My favorite vape shop. I come here every month, sometimes biweekly. Great atmosphere, great selection, great service, and sensible prices. Whats not to love?

I have seen a lot of vape shops come and go over the last 8 years. There is a reason that Make It Vapor is a successsful vape shop. The owner, Steve, and Shawna, his N.S. employee are very knowledgeable. They take their time with you and you will never be rushed. The shop caters to all types af vaping customers and ex-smokers, whatever your needs may be.

Love the woman that works there. Her name is escaping me currently. I went in with just a battery for my vape, looking for a chamber for the top. The last place I went to told me they stopped selling the chambers I needed and I was getting ready to buy a new vape. So glad I came here before I did. She tried three different heads for me until she found one that worked and also gave me an android charger for FREE. Definitely recommend for any vapers who are tired of going to vape shops where no one actually knows anything or is willing to help. My vape is fully intact and working great!!!

Big issue with this place. I really enjoyed this place, friendly staff and good products. BUT! I gave three stars because I got a god mod when they first came out and it was a very expensive mod. Then 6 months later the mod had an internal issue that caused it to burn the coils too hot and it was unusable. I went into the shop and asked for help from Steve the owner, and his original response was that he couldnt do anything about it. After I asked again he said he could sell me one at a very minimal discount, which was not something I wanted to do for obvious reasons. I continued to try and talk to him and his reply was that he had a tennis game he wanted to get to and left it at that. I was very disappointed because I loved going to this place. Their juice was the best Ive had and the environment was relaxed and you felt welcomed. I brought a lot of business there and was good friends with the employees. Since this happened I have not returned and have brought my friends with me.

I continue shopping at this store bc not only is the selection awesome, but Shauna is amazing! Not only do I feel like part of the family, I feel like a valued customer. I was a little disappointed to see the Make it Vapor mascot (Sam the cat) not there! The cat definitely completes the experience!

1st of all, the store Was clean! and maintained well, in product storage, information,or tools. The Vape-Attendant As I will call her. Named Shauna; as she gave her name. Which is great. She was scholarly versed : Communication^ and Product information. Wow! It serves the industry well, and raises the bar at many levels, Value to the customer. Ill be sure to let everyone know about this shop, Im from Texas and Im really happy that I came in today.

Shauna is the best! She is always friendly and very knowledgeable. One time I pulled up just as she was locking up for the evening. She gladly reopened the store and got me what I need. This is how brand loyalty is established!

Great local vape shop. I love walking in to see a friendly face greet me and answer any questions I might have. Recently I brought in an RDA I had purchased months prior with burnt out coils. Shawna remembered my face and happily helped me change them out and rewick them. I could go other places, but nowhere has had the great customer experience that this place has.

These guys always go above and beyond. Owner is very involved here and they found ways to keep me happy throughout the pandemic. When they didn’t have products in one store the owner drove products to his other store that was closer to me to make it easier for me to come pick up myself. On a sidenote, buying juice in store location is always more expensive if you can wait of course online is a little cheaper but otherwise I highly recommend this place

The staff really knows the products. The kid named sparky can built a mean coil rebuild. The guy with the curly hair knows how to run the store and will take the time to get to know the customers so they have a better experience. Only recommendation would be to get the staff the latest products so they can have first hand experience. Also they need to stop changing the shop every week.

I can not say enough about Shawna, she always has a smile. She goes out her way to make sure you get what you want. She always has a suggestion or two . I have 2 vape shops closer to me but willing to travel those extra miles simply because of Shawna . I recommend this store especially if your a vape beginner, Shawna will explain so you understand the difference.

Fantastic place to go as a someone who vapes. Shauna is the pretty girl behind the counter most days..... this hot chick not only knows her stuff but is also super friendly and goes above and beyond to help out customers. If you are lucky enough to visit on Sunday, you will meet the entrepreneur behind this small chain of vape shops (and local celeb--- to me, anyway) ,Steve (Schmitty)- who is literally the nicest guy I have ever met. Love this place.

These guys are great.The two that stand out the most to me are Steve, the owner, and Chris.The fact that an independent shop like this one plays by the new and very stringent FDA guidelines and still stays open, is notable. I blame this on their customer service and fair pricing. Oh, it also helps that the juice they sell is all the house brand and its effing delicious.Ive sent a lot of people to this vape shop and everyone falls in love with any one of their many flavors and it keeps them going back.5 stars for these brothas.

When I came in the store I was an anxious wreck. My son had just been thru serious medical issues and I promised him I would quit smoking and switch to vape. I had a very unpleasant experience at another vape shop. As I total newbie I was given no guidance. Needless to say my first few days vaping was a total failure. I came in to your shop like whirlwind of anxiety! Shawna could not have been more patient with me nor more helpful. She let me try your Outlaw liquid, instant win! A nice young man even took the time to explain the device I had previously purchased and had no idea how to use. I’m happy to say my vaping is now successful and can not wait to come back and try more flavors. Thank you from a very nervous helicopter Mom lol❤️❤️❤️❤️

Walked in for the first time today to be greeted by a beautiful woman , only stopped in to check out the place and ended up walking out with 4 great juices & a new tank ! Shauna was a pleasure to talk with and for sure will be back VERY soon!!!

I walked in today to get a battery charger could and juice. When I walked in there was 1 other customer in there and another gentleman sitting at. The vale bar that appears to be an employee. Right when I walked in I was asked by a woman what can I help you with? And I explained I need a charger they showed me two chargers on for $35 and one for $45 of course they tried to push the $45 charge on me. I know my products and they were both overpriced and the information they were telling me was a complete sales pitch that was not accurate at all. And then out of nowhere they just stopped paying attention to me and I sat down at the Baybar where I was asked what type of juice I would like to try. I asked to try a juice and right away I was sold on it. I asked to purchase it and I was pressured to try more juices. I was told by the employee well most people like to try other juices and due process of Elimination. I respectfully decline and was still pressured to try more however I did not at this point in time I explained that I needed to coils as well then a few more people walked into the vapeshop and started trying juices once again I was ignored after I had already picked out a juice and the size for them to fill it . I sat there for a while longer until finally someone who appeared to be the owner said who can I help and I raised my hand and then learned that they had a $20 charger which was not originally offered for me. I decided to purchase that I told him I needed the coils and the juice is well. Once again they started helping other customers. By the time I checked out and paid for my stuff I was in the store for one hour and 12 minutes. It should have been a ten minut ordeal. There was about seven customers in the store by the time I left and no one was getting consistently taking care of they were jumping around from customer to customer. The whole experience reminded me of going to a restaurant and having a server that was extremely busy and very un attentive. In the end I was happy with my products but something that should have taken 15 minutes took over an hour. I did not feel like I was a valued customer. It is a shame because I love there Juice. And the selection of flavors and the fact that they make it for you fresh on the spot is great as well but I do not think I will ever go back into the store again because of the amount of time it took

Great flavors to choose from (cupcake confession is my favorite) and friendly and helpful staff. They dont judge you when you dont know how to work a vape like some other places do...very knowledgeable. I go to both the West Chester and Newtown Square ones. Highly rwcommend them over other vape shops!!

Very professional, passionate about helping customers and making sure they get the right product. Very rare in Vape shops. I was visiting but wish they were close to me. I will but online because his flavors are distinct amd affordable.

Just got back into vaping after quitting smoking for 2 years but starting up again recently...I was looking for a new updated e cigarette after using a ego t for a little over a year. Steve who I believe is the owner seemed very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right device and juice. The juice is definitely a little over priced but I dont mind so much when getting guidance in choosing the right kind. I used to buy 36mg and mix my own but am starting with 6mg now. I love my joy tech evic-vtc so far and will most likely return for other stuff like atomizers n what not

About 6 or 7 yrs. ago I had to stop smoking cigarettes after 35 yrs. of smoking them. The young lady that manages this shop was a big help to me then, in picking vape equipment that worked best for me. They also carry a complete line of CBD products.

Overpriced...terrible customer service.I paid $99.00 for a eGo ONE Mega e-cig that leaks so bad I cannot use it. The manager brushed me off and said they all do that. When I insisted he look at it he said leave it here and Ill call you tomorrow. Never got a call. A week later went back and he never even looked at it! I was told to send it back to the manufacturer. Absolute worst customer service. You can purchase the same e-cigs on line for half the price and youll get better customer service.

I came here knowing next to nothing about vape. Then I met the friendly woman at the counter. She informed me all about her cbd vaporizer, the Justfog J Easy 3. She showed me how it worked and told me a cartridge plus the Justfog would cost a little over $60.I thought it over and decided to go for it. Guess what? I was totally satisfied! The cbd vape relieves my anxiety and is made by the trusty company Green Roads.They not only sell a variety of vapes and vaporizers, but also a cbd edible called Gummy Froggies. They are shaped like frogs and contain 25mg of cbd. For $6, they are pricy but well worth the mild euphoria and relaxation. I also couldnt ask for better service!

Cant say enough about the owner and staff. Steve is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He will make sure you understand what you are doing, using, and will walk you through whatever questions you may have. I wont shop anywhere else.

I just moved here and found it very hard to find a quality vape shop. The team here is very knowledgeable. Their juice has a ton of flavor and is all VG making your vapes huge. I highly recommend.

Guy who runs the place is totally unflexible and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS. Isnt that a shame? Doesnt that tell you something???We WILL NOT be going there to purchase ANYTHING from him. He is also loud, pushy, and pretty much obnoxious. Go sell cars!

I was lost in the amazon rainforest for 4 days left dehydrated and hungry, suddenly a wild boar came from nowhere and roared a mighty roar, or whatever it is that boars do to be intimidating. as he was about to attack me with his attack move, steve came out of the bushes from nowhere and wrestled him using his secret martial arts that he learned in somewhere in the mountains of russia. after showing the boar he had a fullhouse in a fueled poker match, the boar had no options but to concede defeat so he went back to his boar family to let them know that hes used up all the joint bank account funds. steve then brought me to safety, soon finding out that ive been walking in circles less than a mile away from the nearest town. thanks steve.oh and the vape stuff theyre pretty good too

BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE!!! everything costs literally double what it does at other stores. they say its bc of customer service but can fix very few problems people have with their product. DONT TRUST MATT. he is a typical salesman and should be on a used car lot somewhere

Ive never been here before but Im 17 and in just wandering if you would help me, I have a SEMINOLE G24 RDA tank I have no idea how to put together coil for it, I was wandering if you could show me how to properly put one together

I love this Amazing vape shop, there juice is absolutely delicious and top quality, the price$ is also on point, the shop has a very nice atmosphere and a knowledgeable staff that was very helpfull, my favorite thing has to be their wide selection of juice that you CAN SAMPLE in store before you buy it, I recommend all their juices to anyone looking for top quality delicious juice juice flavors.

Walked in trying to quit cigarettes and fell for the gimmick. I spent almost $300 for the rx200, and less than a week later found it at another vape shop for 120. Looked online and saw it for 50 bucks. That is just plain unmoral! I dont care how small your buisness is!

Stopped in a few weeks ago for a vape pen and the customer service was so good I came back for CBD oils. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable!

Went in they were wonderful checked out my pen that I thought was broken it wasnt and they refused to sell me a new one before they checked the old one could have made it quick sale but instead gave great customer service

Well ive easily put 1000$ into this place and when i went in today they told me to leave because i didint have id...... 70% of smokers are under 18 amd it was a hobby of mine horrible absolutely horrible good luck make it vapor im sad to say it but ypu just lost mad money

First off the Staff are friendly , you can also vape any flavor you pick ( the flavors are so good that youll wanna eat it ) & its FREE to try .
