I went in yesterday, girl with PINK nails i know yall will see this & know who im talking about. she was kinda shorter anyways, RUDE!!! first i showed her a pic and asked me something, i guess didn’t hear me and yelled “HUH” so rudely. then she was drilling my nails and KEPT cutting my skin right above my cuticle i said you keep cutting me ma’am, then would respond “it don’t hurt, im not cutting you” over and over and over like glad YOU know im not hurt. i got short french tips nothing extra and charged me 60. when first told me 40. she was soooo rude!!! do not recommend this place. go to nails 2k on 15th, they are way better and so are their prices. picture added, this hand didn’t have many cuts as i would yank it from her.

They charged me $70! For my nails to look so bad. The thumbs not painted in back and on sides and they look grown out in less than 24 hours! The polish is messed up on left thumb nail. Came back to have them fixed they only wanted to fix the thumbs but nothing else and refused to refund me anything. She very rude and rough and was on FaceTime the whole time and just rushed through my nails. Definitely not returning here.

Absolutely terrible experience! The nails were way overpriced and the quality is terrible. The owner of the establishment tried to get my little sister to give him her number and then thought it was funny when she was uncomfortable with the flirting (she is in middle school). Will never EVER go back to this establishment and highly recommend any woman or anyone who loves the women in there life to stay away from nails now!

I had my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday one was cracked and one was broken. When I went in, the man that sits there all the time and plays on his phone laughed at me. He said over real nail, what want me to do. Well, fix it?? Then he laughed again. If that’s the kind of mediocre nails this place wants to do, I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They are very friendly here but this is now the 2nd time Ive come here and have left unhappy.. I got an acrylic set both times. Last time they werent shaped right and they were bumpy. This time I got the colors acrylic. And she didnt file it under and around the nail very well. I also had a little hair on one of my nails and a sparkel on the other I asked if she could get them off and she said she couldnt it was a sparkel. She did try to get the hair off but didnt. $60 nails 2k only charged 45 when I went over there I just didnt want to wait.. next time I will.

Loved my nails! the lady was very nice and the place didn’t smell like products… great experience!

The worst eyelash experience charged $50 for some lashes that didn’t even look like I had any on told her I didn’t like them to make them fuller she said that’s the only way she can do so charged me $10 to remove them/ripped my real lashes off

Got mine ombre a month ago and got them filled today. Also got my granddaughters nails done for the first time and she loves them. Love them

Granddaughters nails began lifting after a couple days and 2 came off after 6 days. We went back to get them to fix them they wanted to charge us another $55 to fix their mistake-Bad Customer Service

Always love my nails, and they always do a wonderful job, and so wonderful people working there.

The picture in the right is what I asked for, the ugly picture on the left is what I got. This nails salon disappoints me every time. They never have set prices. They act like they can do things that really they can’t so I leave feeling like I wasted money and hated the experience every time! Like seriously every nail is a different shape, the design isn’t even a design, my nails are lumpy and the colors he picked are horrible together!

Staff are crazy rude and they cannot do dip. They tell you what they want you to do instead of what you want to do, then say You not happy say something now! Ive given them several chances but we are done spending money here.

This experience was amazing! Vi and Dave did a such good job doing my nails. I definitely recommend making an appointment with one of them. I feel so pretty with my new nails!!

Paid $50 for deadass the worst pedicure of my life. SLOPPY polish. rude staff. dirty tools. i should’ve left when i saw the tools she was using on me. first time i came here was good, this second time has made me never, ever come back. if you’re a diabetic or have a condition that puts you at risk for infection AVOID this place.

Would not recommend. I came here for a fill I already had acrylics on, she spent like a solid 20 minutes rushing through and flipping my hands around drilling like crazy while on FaceTime, didn’t converse with me at all the entire time just wanted me in and out for the money. Their fill price is listed on their menu at $25 I paid $45 for a shiny color- there is nail polish on my skin the job was very sloppy and rushed. Will not be back. Coming from a service provider myself, it is important to care about your work and to care about your clients. I could have went somewhere else and gotten a full set.

They rush on you every time but have no problem charging you full price even for low quality work. My nails were messy around the cuticle and they always say they don’t have colors that they have swatches for. Do NOT recommend.

Horrible experience will never go there again they look so bad they all lifting up and everything polish is not good it’s lumpy and when I try to tell him about my nails he got mad and started yelling..he did not get a tip from me at all … do not recommend nails now period .. no wonder they rating is a 3.8

Great value for pedicures. You get so much compared to the other salons for the same price. I have been coming here for over 15 years. The atmosphere here is just different and relaxing.

I visited the salon on 3/26/2023. I paid 50.00 for a pedicure that was worth 10.00. The nail tech started my pedi and walked away several times and worked on someone else. She raised her voice at me when I tried to talk to her. I will never go back there again. I’ve been getting nails done for over 25 years, it was one of my worst nail experiences. I know the steps to a good pedi and I was cheated.

AMAZING!!! I came after a tennis tournament and my feet have been HEALED! She even massaged my Calf muscles! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will 100% be back. NAILS NOW IS AMAZING

Got my eyebrows done and she messed them up. Had to go back in after seeing them in the sunlight to have her fix them. She had an attitude the whole time and told me next time to let her know before I walk out of the room or she could get in trouble. Now my eyebrows are super thin and don’t match. DONT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!

Love the staff. But I have witnessed some assine behavior by some customers. Cursing and disrespectful, even in front of children. I would have called the police and had them banned for life.

I had an apt went in and I ordered up the very best pedicure . It started out great. Gonna cost 65.00. Well, it went from good to beyond rushed and hardly and massage at all because walkins started to come in. I showed her clearly the flower I wanted as I’d ask when I called and made apt for someone that does good massage and GREAT ART. Well, she started doing it and i could tell it WASN’T like flower in pic. She then told me (after I ask) she couldn’t do that flower. I ask for she could do my nails too she said yes. Later i said something about my nails and she said she couldn’t do it now. When I got to the checkout she informed me in was 90.00!!!!!!!! Did I mention that I took my own polish too? I would never recommend this place at all. They are worried about making more money than any kind of good service and an apt doesn’t secure your time with them. 👎🏼👎🏼

Do not go here!! I went in today for a simple refill and I absolutely hate how my nails look. They are clumpy and look uneven as well. She did a terrible job on the nail polish and nail shape. I would rather go to Nails 2k.

The lack of care to customers is amazing.They are more in a hurry to leave than to provide good service.Lady didnt take all of my old acrylic nails off and I asked for a new full set, So I have old acrylic on top of new acrylic. She never got to my real nails before she started putting in the new nail tips. She didnt file the excess acrylic under my nails off or check to see if the length matched on both hands.The price is good but thats about it.

Great service! Called ahead because they were about 45 mins till closing. They allowed me to come in and get my pedicure. The lady did a great job, very good massage to lower legs and feet. She did not make me feel rushed. They even told me I could come back Friday if I messed my nail polish up on the way home since waiting for dry time was minimal. Very good service. Ill return to them.

I went to this salon 7 hours ago, she did my brows fast (I normally go here) so I was a bit confused. There was no prep before the wax, she didn’t hold my skin when she pulled and the wax was HOT! She didn’t even give me the mirror to show me when she was finished... I got in the car and my skin was burning. I looked in the mirror and this would explain why. This is the only place I’ve gotten my eyebrows done at since I moved here a year ago but I will never come back again.

Went and got me and my nieces nails done. It cost 120 for two sets of acrylic. After getting mine done I absolutely hated everything about them not just the color because that’s on me but they aren’t straight the guy that did my nieces had to fix what my guy did because they looked horrible but even after him trying to fix them they are still horrible never would go back to this place if any friends or family told me they where going here I would literally pay for there nails somewhere else because of how terrible these look especially for that price. If you are thinking about going here just stop at Walmart and get those glue on nails I promise they will look a lot better and a hell of a lot cheaper

This is my favourite salon in Midwest City. I’ve never had any issues and my nails always come out looking great, no matter which nail tech does them. I went to another salon and got a gel manicure and it started peeling after 2 days! Here they always last me about 2.5 weeks before they start to wear out. I’ll always use this salon as long as I live here.

I was referred here by an acquaintance. I saw it has good rating and decided to give it a try. Cindy, the girl I was referred to was amazing. She did a real good job doing my pedicure. The other however, not so much. Their work is sloppy as in the gel smeared on my finger left uncleaned, unevenly thick polish, failure doing the design I wanted (which is from thwir own collection) and giving me attitude about it. Unfortunately I wont be coming back here.

I wanted almond and I got just blobs they are not the right shape they all different size.

Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago and I already had to take them off because the gel polish was bumpy, not smooth. He also did not place the acrylic nail all the way to my cuticle so they looked grown out when I just got them done. When he started doing my nails he didnt even soak my cuticles so on top of the nail not being all the way back, my cuticles were dry so it just wasnt a proper job. Yes I came in two hours before close but thats not an excuse for a sloppy job! If you want a proper nail set, do not go here & waste $55 for gel acrylics. Will not be returning!

This salon is awesome! The nail tech did the design exactly the way I wanted! He kept my nails looking natural with nail extensions, took his time and made sure I liked them. I would highly recommend this salon! The best full set I have ever had ❤

Absolutely professional and courteous. I took my 8yr old daughter with me and we got Mani pedis. I chose a full set with gel polish all the way around. Our Deluxe pedis were relaxing and well worth it. Everyone was great!

This place was not at all straight with the prices charged. My wife was bated and switched at the register. My daughter went with my wife and just to get nails painted. They did alot of extra things without asking and charged for things not discussed with the parent. Also my daughters polish did not last more than a couple of hours. Beware of this place.

I had a set already my nail tech removed them with another fake nail(ripped tjem.of basically) then the nails that I actually got from her was was so thick I had to get them off a week later. The nail tech told me she could do what I asked for and couldnt I paid 65 dollars for something I absolutely hated! When I got the nails removed it was horrible thick and gummy idk what acrylic was used. As I was sitting there getting my nails done 2 other people came.in complaining about nails not being done right it was overall horrible experience for me I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.

The ppl were nice enough. But there was no towel or anything set on the station I was at . So my arms were in gritty nail dust. My natural nail was cut to the quick. Then I went to a different shop to get a fill two weeks later . They were lifting so much a had to get a whole new set. Then to my horror hair was in the acrylic!! And yellowing from a fungus !!! I will never go back

I got my eyebrows done and now they look like pencils . And I have patches of hair missing in different spots that I have to get fix . Was so busy rushing didn’t bother to ask if I like them . Just said done and left to finish someone pedicure. Left feeling ugly & disappointed . Never again . Unless I’m desperate.

Been going here for 2 1/2 years now and I absolutely love my nail tech MY. She does exactly what I want even when I can be a little difficult.

Used to come all the time, they increased their prices due to “covid” because they had to start using a package of products only suitable for one person. Like what were you using before. Got a pedicure and got rushed out before it was dried therefore cause polish to mess up. Came back the next day and the person just tried to smooth it out and paint over instead of redoing only 1 toe.

I just left there about 1 ago to get my lip waxed. And i went there for the 1st time a few weeks ago. Both times they are VERY RUDE, Impatient, act like they are pulling teeth to say Hi back Ive never been in a nail salon with such a negative almost hateful energy. When i went today to get my lipped wax she left wax all over face i just hurry and got out of there they will NEVER GET A PENNY OF MY MONEY AGIAN!

Very very rude told me to pick my color i picked blue and when he was done with my pedicure for my polish he suggested red when I wanted blue. I hate red then for my nails he cut them too short tired to give me coffin they turned out ugly af. I was upset and disappointed so I went back to see if they would fix it they were very arguementive. I had to go to All Nail in Norman and Dang was fantastic!!!

They dont really listen to what you are telling them and then when it comes to servicing your own nails. Only the men really listen. The owners wife is extremely rude I guess she thinks she has she has some type of privilege or something. My. My nails started popping off popping off one day later I had to go back twice within 48 hours. I like going there but only if the men do my nails.

Waste of money! The 1st toe nail she cut, she made me bleed by cutting my skin. During the entire pedicure my toe was bleeding and burning, she didnt offer any medication or ask me if I was okay. I had to ask for some disinfectant myself! Before she applied polish to my toes I had to stop her because she didnt bother cleaning under my nail beds until I told her to and she didnt ask to cut my nails down, until I told her to. She offered me sea salt to help soften up my heel. . . she didnt even apply the sea salt to my feet only my legs... all that for $5 extra dollars! When I was leaving and getting into my car, I saw her getting into her car as well. Therfore, she was not willing to spend time on my feet because she was in a hurry to leave. I will not return. I do not recommend the lady that has tons of acne on her face, she gave me horrible service.

Its different every time. Some are nice, others not so much. The guys are pretty arrogant and act as if youre lucky to be there letting them do your nails. Theyre not that good. They can be short with you and quick to have an attitude if youre not moving at their speed (finding a nail color or choosing a design), but theyre fine with leaving you to wait for 20 minutes on someone to help you. Its really hit or miss with these guys. I live a mile away, but have considered driving across town to get my nails done at a more professional salon. (There arent many choices in Midwest City.)

Paid $70 for nails came off after 5 days. Wont give u a discount on next visit, Customer service is very poor will not compromise with u. Will not recommend to anyone. Dont waste ur time or money. (( Do not value customers))👎👎👎👎👎👎

Horrble experience my nails where bleeding and when mentioned was given an attitude. sanitary tools where not used still had skin from previous customer and when mentioned still more attitude. Then when paid for they over charged us and when mentioned they argued and kept saying we understand very well. Needless to say i will never be back and wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

They dont offer much for the price you pay, but worse than that is the injury to my nieces big toe that is now infected by the man who did her pedicure!Run!

I spent 50 dollars on a full set with some kind of special polish. Two of my nails fell off within a week. I would have been better off gluing fake nails on myself. The place is very unprofessional with the workers kids running around. I will not be back.

They do poor half hearted work every time I go. Even just to get a soak off. She didnt want to spend the time to actually soak my nails off and just ripped and pulled my nail off with a fake nail instead. 😑

I’ve been going here for I can say probably some months now and I been in between, there is ONE person I recommend and that’s Micheal he’s very nice takes his time and gets the job gone with great service but on the other hand the female techs are rude, always have attitude and when I got my nails done by the owner she cut my finger and my nails are uneven she was rushing (for what ? I don’t know) and she kept speaking her language really loud I mean it’s no problem I just personally think it’s unprofessional in a way because it’s kinda disrespectful I just think the males are the only ones that has a joyful personality and will get your nails popping but the ladies need a little help.

If you want a goddess to do your nals and pamper you Nails Now is the ONLY place to go!!!! I will NEVER got to another shop.

It’s nice and clean but they are rude and cery rough and I broke three nails in a matter of hours because. He only put one coat of acrylic on my hand they broke while I was clapping 😞sad I wish I could give no stars wish I could post pictures

Well first off it was only two customers in the shop secondly as I’m looking at the prices she starts changing them also she was very rude seemed like she was in a rush cause my nails were uneven and again she kept changing the prices WILL never go back also $15 for my toes to be PAINTED no thank you in all I paid $75 for HORRIBLE WORK AND SERVICE

They did a horrible job as far as my doing my my nails they did a horrible job with a pedicure I would not advise anyone to go there I shouldnt even gave him a whole star I give credit where credits due but this time it was horrible people wear nice but they dont know what theyre doing!

I loved the old crew!! They have gotten a bunch of youngsters lately... He kept burning my skin and nails with the drill and they talk in Vietnamese and look and you and laugh SO DISRESPECTFUL!! Speak up in English if you need to say something... rude asses!! I now remember why I quit coming...

I dont like giving bad reviews because when someone is unaware that there work isnt as good as it use to be someone should let you know in a nice way,but the older guy that is there first should retire from doing nails or update his skills because my nails where horrible period but I will give him one ⭐ because he was very polite or maybe his co-workers should just let him know.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews ever but I had to say something about these.. I got my nails done (gel polish) and less than 4 days later they looked like this. My nail beds don’t peel like this ever so I’m not sure if that’s because of the cuticle being cut or what? They cut one cuticle back too far and it bled. I had a decent experience, people were friendly. Had a mani and pedi done. My toes look good but sadly I wish I hadn’t gotten a manicure.

When I tell you I had the best experience here I am not kidding! Tina did her thing and they now have a new customer!

The woman I had said I couldn’t get my nails Thinner than what she thought and my nails are thick as hell. She was also very rough and rude she yelled at her guest next to me, all around awful.

So my nail got infected from when the had done my nails last. I had gotten a fungal infection. So that costed me $80 for the doctor and more money for the meds. I have been going there since I was in my mid teens. So I thought no big deal. Theyll just refund me my $60 and take the rest of the gel off free. Nope! I had my meds with me and my docs info so that they knew I wasnt lying. Instead I was told no and that they will not refund me! They will soon see me in court. Ive never had ugly nails. They last did my nails in November 2016

One of my $50 nails came off after not even being on for 2 weeks. Not even 2 weeks but i paid$50 and my other nail has an INFECTION

Took my daughters to get their nails done and paid $70 for them to be not straight and to come off in just a matter of days. Never going back

Do not go here to get gel nails. I was told before the service that it would last 3 weeks. They only lasted me 4 days. 😡

They are not very sanitary. They put no cleansers in the tub for your pedicures unless you pay for a $15 upgrade. Never going back.

First off i waited in the nail chairfor 20 minutes before anyone came over to do my nails, the guy who did them wasnt friendly towards me at all and I think hes the manager, he got up to chat with some customers right in the middle of gluing my nails on, my nails are crooked, and the paint is splotchy.
