I LOVE THIS STORE ... THEY ALWAYS HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF JUICE, MODS, CBD AND KRATOM AND IF THEY DONT CARRY IT THEY DO THEIR BEST TO GET IY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

Probably best avoided due to high prices. Purchased a zen delta 8 biscotti cbd disposable vape pen on-sale @ $49, product is easily available online @ $29.

I live almost an hour and a half away. I will only purchase from this store and theyre so worth the drive. They are so friendly and helpful. I completely quit smoking and switched to vaping. I love that I can come and always find new flavors and accessories and theyre always on point when I have any questions. Theyre badass!! I always feel so welcome and.comfortable.

Went in today for a portable mod, Ms. Rachel made it an amazing experience! She is very knowledgeable in all items of their store and so very helpful! I will be revisiting this store!Update- got home product was broken, Rachael herself wouldnt help, KNOWING she sold it toe because I had the receipt. Wouldnt buy nor visit this business again. Very unprofessional.

This place is fantastic! I was a little worried to leave my old store but tried vapor island and wasnt disappointed! They have great, friendly knowledgeable staff! Their juices are fantastic and delicious! They are a little more pricey but its worth the extra money for the quality and great customer service! I will for sure be visiting regularly! Oh and you have to try their beetle juice liquid! Its amazing!

I usually dont write reviews, but this place is exceptional and deserves to be recognized as one of the best shops in Fort Myers. Ive been to many shops across Fort Myers and I choose to drive from South Fort Myers every couple weeks for their large unusual selection of top quality e juice and to check out the latest vaping equipment. Fair prices along with their knowledgeable customer service makes it worth the drive every time.

I had an excellent experience at this Vape shop. This was my first time visiting, I am not from the area. Rachel helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was accommodating, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided Amazing customer service. I would recommend this Vape store to anyone and will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. It was a pleasantly surprising and enjoyable experience, it’s not every day that I’m treated with such kindness at every run-of-the-mill Vape shops. I highly Recommend this shop. 👍👌

I’ve known both Dave and James for awhile now. I don’t go anywhere else for my juice! Many selections, amazing flavors, great prices and the best customer service. Highly recommend everyone to come here if they are new to vaping.

I placed my order online and when I spoke to rachel, she stated that the price ringing up was not the same that was online and that it needed to be fixed. My coils were 9.95 on line and she was stating 14.95 over the phone. This is not right.Their was nothing she could do about it. And then she commenced to tell me the amount of postage and handling. Dave always told me shipping to Ny would be always covered since i was always a loyal and frequent customer. I guess words are nothing. I was very disappointed.

It was good they had flavors I liked they had my coils for my tank they also had my glass very good company I recommend them to anybody theyre very nice people there

My first visit to this store. It was very clean and well organized. Nice displays. No waiting time. The sales clerk was friendly and customized the juice I wanted. I will definitely go there again.

I visited this place yesterday. David and Tonya were unbelievebly helpful. David offered to custom mix a flavor I could no longer purchase at a different local store. It is a strawberry banana mix and I think it is better than the one it replaces. I tried several flavors while waiting and thought they were consistently better than the flavors I have sampled at some of the other shops.

David and Tanja are just wonderful! They really care about the customer and take the time to make sure you get what you need to make your transition from smoking to vaping a successful and pleasurable one! A very comfortable and clean shop with lots of samples of yummy flavors to try!

The only place I go for all my vapeing needs. All my questions are answered. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and not afraid to find the answer if they are unsure. Prices are very reasonable. Fluid is great, the different flavors are a huge benefit. The facility is always clean and smells great. I have been to a few vape stores here and there but The Vapor Island with Dave, Tanya, James and Jenna is my vape home. I recommend this store to everyone and have gotten several friends vapeing with them.

Excellent service and always have what I need and if they dont they order it for me and keep it in stock for me . The. Gentalmen that helped me has amazing customer service and great personality,he goes out of his way to help you with any problems you may have . Im very sorry Im bad with names because I would love to put his name because I highly recommend him when you go there. He actually is trying to fix a vape of mine at this time , most people wouldnt do that they would just try and sell you something else . Trying to quit smoking and Lou was very helpful on helping me pick out the best start up kit to kick the habit... Coming back payday to get started its great coming into a business where you can see the genuine happiness with the employees smiling and bubbly personality she really loves what she does and where she works makes you want to come back for the environment.

This is the only vape shop I use... James is the best... Always does right!!!** Best decision I made in the last 10 years was to walk into this fine establishment ***** I wish I could post a second review... This is the shop for sub ohm... If you dont know ohms... Its the measurement of resistance... If your resisting vape for your leaf burners... Stop now... This is the best way to cut costs and smell better... its the best service you could get from anyone trying to go smell free..

Trying this vaoe thing again stopped in and Lou was amazing. She knew her stuff, knew exactly what I need what juices I would like based on the info I gave her and even recommended extra things I didnt even think of. Definitely ask for Lou when you go in

Come in once a week to get fluid and i am always blessed with James as my associate to help me choose a new Flavor. He is so helpful and patient with me. Great guy.

First time there. Needed a new vape and purchased one with a price tag of $85. While I thought this seemed a little steep I was reassured I was getting a deal. Once I got home I looked up the model and can be bought all over the place for roughly $55. My fault for not doing my homework I guess, but that markup seems highly unjust. Wont be a repeat customer.

James was amazing, he was very generous, he knows so much about the vape, and he was not hesitant to work with us. what an amazing worker & person. He has 5 stars from me !

I have been going to Vapor Island pretty much since they opened . I enjoy going to this specific store because they are always ready to help you in whatever you need. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!!!!!!! I have been a long time customer, I went into the store yesterday and bought my 3MG juice as always the attendant gave me a 6MG by accident and of course trusting the sales clerk I paid it and went home, when I went to use it I realized that the nicotine level was WAY too high, this morning I brought it back and they said that theres nothing they can do about it, they tried to make me buy a 0MG and mix the juices, LOL, long story short I went up the road to Naples Vapor and not only did I purchase my juice but I saved $4.40, please check your boxes, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I didnt like this place because they carry cheap , ip infringing , child appealing e liquids , couldnt tell me why the battery he was recommending was a better choice , I felt like they were just paid salesmen instead of actually being knowledgeable and dont really know how someone that doesnt actually vape be able to tell me whats best or suites me

What a day Ive been having. So I went to Naples vapor in North Fort Myers To buy a mag smoke device. I ended up paying $116 for It. However, they did not have the Vape juice that I wanted so I came over to VAPOR ISLAND right afterwards and come to find out the same machine that I bought in Naples vapor was $30 less expensive in vapor island. Lesson learned. From now on I will do all my business at VAPOR ISLAND, great staff, great product.. all the juice that you need, you dont have to go from one store to another, they have it all there, They have everything in stock .....

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Excellent business with a variety of vapor products including juice, tips, coils, mods, tanks, etc. I was happy with my purchase and walked away with a smile on my face.👍🤙
