Im genuinely surprised by the negative reviews – my experience was fantastic! Ray greeted me warmly, and I even started my massage 15 minutes early. The bed was ridiculously comfy, like a dream, and the heated headrest was a nice touch. The draping with a privacy blanket and a warm cover felt luxurious. The massage hit that perfect firmness I love. My only tiny gripe was the focus on my lower leg instead of the thigh abductors Id mentioned. Still, I highly recommend it – a great deal for the price in the U.S.!

Always a great experience when I go here. I have been going for a few years and have never had anything to complain about. Everyone is so professional and friendly. The place is clean and it is a very relaxing environment. I’ve had massages by both Ray and Rita. Ray did my massage today. Pressure was great and he is extremely friendly. He always checks in occasionally to be sure you’re doing okay. Highly recommended!

As Im reading the reviews Im a bit confused. I love massages and everytime I go any where I have to ask for more pressure & even then I feel as if they barely touch me. Im very tense so the more the better. I finally found a great place. I had Ray and those hands were magical. I will definitely go back. And it really wasnt hard to find. Outside is a huge sign with the address. I get its inside of a building with other business but when you goggle the location, it reads the address followed by #143 (reading is fundamental)

Just got my first massage with Ray and he was great! The music was nice, the place was clean, and Ray had great skills and applied the right amount of pressure that I needed. And the cherry on top is the great deals they offer! It did take a few minutes to find the place inside the office building, but I dont mind because its not rocket science haha.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and my massages were great. I have always gone to Ray. Ray is kind and professional. The facility is very clean. Also the facility is not difficult to find, just plan ahead and use google maps. If you are that stupid and still cannot find it after using a phone, then you just suck at directions.

I have been to many massage therapist over the years. Massage Team provides a high quality deep tissue massage in a relaxing, professional environment at a reasonable price. It is so easy to schedule with a text message with a reminder the day before your scheduled appointment. I have had a great experience since I switched to exclusively using Massage Team the past 2 years. I highly recommend Massage Team!

Creepy. I received this massage as a gift (Groupon). The location is a office building and decor is cheap. I received my massage from the man. During my massage, he focused almost completely on the dimples in my back which was strange. I was trying to relax, but I look down and see the man has taken off his sandals. If staring at his bare feet was not bad enough while I receive a less than mediocre massage to my lower back, he was chewing gum for the last 20 minutes...loudly. Do not recommend, even for the price on Groupon.

Ive had massages before and this one was sub par. I feel the person was very inexperienced and kept hitting nerve endings and cartiledge instead of actual muscle making the experience very poor. I was more sore the next morning and needed a heating pad to help soreness after massage. The price was good however I personally will not come back due to the overall experience unfortunately.

The shop is located inside a business office, which was a little bit difficult to find. The ambience is strange as they played some sort of Cathedral music as the relaxing music as well as the secretary area is poorly lite. Both massage therapist that I spoke to were dressed in all-white uniforms something resembling a 70s nurse outfit. Both women had a Polish/Russian accent. I went into great detail about specific muscles and both massage therapists had no clue what I was talking about. The quality of the deep massage was good, but the massage therapists only focus on upper back. The massage therapist did not perform any low back, or glute massage. Overall, this place had a weird vibe to it. I would not go back for an overpriced shoulder massage.

I purchase a Groupon a few months ago. Ever since I been trying to get a hold of them to make an appointment with out any success. They don’t answer call and their website says no availability. They have a note that they are on vacation since august all the day after September 19. Seems to me they over sold Groupons and can’t put up with their customers appointments. At least have have someone on the phone trying to help. So ridiculous and unprofessional

Massage Team has been an amazing experience. My wife and I discovered Massage Team through an advertising promotion for 1-hour massages. After our massages, we were hooked! Rita is an incredible professional and has a massage skill set that far exceeds any other massage therapist we have encountered. Since that time, we have been purchasing 10-session packages and continue going weekly.

Very professional authentic Swedish massage place. Yes, it is in a office building and we have to schedule appointment by text message but still it is worth my time and my money. Definitely recommended to everyone to try out this awesome place!

Ray is one of the kindest people you could ever meet in your life. All the staff Is very friendly and wonderful. I really enjoyed my massage.

The man is a total creep! First of all hard to find, in a little office suite in a hard to find bldg,...there was a small couch where a strange man was sitting that he wanted me to wait there and sit by the man while my daughter was getting her massage..so i left...my daughter told me after the massage after she was all relaxed and turned over...he was in her face talking about giving her money to date him and marry so he can get his green card, he wasnt even swedish, he was Lithuanian. I wand groupon to give me my money back!...will be contacting the attorney general...

My Doctor prescribed DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE for my fascia problems. In all fairness, I did buy a Groupon for this. I would have gone back if I felt it helped BUT, I was totally disappointed. This was nothing more than a firm massage by a man. Ive read up on what deep tissue massage is supposed to be and it was not this. PLUS, they have you write down particular issues and I can almost guarantee he paid no attention to my overview. I felt no better when I walked out. Such a rip off!

I had a massage there yesterday and have to say it was the best. Ive been to other places but this one has exceeded my expectations. I cant wait to go back and the price is also great.

If you are looking to add more stress to your life, then this is the place to go! Not only is the place difficult to find, the set up of the office building is not very presentable. Another interesting aspect to this business is that they communicate via cell phone. So if they decide theyre busy youll get a text saying cant talk, please text-- and a lot of good that will do if you are calling to find the location, or request any type of changes to the appointment you made previously. I actually couldnt find the location, and received a text 20 mins after my apt time saying it was south of walgreens. Just how many walgreens are there in America? And needless to say, the texting went on. When I found the place, I was incredibly displeased by the shoddy set-up and not to mention the lack of comfort. However my worst complaint about this place by far is that they have the WORST customer care I have ever experienced!! Actually, they have no concept of customer care at all [extremely rude and stand-offish]... and they dont value building a relationship with their clientele. My advice- take your business to a place that deserves it, and a place that you are a valued consumer.
