Tanger tobacco and vape

I came in to buy one product and left with three. Best vape shop I have been to in years. Hi here. Great prices and atmosphere.

Terrible. I wanted help with the flavors for Elf Bar because I have trouble seeing and all he would do is gesture to where they were. Won’t go back if he is there again.

They sold me a jar with a broken lid. When I came in to exchange it (3 days after purchase) with 1 other bottle for different ones they said that i broke it from dropping it. Even thought they dropped a bottle in front of me and it didnt break. They did exchange the non broken one though. Poor customer service I will not be going back.

Went in last night and got a juice with the Best Buy date of 5/22. It was in a box so the date was not visible. I’m from out of town so it looks like I’m out $25 and a juice that’s 5 months expired. Todays date is 10/10/22

Good service and great vapes on the first visit . Second visit I had a different experience. I didn’t like the watermelon vape I bought bc it didn’t taste nothing like watermelon rather it had no taste, and the worker agreed with me . But In the end he said he cant exchange or refund it, and didn’t seem to care after I bought the product. Also he would not offer 50% off if I bought another vape , only 5$ off( for a 25$ vape . )

I love this store, it’s the only store i go to. they have everything, and things you can’t find at other shopse!

The gentlemen who might be the owner was very great went over and beyond to help me and my fellow co workers while in town for work

No loose flowers, pushing hit or miss bulk options that are dry a lot of times. Leaving you with lots of unusable/harsh flowers.

I come to the location often depending on if I need papers, vapes, candles and sprays. They have a wide variety of products and the staff is always welcoming and willing to help
