblock. They were able to get me in at my appointment time for a great price, which kept me happy. As I was being rubbed down, I was thinking this absolutely blows my other experience out of the water. I was so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep on that table and been perfectly fine. Definitely plan on going back and I highly recommend them and their services.

Loved my massage. I got the 75 min massage and facial plus the 30 min Gus Sha. Started at 1140 and ended at 1:20. So they snuck in a few extra minutes. The facial was ok just put some good smelling stuff on my face and that’s it. The massage could’ve had more pressure but the overall experience was great. Definitely will go back for the cupping.

I have visited the spa before so I was excited to return after earning a Groupon from my employer. Im getting married so I tried to book an appointment for a member of my party. I had technical difficulties with the web site, called several times without resolution.Finally, I forwarded an email and Received an immediate response. 12 emails later the problem was still not resolved my appointment was changed without my knowledge and I was notified via email. I expressed in my email that I would appreciate a telephone call so that I can explain an attempt to resolve the technical errors on the website but I still receive a plethora of emails.Im very dissatisfied with the lack of compassion and poor customer service. Will honor the appointment but will not return. Brides beware!!

My husband and I moved to Virginia almost a year ago and prior to that we were regular massage receivers, but always found ourselves disappointed because we could never find the right masseuse. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean and the operating hours were very convenient. My husband took me on a day date and we ended it with a late night couples massage. It was very nice except the masseuse went extra Rambo on me! What was supposed to be a relaxing massage turned into a rub down from WWII! While it was probably warranted, she didnt ask if the pressure was too hard and that elbow was from hell! I was constantly raising my hand and ooh, ouching...Im sure it interrupted my husband and after a while, I just endured the pain. After 4 days, Im still feeling the remnants. We arent from the area but if we visited again; Ill be certain to tell them light pressure, no elbow!

I purchased a Groupon for this Spa for my boyfriends birthday and ended up having some issues with the actual Groupon redeeming when I had not redeemed it. Due to time being of the essence I contacted Groupon immediately to resolve the issue and Groupon responded right away. In order to fully resolve the issue Groupon needed to speak to the Spa (Body and Mind Massage and Spa). They were NEVER able to reach them. I tried contacted the Spa multiple times by email, phone, and chat. In which i also NEVER got a response from them. The customer service is one of the worst Ive ever experienced. Needless to say I never booked an appointment with them and never will. Strictly because of the poor non existent customer service.

I went here for a facial and it was not worth it. The facial was definitely not worth $90...more like $30-40. They did everything I could have done myself at home. Nothing was provided as described in the treatment details. No extractions, no exfoliation, no eye treatment, no serums. My faced was basically washed 3x, a mask was applied and they slapped some witch hazel and lotion on my face. My face felt more oily and weighed down when I left. Nothing was customized for my skin type nor did they ask about my skin. All the products smelled cheap and scented. Very disappointed especially with all the great reviews i saw. Only good thing I have to say is that the staff were very pleasant.

I booked a couples massage, very easily and via their website, for my mother and myself for Mothers day. My mom has been having much difficulty with her shoulder and was in desperate need of a massage that would help alleviate the pain. Our masseuses were beyond what we both expected, they listened to our needs and adjusted their technique. They are gentle and knew when to not push. My mom thanked them profusely as she said she could finally raise her arm after being touched by such healing hands. I highly recommend their services, bring cash so you can tip them directly and be ready for a wonderful experience!

The massage was wonderful, I would have liked more attention to the neck musculature; as that is where the most tension from stress is. I received a 45 min massage and 30 min facial ! My massage was AMAZING ! However during my massage , 2 individuals who spoke different languages started arguing outside of the room I was in ! It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe because I didn’t know what was going on outside of my room. As an establishment it is important to make your customers feel safe , however for 10-15 mins because of 2 individuals arguing , I felt uncomfortable and was unable to relax for the rest of my service .

I had a similar experience as another reviewer...the masseuse pulled the blanket down along with my underwear. I have never experienced that at a massage before, so I kindly said no thats okay and that I did not want that, but the masseuse kept insisting it was ok and that it was part of the massage, laughing it off. Needless to say, I was pretty uncomfortable throughout the massage as I preferred to be covered in that area. I was uncovered for most of the 90 minute massage and they incorporated the butt massage with the full back which just wasnt for me. The massage itself was rougher than I would have liked and I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. Lastly, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear people coming and going and chatting outside your door.

I made an appointment for a couples massage online. We drove two hours to this location and got stuck in traffic. I called this location multiple times, no answer and even left a email per the website suggestion that we would be 15 min late. When I arrived, they said they had no one available. On the website, they had a 730 and 745 opening but she had nothing for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, they said they couldn’t give me my money back either. Don’t go here. Very unprofessional, and lack of empathy and customer service.

So originally when I got there, there was a mix up, because I has asked for a couples massage & when i got there they only had me down for one single massage. There was a miscommunication over the phone because i didnt make the appointment online, only over the phone. So i highly suggest to make the appointment online where you can see what option youre choosing or to triple check over the phone that they have the right appointment for you. But they were super accommodating and were able to still give massages to me and my bf, even though it was at separate times and in separate rooms. Better than traveling all this way for no massage at all! And the massage was perfect & made it all worth it. The lady gave the massage for exactly one hour, which doesnt always happen at spa places. They gave out free drinks & coupons for next time we come. I would definitely come back!

I have had massages for 30yrs. This was THE BEST THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE. Shirley was very professional. Somewhat of a language barrier like at some nail salons. I am now scheduling weekly massage sessions.

Not really what I was expecting. The facial I received left my face feeling very greasy. My massage was less than to be desired. Hard to relax when the ac is on full blast and you are undressed. I was freezing 🥶

1st time ever going yesterday and I just loved it. So kind and gentle. Definitely like to come back. Told my neighbors about the experience and she booked a couples massage. Thank you.
