Ideal Wellness Massage

I recently visited Ideal Wellness, and had the experience of having Amy give me a massage. She is fantastic! Very attentive, and really did an amazing deep tissue massage. The staff is also fantastic. I had scheduling issues in the beginning, and the staff found away to accommodate me. Excellent all around service.

I was a bit apprehensive when I first arrived but found the waiting area very beachy and relaxing. The therapist I had is Amy. She reviewed problem areas with me to better address locations that needed special attention. Now for the massage… I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Amy was so thorough with deep tissue pressure I requested, but gentle where needed. I was so relaxed that I dozed off towards the end. I will definitely be going again and will recommend Ideal Wellness to friends and family.

Amazing experience! Joy is really knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. She really helps me with my shoulder rehab. Cant wait to go back.

I was on vacation and wanted to get a massage, I’m so happy I went with Ideal Wellness. The space was very comfortable and zen. Amy did an amazing job at relieving my body, I told her my main problem areas and she worked a little extra on them. I will definitely be back when I am back in Florida.

I went for my very first massage ever, and it was amazing! I had Racheal and she was wonderful, and very kind. I told her that it was my first massage and she made me super comfortable. The room itself was dark with calming music and water sounds, as well as very clean. I walked in and the staff was friendly and offered me water or tea. It felt very private and cozy, the smells were amazing, and overall super relaxing.

THINK WISELY! I was going to ideal wellness for over a year. I was getting 2 massages per week and pemf. The combo helped my migraines and chronic abdominal pain. Without a notice, I received an email from Joy telling me it was in the business best interest to not allow me to go there ever again. I had to have emergency surgery and could not make it to the appointment. To receive such an email, made me cry on top of just having abdominal surgery. Just could not believe the hatred in the email from a person that had helped me so much. I am aware of the cancelation policy. My sessions were always pre paid in full plus tips, so her and her business never suffered financially. I spent about $5,000 a month and she gets rid of me. In fact my father and i have un used sessions that Joy has refused to refund. Really think twice about going to ideal wellness. Its all about the business and money. This could happen to you.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Ideal Wellness and wow, she was right! Ive been a few times now. Theres such a difference when you find someone like Joy who really knows the body and how to heal it. She doesnt just know massage, she knows functional training, nutrition, and other methods of healing the body that all come together in a bigger picture. I was thoroughly impressed (and relaxed!) and highly recommend her services.

Hands down the best massage in South Florida. Joy & Amy are the best. I almost selfishly want to keep them to myself. But they deserve the recognition. Worth every penny.

Joy is one of the BEST massage therapists I’ve ever encountered. She and I worked together monthly during a 7-year period in which I was traveling extensively for work and had multiple issues, mostly centered in my back. What stands out most about Joy: her kindness, her strength and skill, and her listening. She would process whatever was bothering me, through a brief pre-session conversation, then get immediately to work, using her studied and well-honed skills and her immense strength to help set my body on a path toward healing and wellness. All along, her kindness and grace shone through to complement her hard work beautifully. We no longer live in the same neighborhood and I miss her monthly treatments (and simply interacting with her!) dearly and have not found anyone half as talented as Joy is since we last worked together.

Changed my life! Joy is a pro and has helped me alleviate pain that I have been suffering with for decades. I’ve had a lot of massage therapists but none have the knowledge and experience of Joy. Very grateful that I found her! And her staff is courteous and helpful!

I have witnessed clients improve their physical and mental health here. Joy, Amy and Katie are professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to body work. Almost of their clients are regulars. We are surrounded by soft lightening, sounds of waterfall and zen music. Highly recommend!

I went to go see Joy with lower back pain and stiffness. I travel a lot for work and my back always suffers from the long plane rides. One hour with Joy and it felt like years came off. She was wonderful. I am so grateful for her help that I have since brought my father and other family members to her. Most recently was my 12 year-old with a sports injury. The team at Ideal Wellness has been instrumental in helping me overcome chronic low back and sciatica pain. They were able to immediately target the muscle areas that were tightening up and causing my pain and work on them every week to allow for some major relief. Ideal Wellness provides excellent massages but also assist in sports injury recovery. Spoke with Joy about massage therapy for the continued recovery of my previously broken ankle from pickleball, she suggested I try combining with PEMF. The B O M B! 💥 zzzzzzen!After a session with Amy, this review is long overdue. I was so relaxed... I didnt want to move. A long overdue visit, and this is definitely my new go-to place. Sorry to all other places Ive frequented in the Gardens area. I havent been this relaxed, at ease and at peace in ages. Stress be gone!I have a lot of medical issues pyshically, the deep tissue was absolutely 💯 the best. Just the right amount of pressure. Normally, I am fearful, but I will never go anywhere else again. Its worth it, from my heart and soul... so worth it.

Joy is such a professional and gifted therapist. I have the upmost respect for her ability and she even referred me to another modality to deal with my issue. The crazy part is she was right! Issue is gone but I will forever return for massage and bodywork with Joy any chance I get.

Joy will exceed your expectations. She is so knowledgeable and talented. She knows exactly where it hurts and what to do to take the pain away. As a hygienist this is a necessity for me. I truly dont know how I would practice without seeing Joy once a month. Thank goodness I found her.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the initial phone call. I was in need of a lot of deep tissue work. The treatment I received from Amy was one of the best sports maggages Ive ever had.

Joy is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As an athlete who competed in D1 sports, I can say that no one was more effective than her. Unlike most women (to no offense), Joy had the strength to apply whatever pressure was needed, which can be hard to find if you are in the athletic world. She is skilled in many types of massage therapy and effective with all of them. Be it maintenance/routine massages, neuromuscular massages, sports massage, active release technique (ART), or anything. With Joys help, I was able to fully recover from ACL reconstruction, thoracic outlet syndrome, spondylolysis, and many other common injuries that cripple many athletes.100% recommended

Joy is a massage therapist who has the strength to smooth out the toughest of muscles and also has the sensitivity to know just when and where to apply that strength. But at her core she cares for you. That makes a session with her a time for your body to relax and your soul to be soothed.

Was in pain. Could hardly walk. Joy was not only able to see what was wrong, she was able to fix it. Sooooo nice to be able to walk without pain again! Whether your body needs fixing, or you just want a relaxing massage Joy is the best!!!
