Highly recommend going to this place regularly.I went into this place for the second time today, with my friend who recommended it. This place is great, theyve got some really good deals on juice, and the staff here is super cool to chat with. They make sure that youre taken care of and the owner Bill was in personally today. It really speaks to me when a store owner helps out. The juice selection is pretty wide, and they also sell mods, tanks, batteries etc.

If I could give this place 0 stars and leave a review I totally would. Theyre selling the same stuff in their store that I get on temu for $4 and $5 for $40 and $50. Thats disturbing honestly! Very sad!

Got a sonder vape pen Wednesday. It didn’t work properly right out of the box. All juice leaked out and mouth piece falls off. No receipt given. Never again at this place.

Excellent business! Store is well stocked, clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Chuck reminds me of John Candy in Uncle Buck - absolute creepy stalker vibe when you first meet him, but after you get to know him he is shockingly warm, cheerful, caring and eager to help. I enjoy spending my wifes money here!

My husband went here and was looking to get some info on the best vape for us. The store employee he spoke with was very informative and honest! I will definitely be going back with him next time. The product we were recommended and the e-liquid was perfect for what we needed. I am so happy with his purchase for us.

This is the best shop around. The customer service is distinguished from the area. Any problem Ive had theyve been able to fix. This is the best vapor shop in Kentucky or Ohio. The only Place I go to take care of all my vapor +delta8 needs. They have such a cool Staff that is super knowledgeable. Plus their selection and prices are the best around!

So I used to come here a lot about a year ago. I moved so its a bit further away now. Well the last three times Ive been in there, the custom service hasnt been very good. They arent as engaging like the shop use to be. Im not sure if they got all new employees or what but its not that great anymore. Other than that this place is pretty decent. Not too bad of a selection on juice and other products.

Awesome shop! Even if youre shy or new to vaping, they always make you feel comfortable, informed, and never pressured. Love their juice selection, especially the Incognito line that Ive only been able to find here. I love the friendly down to earth staff, and clean, well-stocked enviroment. Definitely will be a customer for life!☺

I’ve been to a few vape shops in the area and Elevated is one of the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your new to vaping and have questions, ask, they won’t make you feel dumb. The store itself is clean and comfortable to be in. Check them out!

This is a top notch shop. Knowledgeable, helpful employees that really enjoy helping you out, theyre not out to bs you into spending cash if you dont have to. They have a large selection of hardware and juice laid out in a very organized manner, with the tester bar being very easy to try out new juice. Oh, and its very clean and well lit. Its not a dungeon like a lot of others.Bill is awesome, I love his shop!

Was in town with my band and had an issue with my device, so I check these guys out! Awesome shop. Great juice and hardware selection and the staff helped me solve a problem I was having with my device. He was very knowledable and personable. I have been a ciggarette smoker for 35 years. I have decided to transition to vaping with the end goal of then quitting the vape; I had the absolute pleasure of having Chuck assist me today. He patiently listened to me go on about my fears of failure and also my fears of having my life cut short due to ciggarettes. He chose a vape based on my needs and helped me decide on a flavor. He showed me in great detail how to care and use the vape. But the most important thing he did was tell me we will get through this together. Not once have I had a dr say that to me, not once. Just a lecture and a medication that made me so nauseous I could barely function and then another lecture when I quit taking the prescription because of the nausea. Chuck gave me confidence and support and assured me I am not alone on this journey. What an experience, thank you Chuck!

Recently started going here and I must say these guys are great. I bought my girlfriend and I a new kit recently and continue to go to them for new coils and juice. This is the place you need to go for your vaping needs. Im a very satisfied customer. They are very helpful.

Out of the many vape shops Ive visited, Elevated Vapors, is my all time favorite! The staff is always knowledgeable & courteous. Plus, if Im in a hurry, I call ahead with my order, so I can just run in & pay for my items. They always get my order right! If I have time & want to hang out, I can also do that! Its fun to meet other clients in a calm, relaxing environment. They have very clean bathroom facilities, which is also a plus! This is one of very few places, I will give a 5🌟 rating. Never leave reviews but the service at this shop is great. Went with my girlfriend to replace a vape and was taken care of by the owner himself. Fantastic staff, friendly, smart, and best of all they didnt try to force anything or ell me the most expensive things. Props to the owner for having such a great shop.

Ive been to a lot of vape shops, and this is the only one I will go to anymore. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They dont just try and sell you anything, they help you find exactly what you want and are honest. They also have a big selection to choose from if your looking for mods or tanks. They have tons of juice, and work hard to make sure you always have something new to try. The juice they carry is all quality. Most of all they are all cool af and know how to treat a customer. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Seriously, check these guys out!

Aside from being very friendly and helpful, the staff is well educated on product, which is something I really appreciate due to the adverse experiences Ive had with the other shops in Newport. They waste no time in fulfilling customers needs!

I chose to go to this store to start vaping again after about a year of smoking. The guy that was working was helpful he asked if I knew what I was looking for and I gave him an idea and he went with it and recommended a few different mods before I settled on one. They have a decent selection and were really helpful.

Open before I had to be at work. Carries my favorite flavors (cactus jack fruit). Friendly and ready to find my flavor with a vague description. Vape has helped my family and friends escape tobacco.

This place is horrible and they are most definitely a rip off the owner and his cousin or brother whatever he is do not want to help whatsoever they are way over priced and always out of what your looking for cause they make more if they sell a completely new vape then sell what you need! Im new to vaping and the gentleman here explained everything to me and really helped me out. You can not test the product before you buy, so that is a little difficult for newbies like me because how am I supposed to know what I like and dont like. So I signed up for a random zample box that sends I think 6 random flavors a month to help me there.

This store n the guys working there are amazing!!!! The owner Bill was super knowledgeable about the products he was selling also the ins n outs of vaping itself!!!! I wanted to kicked the habit of smoking mind u I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 12yrs old.. Being nervous n completely uneducated in the world of vape I had no idea were to even start. I came in n about 5 mins of being in the store I felt completely comfortable n felt like I could trust him n to me that speaks volumes!!!! Knowledgeable staff with a good selection of vaporizers. I was given multiple vape options without feeling like I was being upsold. Was able to sample different juices based off my tastes. Was a bit smoky inside, but that was quickly dissipated when the employee opened the doors.

Elevated Vaporz is a great vape shop located in Newport. Its a very clean and nice shop and the staff there are helpful with anything you need. I bought my second mod here and there prices are great and there is such a good vibe Everytime you visit.

My smoker shorted out in my pocket at work and i thought i would have to replace it, so i went in prepeared to spend about $100, but they guy looked at it and said i should be fine, since i most likely just messed up the coil. Saved me SO MUCH money. These guys have integrity, my dudes. Theyre not out to just get yoyr money- they take care of your needs and do a helluva good job doing it.

New to vaping, dont sweat that I am and went to probably 10 different vape shops and Elevated Vaporz was by far the best one I went to! I had a small pen that was given to me to try, used it for a few days and liked it but needed an upgrade. One of the first things that happened when I walked in I noticed the cleanliness of the shop, I mean windows, cases, the whole place was clean. Before the door even closed behind me I was greeted by the guy (wish I could remember his name but it was on 1/19/19 around noon or so). He was there by himself and even when other people came in was able to still help me and them without making you feel as if he abandoned me for them or vice versa. He knew his stuff, asked me what I wanted and me not knowing terms or anything walked me through the best fit for me taking in account what i do for a living to set me up with something durable enough not to break getting dropped, dirty, wet, whatever doing maintenance/construction and still fit my needs and wants. I wish I would have found this place before I bought juice too. The other shops I went to you tested by putting a drop on your finger then put it on your tongue, not here, here you can actually sample by vaping through one of the sample vapes where they have disposable pieces so your not vaping after someone. To wrap this up, I was hooked up with a bad a** machine (or whatever you want to call it) that is rough and tough and will hold up to anything I do. I bought it in a kit that was probably $20-$30 cheaper than other places and batteries were included, other places charged extra for batteries too so really probably about $50 cheaper. The juice, well I must have been duped elsewhere because for the price I paid for the 30 ml bottle I got I could get 60 ml there or more. All in all this is the best shop I have found in NKY!!!

Stopped in last Sunday for some coils and was talking to the gentleman about the juices and pods I normally get and found out that they have all of them! Not only do they have them, but, they have them at super prices too! Thinking that Elevated is going to be my go to vape shop from here on out!
