Awesome place. Staff is great, the environment is great. All of the regulars are very helpful as well. The juice selection is amazing and the prices are fantastic. I come here for all my vaping products Ive never went anywhere else!

I walked in not knowing anything about vaping. I wanted to use it as a tool to help quit smoking cigarettes. The gentleman that helped me, was not only friendly, he was very knowledgeable. He didnt try and sell me something expensive just to make a profit. He took the time to explain all I need to know and what I needed to quit smoking. I will definitely be back to get my supplies.

They told me I was buying a tank. Turns out they were incorrect and sold me the wrong tank. They wont take it back. Im $22 down the drain. Wouldnt recommend. This is clearly the business fault and should correct their mistake.

Very helpful. I made the mistake of going to another store to buy my first vaping device tobacco city is where I went. The people at the house of Vapes were so helpful with explaining everything so thankful that I walked in I look forward to buying my next vaping devices with them. Thank you so so much!

I drove 50 miles one way to go to the store. This is one of the nicest vapor stores I have ever been to,with a wide wide variety of juice and supplies for your VAPING needs. AWESOME STORE

It was a very good first experience trusting great people great atmosphere the owner was very helpful at setting up my vape and picking out a good juice

Completely disgusted with this place... No customer service what so ever. It seemed like all the employees were more worried about smoking the free samples than helping their customers. Customer service is a HUGE key in a successful business and this place I do not see being successful! Smh
