The person working was very rude I didnt know there was specific parking .He told me he should refuse to serve me with faul language I didnt even realize he was talking to me. Mind you I was just in that store the night before and park same spot and nobody said anything vulgar to me I will not be going back

The owner is nice and friendly and definitely has a much better attitude than a previous employee! Ill now shop here again! Very helpful too

The people are awesome to answer any questions. It smells good when u walk throw the door. U also get greeted once you walk through the door

This place is definitely the realist place I ever been they are understanding and they get you. talk to them they will work with you this place is amazing. I’m from Florida and they kill it over where I’m from. They are the best place in Norfolk to vabeach trust, please don’t sit on them. And it’s woman and son own that shows a lot honestly. I won’t go any where else!!!!

Sells you a funky republic. You open it in the store. It autofires. The worker will not replace the faulty device that he had just sold you. And why? Because he knies about the autofire problem and says its user discretion. Hes not gonna wait months to get his money back from the company...So you knowingly sell faulty products? And we are just supposed to be ok with potentially be scammed out of our money?!...Yeah real good business ethics

There is an employee there by the name of Chelsea, who is extremely friendly & also very helpful if you have any questions or concerns about anything in the store... Kudos for her & your store for hiring such a valuable & competent person! Keep up the good work Chelsea!P.S. Is it time to give her a raise? Lol!

Excellent service and inventory. Have shopped here since it opened. However, as COVID 19 rages on, we have determined we will only shop here when Joyce (?) is working. She demonstrates caring about her customers safety by being masked and gently encouraging social distancing. Customers are required to wear masks but every employee we have encountered besides Joyce (?) is not doing so. Would like to see this store move in rating to a 5 by doing this simple thing.

Everytime I go I’m usually assisted by a woman named Chelsea. She is very knowledgeable about the products and always friendly. I can tell that the other customers like her too by their rapport with her.

Guys be careful ! The store charged me $40 extra on my card, I told them what had happened and I have the receipt, instead of helping me the lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude , un apologetic, and she even hang up the phone on me. The issue wasnt resolve. Just a heads up for anyone ...check your receipt before leaving. This place is a joke!

The worker here is rude and aggressive (Chucky white lady) I’ve been at this location plenty of times and never been harassed in such matter. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and she basically racially profiled. As I am someone who is a very intelligent, educated person it was mind blowing to be put in such situation. I’m not sure if it was the way I was dress, or maybe because of my hairstyle. However, she was very rude and it was very distasteful on how she represented the store.

My first time at this place new to thc, ask clerk for advice, wasnt rude, but, wasnt helpful either! End of buying nicotine e-cigarette! Not what I was looking for. Came back couldnt exchange! Understand no returns! No! Exchanging!! Lesson learned.

I went across town to find a certain cigar that I love; unlike the other smoke shack locations near me. This location had that and more. The wonderful lady found a location near my home and called them to make sure my cigar was in stock.

I went in after work to buy a cigar. The selection was very slim in the humidor. Purchased the Ghurka royal challenge Churchill only to find that the cigar was dry and bitter. This is not the usual for smoke shack. They usually have a great humidor with a decent selection. I will not be visiting this particular shop again. Totally ruined my afternoon cigar break.

When Chelsea is there its a wonderful experience, when the other lady is there I just turn around and go to 7-11! Too bad you cant have to wonderful employees or at least 2 nice ones!?!

Will not spend anymore money there. Brought some naked brand juice two days ago and when I used it, it was super harsh. Turns out it expires this month and the cashier said that it had steeped which when I looked up the term means it shouldnt have been harsh. They would not let me trade it in for a fresh bottle and basically gave me the to bad so sad.

Horrible service, Looked thru the glass cases and workers never asked if i needed help but continued to hold their personal conversation about beef jerky. Once i asked for help the employee was quite rude and told me i needed to go to a flea market for a price lower than $45 plus and additional $10 for battery for a vape pen. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER SMOKE SHACK

I literally just purchased a vape and it did not work and the clerk immediately says there is nothing he can do. Like he did not ask anything but did remember me just walk in!
