I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ive known Vince and Carlos for probably 15 years plus. Vince never forgets a name or a face and ALWAYS makes you feel welcome. Dylan is a big sweetie and always hooks it up too. Great vibe in the store, no one ever acts like its a chore to help a customer. That kind of service alone is a rarity in LA and is what will make me go out of my way and drive the extra miles to come here. Check this place out! You wont be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Blue’s Smoke Shop for years. Vince’s (owner) customer service is “red carpet” each time we walk in until we exit. Dylan is always helpful and respectful. 5/5 stars would give 6 stars if I could. Keep up the great work fellas.

Came in to see if they had disposables and he said I dont sell weed, and I clarified and said hemp disposables and he just said I just said no maybe act a little less sketched out, your younger employee seems kind of nervous, also saw another review of some kind of confrontation, definitely dont want to be around that

Blues is such a dope spot. I love that its been around for so long. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a new bubbler and they helped me figure out which one was the right one for me. Always a pleasant experience when I go there.

One of the only smoke shops I go to in the LA area especially noho, they some of the coolest people working there and the manager really tries to develop a friendship with returning customers. They didn’t have something I wanted so I asked if they could possibly order them and the very next week when I went in they had them for me and greeted me by showing me to them. Excellent customer service for real 💯

So I came in today earlier for a ash catcher and I ended up getting more things I spent around $65 dollars there . I left everything was great I got home and noticed the ash catcher is the wrong size . So I walk back it’s not problem and I ask him if I can exchange it , I ended up getting a smaller one but didn’t think of the price difference then , and the guy was being so nice so it didn’t occur to me that he’d rip me off . The original ash catcher I got was $30 and the one I got it exchanged for was $15 . He didn’t say anything about a price difference or offered me my money back but if you go here it’s a really nice shop nice owners and all around great experience . Except for the part where I didn’t get my $15 dollars back . Other than that I love this shop that’s why I gave it a 3. Now Ima make sure my prices right everytime I come here 😅

Blues know how to take care of their customers. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile and ask what they can help you with. They also can take care of two customers at the same time. That awesome.

It is great to walk into Blues Smoke Shop they have such a great selection of items with good prices and the customer service is awesome it always has been in all the years that I lived in North Hollywood.(12 years)

Love this smoke shop. Really cool how they have their products in gumba look alike glass jars. Its very unique with items you wont find anywhere else.

Annoying and a waste of time, a doorbell like they some exclusive weed shop lol. Cash only and hey every thing is twice as expensive. Isnt cash supposed to be cheaper lol. What a joke 1 star never be back be sure to tell my friends. Oh yea the atm fees 6.00 too just to get cash lol.
