NOHO Hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood (Listing Partner)

Absolutely the worst place me and my wife have ever been to. It was a place to sleep and nothing more. Thankfully no bugs. But the ac didn’t work until I cleaned the plugs and the port. The bed was horrible. Shockingly it was clean. But not comfy at all. It was very old and just not comfy. Manager was nice. But I really think this place needs a serious renovation.

Rooms are absolutely filthy and smell like toilet water. Outrageous to charge so much nightly to be sleeping with roaches! They give 2 pillows per bed that have no support, might as well not even use them! I woke up with bug bites and back pain.. owner needs to start refunding stays instead of responding to reviews saying he will do better! It is amazing this place is even still open with how unsanitary it is. The mirror above the sink wasn’t even cleaned when we arrived, full of what I assume was toothpaste spit markings. My boyfriend had to ask “room keeping” to replace the sheets because ours had stains on them… huge red flag. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH ROACHES AND MOLD!

Genuinely one of the worst places you could stay it was nasty the beds werent properly cleaned. When we got there the guy didnt even give us the room we reserved which had 2 beds he modified it to be a 1 bed and arugued that he couldnt do anything and it was our fault. He told us he would cancel it (knowing that it cant be cancelled) because we argued on what happened to our 2 bed room. the guy then got mad and stopped helping us. plus lots of mold.

False advertisement with the pictures and the name. Not a hotel, trash place with trash rooms. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Dont stay here not safe or healthy.

Horrible hotel my family had to experience the last couple days, disgusting rooms , no seats or. Chairs , no working toilets , bad customer service , no parking , you will not feel welcome here and it’s over Priced save your money and go somewhere else this place was nasty !Only good thing it’s close to Universal but not worth it , 👎

Horrible place, never come here, vomit and slop. I forgot the knife number and came back 2 hours after I left, the knife was gone. The administrator said there was no knife. The hotel staff are thieves.

Dirty, no blankets, no heater in room. Front desk staff not helpful at all. No phone in room and front desk wouldnt answer a call. Im disabled and had to go up and down stairs to figure out we paid over $100 for a room covered in burns with no air. Ridiculous.

Very nice person in the lobby super speedy check_in, clean, quiet, rooms have had a upgrade. I like the shower how its a walk in super clean towels

This place is disgusting and unfairI booked a week here very next day they gave us no option but to leave. My 1year old had an accident on the sheets she thru up she was fine when we first got here. The next day owner said we had to leave because we damaged his property! Like are you serious? We asked to pay or wash the sheets they said no.Completely disgusting about the attitude and the way they dealt with this situationDo not recommend!!!!SHUT THIS PEOPLE DOWN ASAP!!!!!!!!

I checked it and the clerk gave me a key. I tired to enter the room and the key did not work so he helpped me open it. I had to stuggle to open it and had to push it with my full body to close it. The door did not lock which was a concern since I arrived alone. The room floor was dirty and when I went to make sure the bathroom worked the toilet still had someone elses urine. I went down to the clirk to let him know and he could only offer to clean it the next norning. I asked to switch my room and they did not have any others. I told them I wanted my refund and they assured me they would refund me the 2 nights I was planning on staying. However, when the representatives of Expedia called, they only refunded me 1 night. I was going to wait for the refund there but a strange man was there and I did not feel safe. They also claimed I stayed 2 hours when I only stayed 30 minutes(I can prove it). The room looked like at some point they taped the blinds and there was tape on the floor as well. The room does not look as new as on the pictures at all. I would not recomend staying there at all.

Basic as it gets, not the best area but hey ya get what you paid for. Its close to the metro subway transit center. The room I got was clean, luckily quite for the night. I can tell thats probably not always the case but I got lucky. I just needed a place to sleep and this spot provided it. Staff was really nice to me and room service peeps were sweetheart as I left as well but you get what you give. If you just need a place for night its a spot to consider.

There was no heat and no warm blanket rust on all tables burns on the sink the bathroom door was kicked and pride from the in side boogers on the bathroom wall and stains everywhere it is not clean at ALL and the fridge ruined our food it only goes to 45 do NOT stay here SAVE YOU MONEY.

I went back to the hotel and the service was good now rooms were clean and the food did not take 5 hours. i shall want to say if you are looking for a good hotel came here

It has decent sized rooms and kept clean and fresh linens location is so-so could provide better TV service. Fair prices compared to most. Parking most of the time is where you can see your vehicle and only less than a min walk

This place is filthy. Very disappointed. The toilet looked like they just ran a towel over it to pretend they cleaned. The sink had burn marks, the restroom knob was burnt and the door looks like it was previously kicked in. They didn’t even bother to repair it. The door had dirty hand marks from previous guests. The shower was all rusty. No chair nor somewhere to put your luggage. The window shudders wouldn’t stay closed. Felt like there was a hidden camera somewhere I swear. Tagging all over the place. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The owner wouldn’t refund, didn’t want to waste $100 so I stood. Definitely avoid this place unless you don’t mind highway robbery. They need to change their price from $105 to $25 a night or upkeep it at least a little.

Just by reading the reviews already on the hotel’s reviews record from other people I decided not to go and they post fake pictures about the rooms and they won’t give you your refund if you try to request it, its a ripoff. I have seen pictures that other people posted about the rooms and they looks like a dump this place needs to be shut down (closed) by city officials it’s not in code for people to stay there not even for one night

I made a reservation, confirmed it the day of and drove to hotel. They had no rooms. The guy at the desk was unapologetic and seemed confused about why I was upset. He could see my reservation but couldnt give me a room. Heres the kicker... They charged my card for a no show fee the next day. It was hilarious and infuriating. Stay away from this place. Oh, and it looks like an absolute dump from the outside.

Scam! Be careful, I would not book a prepaid room. We prepaid as part of a vacation package and when we arrived they made us pay again. When we argued with them and attempted to show them our prepaid receipt they threatened to cancel our booking. We are still working on getting a refund or chargeback on our credit card two weeks later. Our room was large with two beds and two couches but we had no blankets. They only had sheets and when we asked for blankets we got a very direct no blankets. The busy street next to the hotel was loud and they also had no blinds or curtains, just built in window shutters that did very little to block out light. I would stay anywhere else but here.

The room is just ok, but has very bad smell, no refrigerator , no microwave , no hanger, no chair no shelf, no hair dryer, towels smell of bleach. People is very noisy at night so we can’t sleep well. This is a very bad quality hotel. Not recommend ! Never come back.

I was freezing all night long because it didnt have a heater and I asked if the heater was working the told me yes but it didnt very bad service I dont think Im going back there is the worst place I ever rented

DO NOT BOOK HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. we had a reservation and when we showed up, they turned us away at 10:30pm with nowhere to go. Not only that, they then charged us a no show fee of $95 and refuse to return the money, telling us that we didn’t show up. Customer service is awful. The actual location is unreachable and they are untruthful.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their website! It’s dirty , customer service is bad in a morning time. Too loud music .
