Good vibes here. The staff is always helpful and kind. Tray is super cool and knows how to give great customer service. They have a good selection of vape juices and tobacco products. This is the only place Im going from now on!

Been waiting for over an hour this place never opens on time if you shop here don’t even waste your time in the morning go else where cuz they never open on time every store is open on the strip but them it’s sad honestly worse customer service ever I’ve seen 10 ppl come an go looking for this place to be open they don’t care to work here this is a daily occurrence

Don’t bother going here. They are likely closed even during hours. If they’re open, the inventory sucks. Some of the cashiers will ignore you if they ever. I quit vaping because this place can’t seem to sell it to me.

I thought y’all opened at 8:00 am? Here again another at 8:00 and yall are not open. Why not just change the sign out front?

Ive been a loyal customer to I vapor and tobacco as well as their other shop Supreme vapor for over two years. Ive bought multiple devices from them as well as vape juice weekly. The most recent device I purchased was 11/30/23 and spent over 100 bucks. Yesterday this device started to mis fire, and turn on and off on its own and wasnt usable. I took it to their shop and vana the employee working at the time was great! She tried different things to see if she could get it to work but was unsuccessful. She contacted her manager Tray and he got my info to call regarding the issue. This was at 930am and as of 4pm still hasnt heard from him so I went back to the shop. Vana gave him a call and he informed me that they only warranty their products for 24 hours 🤣 and could give me a 35% off that day only on another device. I say all of that to say...If a business is not able to stand behind their products they should not be selling them. I will not be returning to any of their locations and will spread the word to anyone that will listen. DO BETTER!!

Great customer service. CSR suggested a new vape they got in and it is my new favorite. Definitely will be going back.

They didnt have shiiit instocked!!! Like the first two times they were well packed the last three times the shelves were DRYYYY!!! LIKE FOR REAL YALL!! BUT WHEN I STOCKED ITS GREAT BUT MY EXPERIENCE ITS OUT MORE THAN ITS IN!!!!!!! AND I DRIVE 18MINS TO GO THERE.... FRUSTRATING 🤬

So great!!! Love this store!!! A lady help me today. So nice. I usually have a hard time trying to find something I want. I think her name was brie not sure will find out next I go. We need more people like her!!!

Came in asking if they had a pen that would work for a certain size cartridge the cashier behind the counter pointed me to one. I left and went home and tried it out but it didn’t fit I came back to store 20 minutes later w Receipt and the product not even removed from box, the cashier started to give me a refund then stopped and said let me tell the owner. He called him and the owner asked if I was a regular and since I wasn’t a regular all sales are final. If this how you treat your customers why would I ever want to be a regular

Came in and looked around and was immediately welcomed to the store by Trey. On my first visit they did not have the juice I needed which was fine and the the associate immediately added it to their order list. Came in about 1 week later and they now stock the juice. I felt welcomed and that my request was fulfilled within very reasonable time frame. The pricing is the best in the CSRA and have recently purchased some other items as well. Thank you for having me as a customer! Make sure to use the rewards program they offer as well :)

Went there this morning at 10:15. Nobody was there. Sign says 8am on Saturdays. No sign on the door, no nothing. Waited about 20 mins with three other customers, but nobody showed up. I much prefer to support this store than vapor hut, but this is becoming a problem and happens at least once a month. Cannot continue to support a business that does not require employees to show up.

Tre, you spicy ball of joy, youre awesome as always! Yall want a good vape shop? I wont lie at all but I used to work for this vape shop and its the best dang vape shop in all of Georgia-Lina. Ive been to vape shops from Atlanta, Georgia to Killeen, Texas and I-vapor was the best vape shop out of the entire collection of vape shops Ive been to.

I come here all the time sometimes there out of stuff and if they they tell. E where to get it customer service Is great!!!!!!

Great selection, prices are about average, and staff was knowledgeable. The whole place has a pretty inviting atmosphere and the staff knew how to guide me towards what selection fit my needs.

I bought my vape here and have bought a few juices as well, the service is always so kind and they know what their doing. They have a pretty nice selection of products as well. Definitely worth checking out if your shopping around.

Here on 9-1-22 it’s 813AM as I’m writing this review. Sign on door & google says 8am open time. Judging by the other reviews it seems this is a ongoing thing. They seem to never open on time

I am very upset with how you say you open at 8am but do not answer the door at 8:03am called and whoever was there 8-18-21 answered the phone then hung up on me! Rude! U will no longer get my business because this is not the first to me or to my boyfriend that this has happened. Very unprofessional. And from the comments its not even just the first time this week.

I love this store. My favorite is Lava Flow! I’m a regular and have always had good experiences! Staff is super kind.

I love this store and they have wonderful products, but it is frustrating that they are not always open on time. 9/10 if I show up shortly after its supposed to be open, the door is locked.

Store hours on Monday opens at 8am that is a joke it is 8:24am an still not open

I worked here and used to love it but management is terrible and that’s why I quit. They never open on time EVER. Don’t care about anyone but themselves. I just want juice dawg :/

You say you open at 8 am but here we are an hour after youre supposed to be open and the door is locked. Maybe change your hours if youre not gonna open on time.. and youre still not open and its 1130
