Very relaxing. Dont do the 4-hand massage, takes away from the relaxation. Masseuse was very accommodating and very friendly.

The massage was wonderful. It was relaxing. Relaxing even when she stretched my muscles. I will admit I don’t remember everything. I did fall asleep on and off. I always do 90 minutes and they are very affordable. I did have issues with the “expected” tip. She didn’t want me to leave the tip on my card. I left 20%. After the massage she asked if I wanted to leave a better tip since I liked the massage. I will return in spite of the tip issue because I truly enjoyed my massage.

Nope definitely not coming back here,I paid the 90 minutes massage for 100 dollars.the lady just massage me my legs and arm.i told her to massage me the whole body.i dont know if she really understood me.the she been asking me about my personal life ,about my husband work and salary. I didnt really replied her that much cuz its so personal. I just keep quiet and she keeps continue talking..then the employees are so noisy at front desk .

I have been periodically coming here for 2 years and love the service, the attention and how amazing I feel after. Lotus Massage you walk in and strut out feeling so light on the toes and every piece of tension taken out of your body, which qualified for a great day and money well spent. Get untangled from lifes pressures and getting attention to relieving your tension with lotus massage! You wont regret it.

I definitely won’t be comming back to this place got a 90 min massage that was good for the first 15 minutes then was a one hand rub while she was constantly texting. then when it came to her tip she had to control what she got ended up being a 43$ tip but she wanted 60$ i wouldn’t have had a problem with giving a good tip if she would’ve put forth better effort into my massage. i don’t feel much better than when i walked in and paid 146$ total. I wouldn’t recommend this place…

I have gone here for years and had great experiences, but today was the last time I will ever go back. As I went pay my $70 for massage, and then a $10 tip, the woman looked me dead in my face and laughed at my tip amount and said “don’t come back.”

Lotus massage offers a great massage at a reasonable price in a relaxing atmosphere. I have been there three times and have no complaints. Helen is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve had in 10 years. If you’re looking for a great deep tissue massage, don’t think twice. I appreciate how Helen doesn’t start the 60 min massage until she shows me the timer. Even after my time was up, she continued to finish the massage until she was done.

They hurt me. No communication whats so ever. 1st time ever getting a massage and it was not an encouraging experience. My back a day later was covered in bruises, especially my lower back. I did not request a deep tissue massage but I feel like my back was run over with a Mac truck. A week later my upper and lower back and shoulders are still hurting. I am scared to ever walk into another massage parlor. I only did it because my husband bought a couples massage for my birthday.

Always friendly and professional. The lady that takes care of me is a technician of massage. With me dealing with an injury now, they have really helped me with my pain management.

I will start off with the good, being able to get out of the house away from kids. As a massage therapist myself i will have to say the massage, environment, and payment process was not desirable. The therapist was fast paced and did not make the session relaxing. As I enjoy deep pressure, I do not enjoy a therapist massaging my spine and bones. Massage is done to soft tissue. I was disturbed when she walked out of the room without notice to get a warm towel. It was a nice gesture however, simply saying “give me one moment to get a warm towel” would have sufficed. I felt the need to meditate throughout the entire session just to make it through to the end. Once I was finished and began gathering my things I noticed a small roach crawling on the wall. Luckily I did not bring a bag in with me because it was the kind that multiplies. Upon checkout I was forced into leaving a tip. The sign says “If you were satisfied with your massage than please leave a tip”. The therapist took it upon herself to put in an amount she believed she should have been paid. Being a person who has worked for tips before I kindly left one but the biggest tip is that I will not be returning to the establishment. Oh and by the way this review was done while sitting in the parking lot and to my surprise the other therapist has walked out with a dustpan with trash and dumped it on the sidewalk/grass area. Smh. Pathetic. Walmart is a walk away to get a cheap trash can.

Super attentive staff. The best customer service. Im a truck driver, and I regularly get massages around the country as I travel. This is easily one of the best massages Ive had the pleasure to enjoy. Highly recommend.

When you walk in there is always a smiling face to meet you. Every body there are very nice when i go i always get the 90min Swedish massage and Emma does a fantastic job. I always feel like a new person when i leave and dont forget about the table shower. The rooms are very clean smell good and massage tables are very comfortable i cant wait to go back

Well I will say it’s not my worst massage. It was ok if your looking for something basic and not focused. I will start from the beginning. We were immediately ushered into a room and the door closed the lady that came to the front was very difficult to understand which is ok but I still need some direction besides being thrown in a room and the door shut. No questions were asked, like, is there any area you would like to focus on etc. We just went right into it. And the effing door bell was painfully annoying. Then they would go in and out of the room without warning, but to be fair it would be to get supplies that maybe should have been in the room... and a warning before putting hot stones on someone’s skin is proper, although I did enjoy them. We were not asked what type of massage we wanted so I guess they have one thing it’s maybe 20 minutes, tops, of deep tissue and the rest oil rubbing “Swedish”. I did request some more time on my neck and I got it for a couple of minutes and it was nice but if they had asked they would have known my husband and I both have low back injuries and that I needed focused time on my neck and upper shoulder area as I messed it up on a rollercoaster 😒. Didn’t touch the feet which was disappointing as they were aching pretty bad, again had they asked they would have known. The head massage was very good but short. I have come to learn massages are one of those things you get what you pay for and speaking of payment..... I was then hounded about the tip I left which was the tipping point for me I found that extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. She hit the custom tip button for me by the way. I left a fair tip for what we got. We won’t be back needless to say. The best massages I will say have been at balanced body spa (my #1 for sure) and massage envy if you are looking for a good spot.

Great massage.Helen is hands down the best. Always does a great deep tissue massage. Always making sure I am comfortable.If the timer goes off she makes sure you finish the massage regardless!! Great place

I called on Monday the 8th of February and scheduled a massage for my wife on Saturday the 13th. The lady that answered the phone was nice but spoke broken English. After much back and forth, the appointment was made for 10:30. We arrived at 10:20 and my wife entered. I left and went to Costco. After about 10 minutes, she called me to say no one was present at the desk and there was a sign that stated to sit and wait. She did so but not until 11:15 did anyone show up. By that time, I was back and spoke to the lady, the same one, and she was dismissive and rude. I asked her if she had the reservation and she said she did but we needed to come back at noon and they would try to see us then. As this was a Valentines gift, I was more than disappointed in this place. Needless to say, we will not try this place again. Very Disappointed!

My massage was amazing! Price was very reasonable. Great customer service, right down to the electronic handheld translator she picked up when I was trying to tell her my back was a little sore. 🙂 Will be back!

I feel the massage was rushed and too much pressure. She asked was it too much and I said yes. She continued to apply heavy pressure. I am sore after drinking tons of water. This was my second visit and my first visit wasnt much better. I will not give a third chance.

This place will take payment before service and when they are done, Lisa will stand at the door waiting to hound you for a large tip on the way out. She will get very upset and unprofessional if the tip is not big enough.

I’ve been coming to this place for months now. I enjoy the atmosphere and Helen does an amazing job with a deep tissue massage. She usually works on my neck and my back and each time I leave feeling much better.

This is a wonderful place. When you walk in your grade it in a very polite and professional manner. The store is very clean and nice calm music playing while your treatment is in session . Words can’t describe how nice this place really is .

Highly recommend if you need a stress reset. Very good and affordable. Clean atmosphere and smells really nice. I will be coming here again more often even if I have to travel

The best massage Ive had. Concentrated on fingers as she worked every muscle group I have, except one, even scalp .
