Not a bad vape shop, interior is very cozy, feels welcoming. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is because it seemed like the juice selection was a bit lacking. They mentioned they were waiting on a shipment, but it doesnt seem like they couldnt hold a while lot as it is. Prices were competitive though, so if youre in the area, Id recommend stopping in!

Great shop, great people. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners last summer while in town for a convention. They treated us like family and helped us out so much. They have a great selection of products from starter kits and custom mods to top shelf eliquids. They also have multiple chill spots in the shop just to hang out and talk to other vapers. Would definitely recommend this shop to any Pennsylvania vapers!

What sold me on Kickn Butts is they wont try to sell you something you dont need. Getting into the vape world? Their happy to talk you through everything so you know whats going on with what youre potentially buying. Experienced with vapes? Cool theyll get you what you need or will point you in the right direction. Ive been going there for years, staff is always friendly and happy to help. Their like a second family down there.

Great selection of everything you may need in the world of vaping. Jason is very knowledgeable about all the inner workings of every apparatus he sells or is sold on the market currently. Always has a ton of inventory. Always a fun conversation with anyone that works there!

Product selection and customer service both non-existent...Went in for a simple 510 battery and was regarded as an addict by the sole staff member who offered me a single product...When I asked if there were other options I was told no and charged $30 for my troubles.Next time Ill drive the 5 minutes down to GGW or any of the other million vape shops in the area... unless this place is a front how it remains it business is a miracle.

New to vaping. A friend of mine had recommended that I check this place out. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by staff. I explained that I had never vaped before and the sales associate took the time to show me the basics. I was shown everything from pen vapes to the big custom mods. The sales associate was very patient with me and all of my questions. He made sure that I left the store with exactly what I wanted and even set everything up for me to make sure it worked before I left. After choosing my setup he took the time to introduce me to the many flavor juices they had available. I was able to sample any flavor I asked about before I spent any money on it. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had making a purchase of anything ever. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone thinking about starting to vape and of course any vape veterans out there.It is also worth mentioning that the shop allows you to just stop in and hang out. They have ample seating for you to just chill and enjoy vaping. They have a wide variety of stock in setups and juices.

I dont know where these 5 star reviews are from. Ive been giving this place a chance every few months over the past few years since they are close to my work and each time is a massive disappointment.Typically there is some young kids playing video games when you enter that you need to wait for to come over the store area for service. They never have anything in stock. Its always an excuse about shipments coming later today or it didnt show up. The juices they do have on hand are usually low tier / unknown manufacturers that are way over priced.Its a pretty dirty place, and if you dont the see the small dogs usually chilling around the store you will definitely smell them.The owner doesnt take this store seriously. Its more of a hobby I reckon and he always blames laws and taxes on his shortcomings when you are in the store. Somehow every other vape store around town can handle maintaining inventory and staffing people to run the counter though?

Im reading that the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable but I didnt receive that kind of service AT ALL. I go to another place normally but Kick n Butts is a lot closer to where I live so I decided to give them a try. I approached the sales associate with a question about a specific type of juice for my vape pen and he said they didnt sell it there. I then asked if he had anything similar and he said he wasnt really familiar with the brand I quoted earlier and I told him what I was lookin for he then pointed me to a corner with different juices and told me this is what they have but they were out of almost all of them except for like 4. This entire conversation the sales associate looked up from his phone maybe twice I might add. All of the testers were sticky and gross no the menus that explain the juices were wet and smudged. I was very disappointed and felt like I was interrupting the sales associate with my business. I guess I will drive further away to my usual place from now on. I do not recommend this place.

I have been going to Kickn Butts for almost 2 years now. Whenever I first started going I was still fairly new to vaping (I was on and off until this point). Whenever I went their I had just recently bought a blu starter kit, which lasted about three days.Jason and Kathy were the only ones working the shop at this point and time. They set me up with a eGo starter kit and some pitt bull juice. I decided to hang out for a bit and I grew to love the place.Shortly after I became hooked and started to invest more money into vaping. I soon upgraded to a MVP2, then a mechanical mod, another mechanical mod, and then I moved on to my Sigeli 100w box mod.Jason and Kathy were very helpful this entire time and have taught me how to build and even helped me gain some knowledge when it came to making your own liquid.This place has and always will be a second home to me. I love coming to this place just to hang out. it has a really nice atmosphere and the staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you out (even building you coils). If you are looking for somewhere to come and hang out with like minded people and find some of the best juice in town i would recommend going to Kickn Butts.Pros:* Really fun and laid back environment.* Helpful employees* Large selection of gear and liquid.* Jason and Kathy have helped me out more than once with gear or liquid that has had issues.* Great customers and atmosphere.* A large space to hang out with other people who are interested in the hobby.* Testers. You can try the juice you are going to buy from many of their testers. I have rarely come across a juice that they sell there that doesnt have a tester.* If you wanted to make a special order they will usually accommodate.* There is usually snacks (ie. Peanut butter filled pretzels, nuts, etc.)* Large selection* Great deals, especially with the new points system they have in place.* Great customer service.* Juices go through a lot of testing and have to meet a lot of requirements to be held in the shop.* I have never felt at home in a shop other than at Kickn Butts.* I absolutely love how Kathy and Jason care about the well being of others. An example of this would be the many times I have been scolded by Kathy for my disgusting smoking habit.Cons:* Juice is a tad more expensive than online, but you dont have to wait for shipping and you can try it before you buy it.* This place is pretty popular and can get busy at some points in the day.* When it is busy it can get crowded.* 12pm to 8pm has always seemed like an odd schedule.* I miss the option for coil classes that used to be offered.* I think they should start holding some events.P.S. If you have not been to this place before please stop by and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I personally did not like this vape store. They did not have a great selection of juices and made the excuse that they didnt want to compete with other shops. They also over charged for some very cheap liquids. I would suggest checking out steel City vapors before ever coming here.

I can verify that this is within the top 10 Vape shops in pittsburgh! Im also Pittsburgh Vape Reviews on YouTube and G+. These people have done nothing but cater to the needs of each individual that comes in the door! Premium juices, custom mods, and friendly people.

I was new to vaping and tried 2 starter kits from Blu. Ummm yea that was horrible. A year ago I looked online and found Kickn Butts was less than 3 miles from my house. I went in a newbie and the wonderful staff helped me get a set up and had a very pleasant transaction. They set up my stuff so I could start vaping before I walked out the door. I still have that unit and use it every once in a while BUT I saw a buddy of mine blow out a huge cloud and I got jealous so I decided to go and upgrade. I purchased a Target unit and was taught everything I needed to know and was setup before I walked out the door. So I am in my vehicle on the way home and I take a big hit and OMG, I blew out such a huge cloud that I totally filled the car and blocked my view of the road lol. Yea I learned really quick to roll down the window.Kickn Butts is awesome all around. Friendly staff and a huge selection of mods, juices, and knowledge.Thanks for everything you have done for me and I look forward to seeing you many more times.

Read the reviews and thought it would be a good place to try since it is boasted to be friendly. Went in for salt based juice. They only had 2 flavors to choose from and the attendant seemed very uninterested. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

Had decided to quit smoking before I left Las Vegas and what a way to do it than to travel and go through the change while going from Vegas to Pittsburgh to Tampa and then back to Vegas. So - I spent $120 in Vegas getting what I thought I needed to transition from cigarettes to vaping - unfortunately the syrup/liquid was leaking all down my hand... so I went to KickN Butts for help - VERY helpful. They told me I had temporary tanks from the expensive Las Vegas Pink Spot and sold me new ones and some other flavors (although I did like the Vegas flavors 1000x better). I arrived then I Tampa and could NOT get the atomizer or whatever tanks OFF of the batteries - argh! Dad had to use plier and we tried to clean the units with isoprophyl alcohol and nothing seemed to work - so ended up having to go to yet another Vape Place in Spring Hill, FL to get DIFFERENT tanks - FInally - I got tanks in Spring Hill, FL that I am still using today with great success. So -- the tanks I had from Vegas were terrible and Kick N Butts were greatly improved - I cant carry around pliers 24/7 to use them - the ones I got in FL had wonderful threads and I have used for 1 month now with tremendous success. They were VERY pleasant, helpful - the flavors I wanted to try unfortunately they were out of as they do not mix their own at their shop but purchase in bulk from elsewhere and resale. What I did NOT like was the table filled with friends lunch sitting out - there were about 6 friends hanging out and filling the place with vape - seemed to be the local hangout and not a professional business. I think they would go much further in business not having it be a club house where strangers felt UNCOMFORTABLE coming into the establishment - I was glad to see a lady there - otherwise it was all men and I Never would have gone in; but gone to the next place I found online and got help there!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did not try to sell me on what I didnt need or want. Actually, they talked me out of buying excess items. Ive found my new vape shop for sure.

This place is the worst!! ALWAYS out of stock on vape juice. One excuse after another, wasted trips back and forth because they tell you when it arrives but it NEVER does. I also bought 2 EXPENSIVE Vaporizers and tanks from them and they neglected to inform me the units I bought ( under their recommendation ) were now discontinued and getting parts / supplies for them was no longer available through them, and that was only a month after I bought them. What a freaken rip off!! Don’t waste your time or money. They are more concerned having this place be a hang out for high school kids sitting around vaping. TERRIBLE!!

Before the big tax hit these guys had a nice sized inventory. Now that all of that has passed they are lacking in variety. Poor stock and not a lot of high end juices. Im very disappointed with this shop now and avoid it as much as possible.

Awesome & friendly vape shop that practices nothing less than honest & friendly service thru fellow vapers, some who happen to also work there creating a kool kicked back chill little spot to hang out, see some awesome vape tricks by sponsored vape pros, & as always meet some really kool people making friends. Got a vape and some juice and batteries for another one. Over all good experience. Didnt have much in the juice department and they didnt have the coil I needed but otherwise good and quick.

Clean shop and decent size, lackluster juice selection. Nothing is displayed for customers to see labels except for 2 or 3 juices.
