BAD BUISSNESS. Sold me a VERY expensive vape promising a discount 1/2 day later I brought it back cuz it didnt work- he gives me another of the same brand-again dud so I pick out something totally different and cheaper but he refused to refund the difference. So basically stealing

Ive been here a few times and I I love it! GREAT service, great product. I recommend getting their Delta 8 staring to anyone that want to try what they have! ( and yes I have Hella experience so I can attest that its good stuff!). This place is Awesome. This is one of my favorite smoke shop in New Jerset. They have everything you need there.

Take your money elsewhere!! I’ve been to this shop many times because it’s conveniently located. But I’ve realized that I am willing to drive a few extra miles to get better quality and service. I’ve always dealt with the Asian man who works here. He is very rude. Definitely not customer friendly or helpful. When you ask him a question he’d rather point than open his mouth. When he decides to bless you with a vocal acknowledgment he is very short with his answer. This business has 1 star because they do have a large variety of products (various scents of spray, incense, candles, brands of vapes). But then there’s the price. The prices of their products are much higher than other vape stores I have shopped in. Lastly, I’ve had to return vapes from this store several times. I would suggest opening your vapes in the parking lot to make sure they’re not empty. But, who really wants to do that? So, I definitely wouldn’t suggest this store. Let Google be your guide and find another one. Don’t say I didn’t warn you….

Overpriced and the one guy who works here is rather unhelpful. I came in looking for delta 8 cartridges. I purchased 3 brands that I wasn’t familiar with but they were fine. I went back a week later and saw a whole case of delta 8 products he never mentioned the last time. I wish I had known they had a bunch of edibles and cool products I’d never seen… I was here on a 12 day vacation and those edibles would have been great…Anyways, I saw the Cake brand of cartridges I usually get so I double checked and asked him if this was indeed a cartridge and he said yes.I went to try it out last night and I was so annoyed that the cartridge was for a completely different battery that’s really hard to find and very unusual (has a much wider base). At 10PM, there was nothing I could do and I fly home this evening.$40 wasted, I will never come back here, and I will definitely tell my friends to forget about this place it’s trash.It looks really cool because of their displays but lack of customer service will run a business down to the ground.

This place is awesome! It is so close to where I live, and I line many other smoke shops in the area, the prices are always very reasonable. The products are good quality, and I’ve had different employees help me different times I went in and they were always helpful and friendly!! Definitely the best smoke shop I’ve been to in town, and a lot of nice hookahs and hookah accessories. They also have awesome, unique pieces!!

I was excited to see this place nearby. Went on the evening of 3-24 to purchase a cigar for my husband. There was one man working that night and he was very disinterested in helping me. Spent a lot of time on his phone. After trying to decide what to get for a while I decided to just pick something. As soon as I started to touch the cigars the worker started following me and watching me really closely. I asked “are you here to help or are you watching me?” He just stared at me. I put the cigars I was going to purchase back in the case and told the worker he just lost a customer. At which point he replied “that’s fine!” I hate to think this happened because of my race. But I will not be shopping here again.

Got an elfbar for 1.3x the price you can get them for anywhere else here! But out of ALL the $20 elfbars ive gotten, none of them were ever defective. My first one ever from PuffCity Smoke Shop was though! I opened a soft & slimey box to find a juice covered vape that didnt hit once & cant charge. But dont worry, you can get a FREE complimentary vape that dies after 1 hit!

They pushed the Novo 4 on me, and I love the product…but the Northvale store rarely has the replacement coils and pods needed to enjoy the product. Going to a different vape store now to get my monthly juice, coils, pods, devices and CBD. You just lost a $300 per month customer.

Charges insane prices I could get my supplies for half of what they charge here if I went somewhere else charged 15 dollars they to sold me for an 8oz bag of tobacco when i could have gotten it for 10 then charged an extra 24 after tax for a pack of Mavericks and a pack of newports called the day before and was told a 16 oz was 20 which is what is asked for got an 8 ounce bag i was in quarantine due to being covid positive called them up and they refused to make it right avoid at all costs they RIP people off

If you want a quick cigar purchase then this place is okay, employees know nothing any about any of the products they carry here, this is just a vape shop that has a small selection of cigars.
