Love this location! Troy and Ethan are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always super friendly. Best customer service! Prices are great, but we mostly come to this location for the customer service and convenience.

Been coming here since they popped up and Ive gotten nothing but good treatment, especially from Troy. Knowledgeable in every field as well as clean and well kept, any time I ask a price hes got it right off the top of his head and for effects or whatever else an item does, he gives a whole list thats easy to understand and enticing to hear. I came here because my regular vape shop was out of something and I’m so glad I did, the atmosphere and prices are the best I’ve ever experienced at a vape shop. I’ll definitely be coming back. Shout out to my boy Troy, I felt bad because I had to come right before y’all closed but he was super nice, friendly, and informative truly a blessing. Please give this man a raise and a promotion!!!

The staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable - and they have a loyalty system which helps. The shop is clean & well-stocked. The location is convenient because its not in the super high-traffic part of town.

After our month plus of trying to find our specific vape juice (Juice Head Peach Pear) Planet Vapor delivered! Troy was incredibly friendly and professional, and the store had a huge variety to appreciate. The entire store was also very clean and well organized. I came in to Planet Vapor today and was greeted welcomely by Troy. All of the store and glass was clean and all products were organized neatly. He was very knowledgeable on all of the product. I mean, he is the judge of juice, the vape device detective, the cannabinoid Cleric, truly a master of the craft in all areas of the store. Jokes aside, I recommend stopping by !

Absolutely amazing customer service here. Troy who was working when I came in, went above and beyond and even did a bunch of Google searching to help solve an issue with my vape that no other shops in the area took the time to look into. This will be the only vape shop I visit in north augusta from here on out.

I told lady I was looking to see to reduce my nicotine and I wanted one they would lower down nicotine I wouldnt buy one if it didnt do that and she sold it to me the most expensive looking one in there and it doesnt adjust and she said she couldnt take it back so I give it back in charger on fraud dont brush it from there theyll lie to you

The girl was so help came to get some concentrates for a Family member with cancer I forgot her name but she had an Italian last name she was so helpful and he’s not in pain from the combination she recommended ❤️
