If you want a good head shop head elsewhere management nowhere to be found don’t keep prices on items so they can’t even sell them bought a water pipe less than 24 hours ago and will not let me return it even tho I haven’t even unwrapped it yet. What a gucking joke of a company the owners must be stupid to have no protocol on anything

Had a “5 mins Bathroom” sign up and locked the door for 30+ mins at 1pm before I and multiple others gave up and drove away.

Awesome dude behind the counter. Very helpful & knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know . Good vibes when you walk in all around good spot to go for vapes or “water pipes”! Hahaha

Cant find a better store in the Cape than this one! The staff are always on top of whats new or just fire, so this makes this place my go to.

Cloud 9 smoke shop in cape coral. does not back up the products they selling bought 70$ worth of products. Vapes/ gummies/ wraps !!!! The sales representative give me stale/ brittle wraps went to explain and show what was wrong and said nothing he can do about selling britle and unusable products.!!! Thats 💯 present unprofessional for a new business trying get customers..!!

I come here for Fume and Elfbar vapes.Most times Ill spend between $40-$80 each visit.They have great deals on multiple vapes.The problem is, that when I buy, for instance, 4 vapes at once, itll take a couple days for me to get to all of my purchased vapesAnd sometimes they are no good. Like they will fire off after I take my drag, and continue to burn after Im done.If I buy ten vapes, 3-4 will have problems.At $20+ a pair, that gets a little costly, not having some work.....I have written a letter to the owner/ manager but got no response.

Very nice people and if you dont know what youre looking for, also very knowledgeable. This is right by my house and their prices are very competitive vs. other vape shops in the area, especially in regards to Delta 8 and CBD. They carry a wide variety of things to choose from, including Kratom, and that paired with all the other pros Ive listed makes this my new preferred goto for these products. Love you guys!

I was visiting from PA and came in for a small bottle of vape juice. They didnt have what I was looking for but I did leave with a Lost Mary elfbar for only 19.99! Several dollars cheaper than back home.

I went in there today looking for a vape fire float, and the guy up front told me he never heard of it. If he never heard of it then he doesnt know anything about vapes yall lost a customer because of the lack of knowledge and he didnt even try helping me or look around the store he just answered No iv never heard of those so I left ill go somewhere where they have heard of those

This store is new to the area. The woman who runs it is super friendly and helpful. She had all the items I needed, unlike neighboring tobacco shops that only carry items randomly.

Vape juice poured out of my mod & when I tried to return it I got laughed at & was told thats not a good enough excuse for a return AFTER I was told could exchange it if I was having problems. Rude salesman.
