Earlier this year I was in Odessa on business, totaled my company vehicle and being in pain I decide to turn to Premium Vapor Company to purchase Kratom to alleviate said pain and stress. Sarah, a long time employee and administrator of Premium, took that information directly and fed it to someone who had no business knowing mine. This company is poorly ran, provides poor wages, and harbors extremely toxic work environments.

Favorite smoke shop in the basin. I go to this location and the one in Midland. People are always nice and there is a good selection.

I have been going to this store for about 2 years. Prices, products, and service are usually good.The last 4 months prices have gone through the roof, product selection is sparse, and for some reason it takes 2 weeks to process my payment out of my bank?Service is still good, but I think I’ll be finding another shop. This one’s getting to expensive and the debit payment thing is concerning.

I was a regular and they always had my white indo kratom. I cant go there anymore because they havent ordered it for months and now I have to go across town to get what I need

Do not buy this product !! It is sold as Cbd oil when there is actually no Cbd in this product. ‘Hemp extract’ is the ingredient sold at the high Cbd price

I was sold the wrong product, after specifically asking for a specific item, then was unable to return it because it was opened. I also do not like that a small child is always running around in this 21 and up store, and there is always a dog in there as well.

Went into this shop today around 12:30 and some black dude was working there. He was so rude and was to busy wanting to be in his phone then to help with a customer. He was short and irritated because I needed to be checked out. Pretty sad when your at work and you can’t put down your phone to be helpful
