I have been living in the place since 6 months. I really are really good and the maintenance too. I would really recommend this place if you want stay will cheaper prices.

Ive been here for awhile now the rooms is great for the price value and the manager is great & considerate he will work will you & I havent had any kinda problems here with the place the people or anything I would recommend it to all my friends and family

Absolutely Terrible! Complete false advertisement! Horrible. Dangerous area. Homeless people n Druggies everywhere around there. Doors dont work. Holes in the windows. UNSAFE. No kitchenettes at all. Not even a microwave nor refrigerator. SCAM!!!

My luggage got stolen. Left it outside my door for ten min at the most and ran to the office and back and all my things were gone. Horrible location. Horrible service. Hope to never see this place from hell again

I did gave it a 0 no stars but they dont have that option. And Im 100% serious about what Im fixing to say. They dont have any Wi-Fi, The rooms are gross, there was drug related activity all night in parking lot, plus cops in and out of there. Ill never stay there again!!!

No hot water wasnt told before paying the 650.00 dont know when they are gonna get hot water fixed . Im disabled and have cancer . They dont seem to care and wont return my money so I can go somewhere else

I booked online and the location is very sketchy. When we walk up to the door it’s locked we had to use the window and there was no mic or speaker so it was really hard to hear what he was saying. I showed my ID I only had military id on me and that wasn’t good enough. Then he wanted to see my booking information and when he finally found my reservation he said it was a $15 additional surcharge for booking online? And it didn’t state any where about additional surcharges. So I told him to cancel.

Great neighborhood community. Very proud they always mentioning neighborhood. Fentanyl zombies screaming at all times of the night. The roaches are there but not as aggressive as other nightmare motels. But that aggressiveness is made up for by the rats. Rats and mice are both pretty thick in the walls here

This place needs to be shut down. Not only were the front staff immensely rude, but we had the “pleasure” of speaking to them through bullet-proof glass. It was so awful, that we left as soon as we saw how disgusting the room was, to the point where I felt bad for the soles of my shoes having to step onto it.This is the type of place you would expect to find Saddam Hussein taking shelter behind the filthy beds. The mysterious stains may you make you wish that you didn’t have eyes, but if you linger in the parking lot long enough, one of the many homeless meth addicts will probably remove them for you.If you’re looking for a place to be serenaded by cracked out meth heads, this is it. Otherwise, unless you want a terrible anecdote of fleeing a place that would be shut down in downtown Mogadishu for being filthy, I would highly recommend taking the money to literally any other place to rest for the night.

Very friendly and fast check in. The door doesnt lock , at all. The microwave is in the photos, OMG!The mouse that lives in here with us is quite annoying, especially at night. Theres mold all under the kitchen sink. The burners dont work, the internet doesnt work and the TV doesnt work! You get what you pay for, so its on me but I definitely will not be back.

Booked thru Walmart+ Travel SO FAR WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Before I arrived I called to make sure whether or not the $25 deposit was cash or card. Very clearly told it does not matter only to get there and be told its $30 and it has to be cash... I go up to my room. I open the door. I take two steps in the room and think to myself this cant be happening. Who would actually think that somebody would want to stay here for 2 days?Im already homeless. Ill just go back outside!No TVNo WIFI WHATSOEVERNo toilet paperNot even a door frame🤯I call Customer service - they tell me go back to the front desk and ask for a refund, Due to our policy we cant issue you a refund if your already checked in, I call customer support, they put me on hold while they talk to the hotel, Im sorry, the hotel said they are working on fixing the TV

Nice, modern, spacious, and clean rooms. I especially like the doubles with two separate rooms and kitchenette in the middle! However, they are a bit pricey for what you get and surrounding locations and what I mean is the people who frequently stay in the hotel and surrounding hotels. A LOT of homeless people begging and drug activity

Stayed at this location for about a month. Considering the location I was skeptic. Ended up being A great place to stay. Got a 2 bed with kitchenette and it was huge! Was very quiet and the front desk was really nice. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Really liked staying there it was nice. No one bothered us and the staff was great and so was thier service. Housekeeping could be better cause I put my dirty sheets outside and never got any clean bedding or towels and I was there for three days luckily I had some bedding and towels with me. Other than that my stay was great.

Very rude. Had me wait 3 hrs for a room then after the 3 hrs said the room wasnt available. I asked if I could use the lobby to use my phone to call another hotel because it was below freezing outside and I was in a wheelchair.....he said absolutely not. I pray for them. Plz dont go there....ever. Drug deals in the parking lot. Horrible place. Never been so insulted in my life.😲❤💯

Definitely the place to go if you want to be the one to clean up The biohazard needles that are left behind in the rooms from the amazing work they put into cleaning these places...Will definitely be asking for a refund for my stay probably wont even stay my full stay, I was just trying to get out of the cold...

Room is spacious, nice, and clean. Staff if friendly and very helpful. Double room has separate area for each bed. The kitchenette is nice with full size fridge with stove top for cooking and plenty of cabinet space. Bedroom areas are spacious with plenty of storage for clothes, shoes, and other items. Single rooms also are available with same amenities or with just bed, mini fridge, and microwave for short stays. Great place to stay when traveling or needing extended stay accommodations.

Its the worst place ever rats everywhere cockroaches everywhere beds and sheets are dirty, dirty bathroom with blood on the wall rusty red shower certain and mold I would not stay here even for a second I cant even sleep at night its so bad there, blood stains on the mattress and the place most likely has bedbugs.

Everything was great parkinglot needs some work other than that front desk clerk & staff are exceptional.

My friend is currently staying at this hotel while shes moving from one side of ok to the other and I came over to hang out for the day and it was apparently laundry day so they gave their linens to a housekeeper who was incredibly rude and then didnt give them back and when she finally got her linens back after complaining multiple times they werent the original blankets and so she had to say something to the front and the cleaning lady brings the linens back while Im in the room and yells at my friend that she didnt know where these blankets were and these blankets are actually for better customers and not for people like you and make sure that you people dont ruin them my friend has been here for 2+ weeks with the same blankets and shocker she didnt get her you people germs on them or wreck them

Friendly staff. Very pet friendly environment. Nice size rooms with kitchenettes. They even have an exterminator to treat the property. The management is amazing and Jeffrey does awesome at trying to keep the grounds clean. Prices are very reasonable. Overall great place to stay.

It felt very discussing on the outside but the rooms were very nice. It shocked me onced i walked in. Look like motel on the outside but a studio on the inside. Very roomy too.

Just booked a room. Dead roaches everywhere. Roaches crawling up walls. Phone was smashed. Pliers to turn on the shower. Smelled like cat pee. Front desk said no refund because it had been 30 minutes when it had only been 10 max. Got moved to another room and the floor is nothing but powder with a super strong smell which Im thinking is pesticide and had to breathe and keep my dog out of. Now I cant be switched again or be refunded.

It was great room. Bed was real good an slept good. Had everything in room for a long stay if needed. Was close to freeway an work at same time. Was looking for extended stay rooms to move to city but thought the weekly rate for the room I had was to much. Could get glamorous apartment for that rate. Otherwise it was a great place to stay when I need.

Our room had a severe roach infestation and did not appear to be completely cleaned. We did not stay. The guy at the front desk seemed nice though, was understanding and gave us a refund. The area itself did not seem like a great area to be staying in either.

This hotel had a massive cockroach problem!! They infested the shower to the point that we had to forget using it. Don’t be fooled by other reviews, I can only imagine that they received some kind of incentive to write those. Never again!!!

The hotel was nice and roomy but very modest. The biggest issue is that the hotel does not think of their guests and as a result have no shampoo in the rooms and the clerk at the desk told me I was lucky the rooms were supplied with a bar of soap. Pretty poor accommodations for guests cleanliness.

I went only to visit a friend. It was a two bedroom with a kitchen. It was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. I have not considered Studio 6 in a long time because the rooms were so cramped and small. These Studio 6 motels are really like a little home away from home. Nice and roomy.

Long story short thr guy working the front really tried to help us and we appreciate him. And the hotel would of been fine if it wasnt for the roaches! Went and got some spray and it got worse. Room was also not cleaned. The sink didnt have running water either. After about 3 hrs we requested a refund and left. Better off in thr car.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE DOUBLE BED ROOM AND KITCHEN WAS SET UP. VERY CLEAN, NICE, AND SPACIOUS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE CLERK.WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS HOW THE PARKING LOT WAS A HANG OUT FOR DRUG DEALS, PROSTITUTION, AND THE HOMELESS. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I WITNESSED IT. THERE WAS ALSO A GUY STAYING THERE THAT KEPT BOTHERING US AND FOLLOWING US AROUND WANTING TO KNOW IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. WHATEVER WE WANTED HE COULD GET US. I GUESS IT IS WHAT IT IS BUT I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT RENTING FROM MOTEL 6 AGAIN. THIS SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN OF IT BEING OK FOR THAT TYPE OF CROWD AS VARIOUS MOTEL 6S, TULSA OK. BEING ANOTHER HANG OUT SPOT

The room was only $50 but it was awful it wasnt clean there was hairl over the floor bags roaches it was awful I will never stay there again

We have stayed here many times in the past. This time though was not good. The bathroom door had no doorknob. The ceiling in the shower had a big hole in it. And no water pressure. And the pool has never been open, ever. I would not recommend at all!!!

The room was nice. It’s roomy, air-conditioning fridge stays cold, shower could be bigger, but it has a platform bed and flat-screen and over all for the price I would gladly pay this over and over again. The place across the parking lot looks like it houses bums and maybe drug users. I don’t know. Personally, I don’t care as long as no one bothers me and my family.

I only drove by this establishment, yet Google wants a review so here we go! The concrete had yellow lines to park in between and windows on the building...they also had a Pepsi from the pictures I looked at and thats a bonus, because Pepsi I superior to Coke.

Make sure your irons handy over here its a zoo out there. Its not like I was worried but I was at the ready! if youre going to redo a hotel at least make it to where we dont recognize the rooms for being exactly what they were before you up charge this

Good place to stay and staff are so nice and friendly.

They let people take their dogs out and not on a leash. I had one of the tenants threatened to kick my dog like a football if I didnt get him upstairs. He then proceeded to spit on another persons car.

This room was nice enough for the cheap price. The one we stayed in had a kitchenette, which included a full size fidge, with a microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Electric two burner stove (which didnt work for us, but we had our own stove anyways), two coffee cups, a dish rack, and a sink with plenty of cabinet place. However, the TV and wifi didnt seem to work. The staff was friendly also. We just walk in there and it didnt take them long to get us a room. The location is perfect too, its not far from a Dollar General, Car Wash, AND there is a Dennys just in walking distance. Very Pet friendly, so go ahead and bring your fur babies.

I work remotely for my company and the WIFI there is excellent. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Only improvement suggested is the shower. Everything else was great!

I LOVE this place. I dont know why there are such ugly reviews. Ive stayed here multiple times ( Im a pilot escort) and Ive never had an issue. The employees are super, very talkative and friendly. Our dog got sick while we was there and they made sure we had clean everything multiple times along with checking on him. This place is definitely 5/5 go see for yourself!

I have stayed there before and they were not bad but they did have roaches and I called for there advertised 199. Weekly rate and of coarse they as usual dont have those rooms and never do its false advertisement ! And you call down there and are lucky to understand the people talking they cant speak English overall I will never stay here again and I recommend a bridge over the motel 6

Stayed for a month and they had mice I killed 14 in within 2weeks no sypthany clean towels every other 3weeks it was to much to get cleaned towels every Friday for them.

It was an bad experience. I was booked into the wrong room and had to leave so I called booking.com while I was out they basically told me that they could give me the wrong room and it was okay. Then I asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on. The front desk man was unprofessional rude and did not want to do anything to help me out. I didnt begin to lay down that night with the lights off and I got ate up by bed bugs. I then called the front desk and they told me Im sorry we cannot switch you room and hung up. Then I get a email saying that the customer never mentioned nothing when he checked out like it was my fault. Of course I did not say nothing because I said something that night and youre absolutely did nothing so I was just eager to get out of this horrible establishment and go somewhere else.

Room was clean and even had a fridge, stove, and Microwave. Staff was very friendly. The outside doesnt look like much but inside looked fine, and everything worked without issue. For 35 bucks for a king bed for 2 adults you just cant beat it.

The staff was really nice. The location is not so great. The handicapped room had a bathtub. A wheelchair user cannot get into a bathtub.

Front desk service was good and helpful (Sam attended me). But location was not good and worst of all the room was full of roaches, even on the walls, most rooms had roaches unfortunately. Sam accommodate us in another room wich didnt have roaches, at least all over the place. The location looks a bit sketchy and to be honest it looks like this motel is used mostly by drug addicts and one night stands. Amenities are very limited. Besides all that everything was great lol

Room was not cleaned the first night I was there, they changed out one towel and bath mat but did not take the garbage or make the bed. Following days the room was cleaned very well. Very limited parking near room. Handicap and people that werent handicap were parked in handicap spot in front of my room, had to park in the fire lane or in front of the building. Not a good place for extended stays.

The room itself and amenities were amazing. The bed was the comfiest hotel beds ive slept on. However the management when i arrived at 9m was very rude and borderline threatening. Had I not already paid for the room online, he would have turned me away. In fact he did until i mentioned that the room was already paid for. The lady whenever I checked out however was great. Had if it not been for him I would have given this a 4 or 5 star.

I give this rating based strictly off of the manager on duty during my stay. He was so kind and accommodating and a fellow yankee lol he went above and beyond for us. The first room was a roach coach and he quickly changed it to a room that we had no complaints about. Its in a rough area but he made the stay worthwhile

Great rooms nice kitchens I cant complain. However I went back to stay again and was refused my service. Said I had to much traffic last time but my leg was broke and they did put me upstairs so I had some friends come help me to walk my dog because I was unable to walk him myself. The front office never complained to me personally or said anything to me on my departure either. I was truly upset with the way the manager spoke to me about the situation.

This is an ok place to stay if you are an extended stay type situation!! I would not recommend bringing kids, seems like alot of adult activities in and around the area!!

Room completely furnished even dishes very surprised, nice remodeled, comfortable at a good price. Only downside is the parking lot should be more secure and well lit to deter crime.

The rooms were neat and clean. The location was within 1 mile of our conference site. on the 3 nights, I saved $300 in total. Water was hot, good brand of coffee, well serviced for towels etc.

The room was dirty. Very noisy all hours of the night. Very suspicious looking people hanging out. Looks like prostitutes and pimps hang out there. Had to check out and find a safer place to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the price and location. Staff was kind and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Location was centrally located between where I live in Yukon, OK and events that I was attending Friday and Saturday evening.

This place was horrible. There are roaches every where. They would not refund my money and kept my deposit.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated and was really surprising quality for the price. We paid $45 for one night and the room had a king size bed, larger than normal fridge with freezer, full set of dishes, pots and pants, glasses, etc to cook with. Only thing missing was I was use to seeing little samples of shampoo and conditioner and there was none and they dont provide them but you cant complain with the price and quality of the room.

1st room we had TV remote would not work .they tried to fix it & no go .so they moved us to another room which was worse because the people next door was selling Drugs all night long .people in & out all night and day .the weed smell was coming in my room they were slamming doors.OMG NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN. I GUESS IF U WANNA TRAP HERE IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR THAT TYPE OF CROWD

Awesome customer service. However, the room I was assigned # 404 had a bedspread that had cigarette burns all over and the bright white sheets had grease stain streaks all over but both were clean. Room was spotless other than that.

Well first off I just want to say that your management sucks they were rude they were not very professional and we didnt have no toilet paper in the room no towels when we asked for him there if they had attitude and it was just ridiculous if it was up to me Id fire every one of your employees and to be honest I would appreciate my money back but since I know that wont happen its okay I forgive you all and just dont expect me or anybody that I know to be staying at your motel anymore and I will do my best to make it my mission because of your manager at that motel to tell everybody I can not to stay there God bless you

There were bugs so bad in our room. Staff was extremely rude

I was very pleased with my stay, I requested a room with 2 beds for me my husband & 2 kids and was pleasantly surprised with how big the room was and it had another room for the kids.

Not bad for the price. They do have on site laundry, but stay on site. Like park yourself in the laundry, went to my room to get fab softner. My clothes were gone.

The service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was severely in need of remodeling - there were gaps under the wall and the shower stall was so old the bottom was chipping which made it look dirty and worn out. That said, the room was a great value and I would consider staying again if I ever find myself in OKC -- maybe by then the bathroom will be remodeled.

Spacious for a Motel 6, but economically priced. Friendly staff. Dennys nearby. The heat was effective, but had no adjustment - it was either on or off. In the on position, the room would get too hot. Off was too cold. Nothing in between. The room was clean. Plenty of hot water at good pressure.

It has nice things but SECURITY SUCKS. This last Thursday our stuff was stolen by 2 black guys. So you better be careful Ill never be back

Good rates. They claim to have remodeled the rooms. If they did they hired the wrong contractors.

Our room was nice we enjoyed it but the upstairs neighbors cooking and burning things so the smoke alarm goes off at 4 in the morning was a lot annoying 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed the alarm went off other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Rooms are clean and have everything to stay with family.

Toilets are way too low, at the very least put up a security barlaminate floors were nice, but could stand to be wiped up.kitchen was nice, two separate rooms with two tvswas a bonus

The room had not been cleaned. Dirty linen, no clean towels, trash in the trash cans.. If there was supposed to be a bedslpread, it was missing.When front desk was called, I was told I could come get clean linen. It was cold and windy and I didnt want to go back out.

Loved it at firat now it is infested with bed bugs. Np getting my refund but it seemed as if the clerk already knew that !!! And rented us the room Anyway

Had the mattress not been of such poor quality and hard as a rock I would have slept better and been willing to rate your room and service as excellent.

Please do not stay here unless youre okay with roach infestation and disrespectful, rude staff. Our room was not cleaned and had several roaches. The front desk was beyond rude and did not want to clean rooms, switch rooms, or refund our money before going into arguing with us. I am working with BBB and state health inspections to get this hotel to change drastically or cease business.

Good value! Get a room upstairs if noise bothers you. Make sure if you are a nonsmoker to get a nonsmokers room a couple rooms away from the smoking rooms, it blows through the bathroom vents. I got a room with big fridge, stove, microwave and ac works good. No bed bugs or lice but a couple roaches so keep your stuff elevated and sealed. Staff was really nice and professional, plenty of parking. Weekends are for party types, but during the week days this place was relatively quiet. If you are on a strict budget this is the place.

We like the adjoining rooms set up with a full size bed in each room and think we got great value for the price we paid. However, the bathroom needed some work, especially the shower area. Also, the corners in the bathroom were dirty and could be a turn-off to most people.

Hotel clerk was asleep when we arrived and kept trying to tell us we needed a reservation even after we kept telling him we had one. Room smelled strongly of weed and the area is very run down. Wouldnt stay again but glad to have somewhere to crash for the night.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Roaches crawling around the rooms, dirty refrigerator, bathtub old & dingy. Outdated rooms.Cops there everyday. Dont waste your time or money.

The rooms are very decent.The neighborhood is a bit shady, which adds to the frustration of the staff, unfortunately. Theyre super strict about the check-out time because of it, too. Overall, a decent stay-over.

Worst room ever. 1st room was dirty sheets and blankets were nasty shower was dirty. They moved us to a new room and it was just as bad. Had roaches. Well never stay again.

First the good. The heater worked really well. Thats it.I will sleep in my vehicle at a rest area before staying at this facility. Bummer.

Spacious, clean, kitchenettes, wi-fi, guest laundry, safe, friendly & helpful staff. Also easily accessible to dining and bus routes. Best bang-for-your-buck on weekly rates- very affordable.

The rooms were really cool I enjoyed having my own space from my kids .

That Room was just FANTASTIC!!! SO much so that I wish that I could FOLD it UP & put IT in MY PURSE & take it wit ME!! And WHEN I need a ROOM I could just POP it UP & OUT of MY PURSE, LOL!!!!!

I would put zero stars if I could I paid 74$ for a room 50 and a 25$ deposit right after checking in I carried all my stuff upstairs and the people that dropped me off helped me carry it up and as soon as we were done there was a knock at the door and they manager told me I would have to leave because no company was allowed. And the security guard came and started throwing my stuff over the balcony. They wouldnt even refund my money.

There as just one thing that I didnt like about my stay. I made my reservation online for me and my wife and our pet.I indicated that we would have 1 pet with us when I made the reservation. and the website gave me the total for the stay.But when we arrived to check in we were told that there would be an additional $10.00 charge per night for our pet.The additional charge should show up on the website when you make the reservation so there are no misunderstandings

I have seen so many cockroaches of varying sizes running boldly across my floor and bedside table. I even watched a mouse come and go, all with the lights on. I have not slept, and at this point I very much doubt that I will.

The only thing was it did not have a tub with accessible for handicap. I did not like the shower because the water was barely warm enough to take a shower this morning. Nut other than that it was good.

The worst hotel experience ever! Waking up at 3 a.m feeling a bug biting my stomach while Im four months PREGNANT!My boyfriend turns on the lights and there are tons of cockroaches everywhere! It was like waking up in a horror movie! When I called the front desk the lady was extremely complacent asked if I wanted another room and I said heck no! This had to be coming from the rooms next door if not the entire building! So at three in the morning we had to pack up all our belongings and pay for two extra days just to go to another hotel! I called the office at seven a.m assuming the manager was going to be there because thats what I was told. However he was not going to be there till ten. At ten we went to the hotel to speak with the manager and he conveniently had already left knowing I was on my way over. After the man at the front desk had argued with giving me a refund he spoke with the manager that left. The manager told him to give me my refund which after two days I received. After the extra gas money spent the inconvenience of having to go threw and wash all clothing to make sure I didnt bring anything home to our kids or our house. & spending money to stay in a hotel that was more and spending the entire next morning arguing about a refund I clearly deserved . I will never be staying in one of these hotels again! 🤢🤢🤢🤢
