Definitely my go to spot for all my needs! Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Even when I’m closer to other locations, I wait and come here because of their customer service!

Purchased vape and a week later it won’t hold a charge. Asked if I can swap it out or get a refund and was told that they will not do anything to make the situation right.Terrible experience and will not be returning to this location.I encourage you to do your business elsewhere as Dab city does not stand behind their product.Edited to add: the location next to tractor supply has not had AC in several weeks and they continue to make the employees work in such terrible conditionsEdited based on owner response: The device that quit working is not a disposable. Its a mod that Im consistently purchasing new coils and juice for. If this was one of the ones that were disposable I would be much more understanding.

This is one of the best Dab Citys Ive visited! The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable about all the products! They will offer options and something that compares to what you ask for if by small chance they are out. I use no other vape store except Dab City!

North Augusta location. Great customer svc. Decent prices. But their Kratom selection is sub par. And theres no tracing/stats listed on their products. They need a larger selection of powdered Kratom that actually says where its sourced from. All it says is organic Kratom made in the USA. Googling doesnt help bc the packaging is so generic. They were out of green maeng da. They only had 2 brands. Dont buy the kind thats pictured. Totally not effective, at all.Nice peeps, stays busy. Prolly wont be back. Yes it says organic but where, from who, & whats the breakdown of what Im getting?Good selection of everything else.Dont go there for Kratom.

Love it here! staff is always very chill and knows their stuff. always has good recommendations only drawback is it has been more expensive than other places but they do have military/service/student discounts

Bought a vape that was busted upon opening literally walked out and walked back in the guy was like yea thats pretty messed up. Would not swap or refund. Best he can do is a discount on another. Will never go back

The employees are super nice. Usually its a younger guy and hes super helpful, answers all questions kindly and knows his stuff. I wish they had some kind of loyalty program like Clover, but their prices are good and lots of variety to choose from. Love this place!Edit: Im currently obsessing over the Hyde brand disposable vapes, and they always have at least something good from one of the Hyde models available. I highly recommend getting this brand from Dab City!

I went in on Thursday and I got this thing. I just moved here and normally use 3 grams and disposable which last me a month. I got this cartridge and the pin for $49.00. It is Saturday and this is what I got now. No more.

Terrible GM, wouldnt refund me for a system bought there KNOWING they didnt have any batteries for it. Theyd rather lose a customer than do the right thing when they sold me a system that didnt even work. Theyve lost more money in business that I would have done there. Now Ill never shop there again. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Always a great experience when getting my vape needs at dab city. Carson is always knowledgeable and can find what I need within minutes. Also one of the only places I can find my sad boy salts. Highly recommend.

I don’t vape but I do love incense. They have a big selection of fragrances. I usually get the jumbo ones that burn for hours. Staff was friendly too.

The young woman working today is not knowledgeable and is rude. I called and asked if they had flying monkey sativa pre rolls. She said yes. My wife stopped by a couple minutes later. Go figure they didnt have it. I called back to ask her to be honest or get help next time. She hung up on me. I know its a low paying job but there are way too many rude ungrateful people working these days. Hopefully management sees this. And to the young lady who hung up, if you are unhappy where you are, you could always fake it until you make it. It has worked for everyone else who has done what your doing. Youre no exception.

First time, I liked this store out of convenience. Second time, I will never go back again. Bought a vape pen and that brand was faulty. The one they initially sold me did not work out the box, then they opened up the next box and it did not work. In the sellers words, “this has never happen before, 2 in a row not working.” The 3rd one worked for one hit at the store and the moment I was in the car and drove off, it quit and acted like the ones they saw for themself. I called and told them how the same thing happen, and they said there’s nothing that can do, despite knowing what happen with that brand. So, they knowingly sell faulty product with no exchanges. They get damaged product and sell to us regardless because they get their money back if it works or not. It’s literally robbery at this point. To pay for something and not receive it like a scam. 6.29.23 is the date of bad business. Never again. They got $50 out of me for me to receive nothing working on return.

They don’t know how to keep up with their stock.. always out of vapes & the ones they do have are overpriced and you can’t try anything before you buy so I’m not buying a random vape. I like to stick to what I know. Keep your Razz stock and KangVape stock up

The attendant that waited on my wife was very rude went in today to exchange something theyre saying that you cant get a refund within the guy that waited on my wife was just very rude very obnoxious and talking about calling the police on her just because she asked him a simple question this is how you treat your customers would never do business with this place

I really love this vape shop b/c of the space walker and baby js they sell, but today was my last day going . I parked in front of the door b/c I tore my ACL & I just needed something to help me w my pain .So before I could even get in the door an associate told me to not park there anymore or I will have to refuse service in a NASTY WAY cause “the boss” would yell at him. I understand that it may be against policy or law , but don’t run off customers because of your tone or delivery. I really did like the associate but him & the “boss” can kick rocks with no shoes on. That really ruined my day and almost triggered my mental health. Il be taking my business down the road now. . .sucks I really enjoyed spending my 100s a week on the good stuff. Smh.

Friendly, clean, and has an ok stock of vapes. The plus to this store is that they have the card stamp system so everytime you buy a vape you get a stamp. After so many stamps you get a FREE VAPE.

Cool place, but they take your funds a whole month after your purchase. Which could cause problems. This has happened 2 months in a row. I wont be returning until they get their system together.
