Tick Tock Smoke Shop - Newport

I stopped in here to get a coil for my vape because I had previously gone to a different shop and picked up a cartridge but the guy didnt inform me it did not come with a coil.So I came in here and was greeted by a huge smile and acknowledgement from a man named Ethan. He helped me understand my vape juices, my vape, my maintenance and so much more. He sold me coils for my cartridge, but it didnt fit. Thats when I realized that the other shop I had gone to sold me the wrong cartridge. The other guy confirmed it was rpm2 then rushed me out the door. Ethan did not rush me. He took his time and explained so much to me. He apologized for my mishap that I was enduring, even though he didnt cause any of it. He gave me understanding of other devices and helped find one that was a better fit for me than having to buy so many different parts just to get it to work.If you need a shop that has lots of knowledge, stop on in. Ethan is knowledgeable and if he doesnt know, he will find the answer!

I bought a brand new vape right before work today and I opened it up when I got to work and it was completely dead. No lights are appearing at all. Ive never had this happen anywhere else. What a waste of money and my time

Very polite,respectful the best customer service I have ever received. I love tick tick they beat all product prices in town. If you’re even slightly interested in cigars, this is the place to come, I am speechless. Every time I walk in there. It is the rich smell of tobacco. Enjoy. The guy behind the counter is always super informative. Customer service is A1 steak sauce if you’re not here, you’re nowhere.

Very neat and organized easy to find items and cloe was very helpful. I asked tons of questions, she had instant answers and she knew where everythibg was went right too it. And told us tons of deals and she was very smart she knows about every item she would teach us stuff we didnt even know. Will return soon

Used to drive out of my way to come here because they had great prices. Then each week the breeze pro’s would increase. Seems like the price depended on who was working at that time. Now it’s cheaper to get them at the gas station next to my house. Nice staff tho.

I always had to go to Monroe to get my smoking products, not anymore. This shop is convenient and looks so cool inside. Kayla helped me and is very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely will be coming back!

I live in Newport Farms less than mile away. I finally stopped in the a couple of weeks ago.Im a cigar smoker and happy to have a place so close.

Ever time I go in here to my breeze the price goes up. 1st time it was 2/$25 then 2/$28 now 2/$32 unless it’s on tuesdays they’re 2/$25 not sure why their prices go up all the time but at that price it’s no longer beneficial to go here as they’re cheaper at nearly any gas station and their constant stock issues I won’t be retuning to the store.

This place has a lot of nice stuff but the customer service was terrible. The girl that helped me her name was Cloe and she caught an attitude because I was asking a lot of questions it being my first time in a smoke shop. For that reason I would never recommend shopping here!
