When you walk in the aroma is incredible. The staff are very friendly and well trained and educated on the products they sell. Theyve always had what Ive needed every time I visit. They also have a rewards program that you dont have to keep track of a card to punch, its all done automatically when you make a purchase on your account. very handy and convenient. they even have a sitting area with a pool table if ya wanna hang out they say youre more than welcome. my whole family shops here for there vape needs and we will continue to do so as long as theyre in business.

Great little store, very professional staff with good knowledge of vaping. Only downside I found with this store is there isnt a whole lot of vape products, but a wide selection of juices all house made. If got a little more products like few different box mods would be 5 star.

Nice helpful staff and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. The issue I have with this place is the modern and battery selection is fair at best. HUGE selection of juice and you can mix your own blend. I also was disappointed that they no longer rba tanks. Overall good experience.

The people there are extremely helpful. The prices are really good. No I didnt see any name brand liquids flying out though I didnt ask to see any if they may have some hidden somewhere. I did purchase and item there that hat just happen to be a smoking device. They said they took the time she showed me how to use it filled it and everything. They also have a system where they keep your name so youre like a preferred customer and they know everything you purchased from them before so they can help you better next time you go there.

They are awesome here. The staff is very helpful and polite, the prices are great and they also have BOGO buy one and get a bottle of juice free! Tell me can you beat that? I dont think so! This is truly the only vape store that I go to so thank you guys keep up the good work.

Please don’t let the outside of the building hinder you from trying this store. I walked in and an employee immediately helped me and made the environment inviting and home felt. He showed me some specials and helped me find a coil that I would normally buy else where and it was cheaper! This was all 30 minutes before closing. (honestly the reason I went it was 8:30pm and nothing else was open!) I look forward to coming again favorite smoke shop for sure!

Love this place!! I came from another cape store....never had my flavor in stock. THE VAPE STORE in NORTH FORT MYERS ALWAYS has my favorites in stock. They ALWAYS have new flavors and know their products. Extremely helpful staff. I look forward stopping in whenever I can! Highly recommended!!

Ive been to many, MANY vape stores. These guys have quite a few stores around here, and in every single store Ive been to they really know their stuff. On top of that, theyre so friendly. Fair and average price, good variety, great customer service. Theyre my fave vape store.

Owner of the vape shop is a very cool guy. Im from out of state and he let me try out all different juices! Prices are Great! Even though I live across the country, Ill still be buying from these guys!

My go to location for all my vaping needs. From the staff to the prices(location is a plus), I feel at most comfortable coming here. Knowledgable staff makes me feel at ease. And one other thing POOL TABLE! Cool point am around.

Ive been here a couple times. First for a vape kit and then again for another bottle of ejuice. Both times the same woman was there. She greets you when you walk in, engages you in small talk, offers suggestions and advice if you ask (and I actually bought her suggestions 3/3 times) and is efficient.I dont care about this, but Ive seen other reviewers complain at other vape shops about the selections being hard to read and Ive also seen complaints about walking in to a never-ending cloud of vapor. Neither of those are issues for me personally, but they also dont happen at this store, for those of you who care. The labels are large, and while they have Vapes, they dont blow them in your face or use them while theyre helping you or fill the store with it.It does sometimes seen like no one is there, but the Google hours are accurate and they are. :)

Been going to The Vape Store for 5 years. I love each and everyone I’ve been to. Def worth the drive, I pass at least 3-4 other “Vape” stores to get to The Vape Store......I’ll continue to do so bc it’s worth it. ❤️

Came in sat down got greeted by carly and we talked about her foot and about vape fluid then her boyfriend came in and sat down and just waited till she got off at 2 then a nother worker came in we talked and customers started coming in and they would talk very rudly about them when they left and about how the manager didnt know alot about certain stuff. Staff really wasnt trying to be helpfull and respectibal as possible. Just a really bad first impression based on what ive seen from a few diffrent vapestores

Great service, good and knowledgeable people. I bought my new vape there, had no idea how to navigate the menu screen, and the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and patient with me, showing me the ins and outs of my new vape.

Great experience for first time visitor. On the spot flavor and nicotine level made on the spot! Great service from Kenny at the bar, really helpful and answered all my questions with great attitude.

I have always had good service myself but my friend has been having very bad service !! almost a month ago he purchased on alien 220s and also purchased at TF V8 tank extra batteries and lots of Vape juice and the electronics go haywire on the alien but they will not return it.

Best vape store in town, my husband and I are on first name basis with the employees and its great lol, they give us deals all the time and I domt think I have one bad thing to complain about

I typically shop at the vape store for all of my vaping needs. However due to the staff at this location I will no longer go in here. I will purchase a pack of cigarettes if necessity arises before going into the shop. The manager that works here is absolutely horrible!

Have been in before and had okay service. Just stopped by and the open light was on. Door was locked. Employee was just hanging out in his black Dodge suv and waiting until I was back in my car and driving off to go back inside. Drove there for nothing. Thanks...

More of a house juice kind of place ,disposables , and cheap things like that ok I guess if you need juice in a pinch but thats about it not knowledgeable with ohms law battery safety or building atomizers and things like that

This place started off with good service I have purchased over 30 devices and at least 40% of them are faulty you wonder why they push them on you or why you get such a great deal their answer is their from china but Im sure kangertech, smoke,i joy and other well known devices their manufactures would not appreciate the way they take the blame of their fake duplicate devices an put it on the manufacturers..... then if you buy too many devices an legitimately bring it back the following day they just dont try and put you off for your 30 days to expire but they send you to Walmart on a search for o rings so you can try and fix the device your self it being a few days old not just that they flag your account if you do legitimate returns they some how try to turn the tables on the cust.!!!!! they couldnt tell me how many devices I purchased and how much money Ive thrown at them but over a couple years of being a customer and purchasing accessories, devices , and eliquid.....but they could tell me that Ive had 5 returns all that they looked at and approved the device was faulty... Ive literally bought a kangertech walked out and right out the box it did not work and the first thing they did was offer me to try and fix it... i dont know but when I buy something new I expect it to work not to have to take it back and have it worked on or go searching for o rings to fix it myself, I did learn my lesson you get what you pay for & I went back to the vape store I never should have left ••••••• VAPOR ISLAND•••••• Ive never had a problem with them always awesome service.
