Palladium Nail Bar & Lash

I just came home from getting a pedicure for me and my husband, and it was not a good experience. They absolutely butchered my husbands feet. They filed his nail down to the skin, and misshaped his nails. My pedicure was rushed and no cuticle care was taken so the paint looks rough at the top of my toenail. I got my nails done by Kate, and she did a beautiful job.(she did not do the pedicures) I would recommend her for nails but I would never get a pedicure here again.Edit: Yes I called and asked for a refund because this is not the service that I paid and tipped for. By the way, they charged us $10 for shaping, RIDICULOUS. They told me that they would not refund and that we should come in so they could fix it. How do you fix a nail that’s filed to the skin? How do you fix nails so misshaped that it will probably cause ingrowns? My husband is in pain and if you think I’m letting you touch his feet again you’re crazy. I guess my only option is to call state board.

Excellent service and beautiful nails! I get my pedicures here as well as acrylics and they ALL do a wonderful job of massage and nails. Highly recommend Palladium!

Very disappointed. I will tell everyone not to go here. My lashes hurt, they have fallen out within 3 days, even after following instructions. Nails cracked, and you can see all the brush stokes, bumpy. I went on vacation, so I couldnt come get anything fixed, besides I will never come back here. Unreal to spend over 200.00 to have this type of service. I will report to board.

I normally have very thick nails and I care for them very well. I keep them covered with a gel manicure so they are protected. The nail tech tried to use acrylic nail remover on my natural nails. I stopped her and told her that was too strong for a gel manicure on natural nails, she acted like she understood and began filing my nails.She ended up destroying my nails filing them to the nail bed. All of my nails have broken within 7 days of the service. Usually when I get a gel manicure on my natural nails it lasts for two months with no breakage. It will literally take 6 months for my nails to regrow and be strong again.I hate to complain and after the first nail broke one day after the manicure I debated on calling, but decided I just wouldn’t ever go back. Today after all my nails except one have broken off and are splitting and peeling, and painful to the touch, I decided I couldn’t let my experience happen to another person and went in to show them my nails and complain.They refused a refund because I had waited too long. I understand that, however, there was absolutely no apology, they refused to accept responsibility and told me that it was OK that I was upset and would never return.Truly just an acknowledgment that my nails were destroyed and a heart felt apology would have been something. If I could, I would give zero stars for the terrible service and lack of any type of customer service recovery. I decided I had no choice but to post this scathing review and say how much I warn anyone with natural nails to AVOID this place entirely.

This is the best salon in Oklahoma City! I have only had the best experiences here! It is upscale and clean! Any design I ask for Stephanie makes look perfect!!! Every experience is relaxing and so much fun! The staff is attentive, and constantly offers a variety of refreshments. Every time I go in they have an incredible attention to detail and will happily make any changes requested! I recommend making an appointment because they are so great which means they are always busy. Even if there is a wait, it is SO worth it! After many subpar experiences with other salons this is the only place I trust!

Omg. So glad I finally found an AWESOME nail bar! Ask for Anna, Kim…any of the girls. The prices are a little higher, but I am totally willing to pay for amazing service, good massage, drinks offered and attention to detail. Will definitely be back! Thank you ladies! 🌟 ❤️

The vibe was not one where they made you feel welcome or like they actually wanted to do your nails. I felt like I was an inconvenience to be there asking to get my nails done and I was the only one there at the time. The girl that greeted me was nice but after that it was an uncomfortable experience. I did not get the color I picked out. Which I can over look since it is not a terrible color but It was the pushing my hands around and rough handling that irritated me. Like he was upset to have to paint my nails. There was confusion about if I was getting acrylic nails, a manicure or just a polish. I asked for a French tip manicure with colored gel and the whole nail was polished instead. It was not the best paint job. Looks like I got my nails done weeks ago.

UPDATE:Over the next weekend, I got a call from the manager and she made it right. She apologized and let me know the issue was handled internally. She also offered a free manicure. I went to get that manicure and I got acrylic gel with a design. The experience was 100x better and my nails look awesome. Thank you Glo Nails for making it right and making my nails look BOMB 🔥😍Previous review:I’ve been to Glo Nails 2 since it opened & I never had a bad experience until today. I went in for a gel manicure with chrome and a gel pedicure. They have a new system now where they’re doing the mani/pedi at the same time. The tech doing my pedicure threw a fit that she had to split the tab with the other tech. She said “I hope you tip me well”. While she was working on me, she noticed a bruise on my foot and asked if I got it from kicking someone in the face. I told her “No” and she said “I’d love to kick someone right now”. Lastly, while the manicurist was painting my nails, the pedicurist was massaging my legs pretty rough. The manicurist asked the pedicurist if she could be more gentle as she was making me move. The pedicurist looked at both is us, smirked, and rubbed my legs even harder. My gel manicure turned out awful because of the pedicurist and the situation we were put in. When I spoke with the manager about it quietly/politely, she apologized but didn’t offer any discounts or anything. I was more so upset about the behavior of the pedicurist & since this experience was so uncomfortable, I will not be going again.

I rarely, almost never give a bad review. People work hard, times are tough, but flat out over charging and taking advantage of someone is not ok. Paid $125 for a fill and full set + 25% tip which I always do. They advertise full set $40, fill $35. There were no fancy designs, my pinky nail had a chip charged $8 for repair, $15 for design which was a tiny piece of gold foil that took 2 sec to put on 1 pinky. Both sets were basic. So do the math folks. $50 over??? Rather than make a scene, or argue a battle I wouldnt win.... Ill just never go back, and warn everyone else. Get your price upfront!!!

I have been coming for two months now and I love it. They are so friendly and very clean. My nails last atleast 3 weeks plus and they are so good at doing nail designs.

Came today for regular pedi meni, used cheap brand and horrible job. Paid 64$

You HAVE to come here! I dont care what you think about your current nail salon- stop going!The technicians and management team here is amazing!! They give out snacks and drinks as well as offer all the designs and different types of enlays available!They offer many many services and the staff is very friendly! The interior decor is beautiful - the chairs and tables are newer, and its just such a LUSH environment!Its been weeks since Ive had my nails done and I still love them! When I needed a fix they did it for free!

Pretty salon. Most painful mani/pedi I have ever had. My cuticles bled. The techs nails werent manicured AT ALL and her nails were so sharp that they..literally...scratched my legs thru her gloves. She used her nails to remove excess polish and it was most painful, as she dug them into my skin. I asked her to be gentle to no avail. It was awful. The polish application was fair. The filing is subpar. She used a file with sharp edges and did nothing to correct it when I brought it her attention. You ladies know what I am referring to, one of those files that leaves you with a paper cut. I can correct the rough edges myself. I went here as my usual tech at another salon is on vacation. When a first time customer comes in, one would think the service would be good in order to gain repeat customers. Nope. SIDE NOTE: I am not diabetic but to those who are, I would not recommend Palladium for nail care.

All of the ladies that do my nails are amazing. My favorites are Lynn, Jenny and Stephanie. They take a genuine interest in me and my family. I highly recommend going to see them

I am so excited I found this place! I have been searching for a new nail salon and I have finally found it! I am not the most careful with my nails and its hard to find a place where they will actually stay on. Not only have my nails stayed in place, they do a beautiful job on design! Great atmosphere and the people are so nice and great to talk to. Very relaxing! Tracy is the exact type of expert I have been searching for! Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Everyone is super nice. My nails were the perfect color; but the shape was just not what I expected I asked for coffin an told her it was my engagement nails… they ended up like this. My friend was with me to an her nails were so thin they broke off the next day. She went back to get hers fixed an said they were worse then the first time. My pinky was so crooked I live far away so I couldn’t come back. It definitely was hard to get engagement photos with a messed up nail.

Anna pedicure was a healing experience, from the massages, and after the experience it felt like I was refreshed and was ready for about anything, very worth the price!

Edit: Stephanie made all of this right. My nails will have to grow out to be what they were when we started but she went above and beyond to make the situation better! Thank you!The guy ruined the edges on my nails, totally different than what I came in with and I already have 2 small chips. I had to walk back in to get a new top coat on my dip nails because there was no shine.

I wish i could honestly leave no stars. On 06/28/23 I received a gel x full set by the manager and it seemed like she did a pretty good job, a few of tge nails popped off 2 days later, everyone i know told me to go back and get them fixed for free but I didnt due to me having crippling anxiety & hate confrontation. On 07/14/23 I still decided to give the place another try because they are the closest to my house and again the manager was nice. This time i was a walk in and told the receptionist i wanted to look over the menu cause i only wanted to remove the rest of my nails and get a manicure. She did not listen to my request and put me down as a classic manicure. Me not having much nail shop experience I assumed the nail tech would ask me what type of manicure i wanted, he didnt. Instead he immediately dunked my hands in hot acetone and was very aggressive the entire service. I had to tell him more that once that he still left tip from my last set on my actual nail and he proceeded to drill down my nail till they were basically raw! I told him i had gel x on thinking he would understand that it wasnt acrylic sp the removal process was different but he continued to say acrylic and drill anyways. Followed by aggressive buffing and cuticle clipping. By the time i got home my nail beds hurt so much and were so thin and pink. I usually dont complain on business due to my anxiety but I honestly dont think everyone one in that shop is a licensed nail technician & coming from someone who is licensed by the state i take having the proper credentials extremely serious. Im honestly wanting to report to state board because this is unacceptable! No one should leave the nail shop butchered like this.

The first time I came here I got amazing service and my feet came out perfect. This last time I came, I didn’t get the same results or the same customer service like it that the first time. I’m really unsatisfied with my toes. It looks like my toes was cut incorrectly. There’s parts where they try to attempt (not the original nail tech who did my toes) to do the French but there’s still some parts that’s missing the black nail polish also black nail polish that’s in the creases of my toes just not happy with the results and I feel like a wasted $50. I don’t think I will come back here.

We had a grandma/granddaughter day. It was AMAZING! They got us in and did a fantastic job with the kiddos!

I’ve tried them a few times since the new ownership. Regardless if you have an appointment you have to wait. I waited 45 minutes and my nail tech still wasn’t there. Went again and they ignored what we asked for. While they did give me a discount when I voiced this to the front desk that doesn’t make up for the experience - lack of welcoming upon arrival, being rushed through your appointment, ignored when asked for a specific service, and one service not even getting done while being there for over an hour. Sadly they need a better system in place for appointments and better communication to guests for wait times / reservations don’t guarantee your start time.

Lets see … this place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and their pedis are bomb. Your feet will leave so happy and pretty. They’ve definitely got all of the bells and whistles, and the extras are totally worth it.I didn’t give them 5 stars because I had to go back four times in one week to get my dip re-done as the whole thing kept popping off my nails. They were happy to fix them which I appreciate, but I needed my nails to last. Another issue was each time I’d ask for the same dip color number and get a totally different look for the color. Ultimately I went elsewhere for my dip because they completely re-did my nails and within two days the same problem… dip popped off. I’ve gone elsewhere and had no issues.

Love getting my nails done here! Ask for Jenny or Steph if you want quality nails done right!

Anna was an expert in was she did, her pedicure was rejunavating and worth all the money she git all the dirtiness and it was worth the price.

I had my first experience today and I will definitely be returning! I had Kate do my pedicure and she took her time and massaged it was a wonderful experience! They also have very comfy massage chairs as well! I recommend this business for sure you won’t be disappointed!

We visited this place for doing nails for my daughters. There was one lady named Anna. She was really really rude with my 6 and 3 year olds. My kids took pretzels from basket and she said something rude . That was totally unacceptable. No one behaves like that with kids. Also she took video of my kids playing in salon . One of the other employee confirmed that she knows that she took video . We communicate with manager to tell her to delete the video or we gonna call cops. OMG horrible experience. Do not recommend at all .

When I walk to nail salon I didn’t know what I want so they are really patient with me talk about how I want my nail what style I was looking for and then even try on my nail to see if I like it or not and if didn’t like it they removed and try different on . Omg they are the best . The nail salon is clean and sanitary

I went for a mani pedi, during the pedicure the jet on the tub was never used as she had to take it and bang it on her cart to remove I don’t even want to know from the jet, the worker used one of the tools to pry the drain out of the tub then proceeds to use said tool on my toes. Def not worth the outrageous price of $35. The same lady provided both of my services and was clearly more interested in the tv than my manicure seeing as how she cut me multiple times and almost took a chunk out of my cuticle. During the manicure one of my hands was not even put in the soaking bowl at all, so when she started pushing back my cuticles it caused extreme discomfort due to the amount of pressure she was having to apply to get the cuticles back. Not to mention the tools being used were clearly used on a previous client. I only hope I do not get some sort of infection due to the lack of sanitary precautions clearly not being taken. If I could have left without paying I would have. Terrible service!!! Will not ever be coming back to this god awful place.

I can tell it’s not Glo anymore. I had been coming to Tracy for a year, driving from Edmond cause the customer service and atmosphere was amazing. I had surgery and took a few months break, and when I came back there was all new staff and a new name. I stood at the front door for 3-5 minutes and nobody said hello or greeted me in any way so I just walked out. Will be finding a new nail salon.

The staff are helpful and friendly and aim to please! I had a great experience here. This is my second visit and both times have been great. By far the best nails Ive had, both me and my sister absolutely love our work at Palladium Nail Bar & Lash. I would recommend this business to my friends and family! ! I made an appointment for my first visit and was seen within 3 minutes after I arrived. I had a pedicure done and was pleased with the work, so I made an appointment for a manicure the following week. When I showed up for my 2nd appointment I was not listed for an appointment so I said okay, life happens and computers make errors. They apologized and booked me for the following afternoon. I show up the next day and the lady was not ready, so I waited, after 15 minutes I checked in again & still not ready but they said soon, so I waited. After 30 minutes I checked in again and said I could go with anyone, they said it should be soon. After 45 minutes no one was ready to help me so I told them I could not wait anymore and left frustrated that I had waited 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I hope they figure out their scheduling! They were nice and friendly, however I will not return after my last 2 experiences.

I had a great experience at Palladium Nail Bar & Lash. I work nearby and needed to get my nails done quickly on my lunch break. They took me right away and I was out with time to spare. I tried the dip nails for the first time with a gel top coat and it turned out great. They have a wide selection of colors and services. The space is clean, bright and aesthetically pleasing.

I went here on my birthday and got the 24k pedicure and manicure and it was supposed to include a neck massage. The neck massage was just a warm neck roll with the chair massage turned on. My nails look horrible like maybe it was old polish or something. I have emailed and been told they do not provide refunds. I live an hour away so did not go back to have them repolished as they suggested. Definitely will NOT recommend this place to anyone. The visit was also supposed to be 1.5 hours when I scheduled it and it ended up going over 2.5 hours

Yesterday i came and called beforehand and asked for my pricing of everything i wanted specifically i was excited to come before i got there and i was assured i was going to get great hospitality and the service i requested the only one that showed that was the receptionist she did an amazing job being kind and assisting and the one that did my massage as well was kind but soon as we arrive they was so unprofessional and to the unprofessional person who did my acrylic toes showed attitude as if she didn’t wanted to do them at all i was going to leave it was straight attitude through the process and snappy remarks saying she did them good looking because she didn’t wanna make me cry like they didn’t want me and my mother there and we was so quiet and nice when we arrived and then they kept over charging us for a short french full set that was worth 50$ doing add ons for shape and trimming WHEN THATS ALL INCLUDED IN A FULL SET ! the pictures on there site doesn’t match there work, your nails will not look like the pictures they have set up on there site !!!

This salon doesn’t have luxury in its name but it’s truly luxurious. The best pedicure I’ve had in years. Great customer service. Polite and considerate. Took their time and used superior products. Went above and beyond with the neck warmers, heated oils, and real honey!!Oh and best color selection I’ve seen so far🥰

They over charge you for something they dont give you and very rude when you address them trying g to just add on things that was part of the deal you choose. Speaking their language and laughing because they know their over charging folks not cool at all . If I can give no stars I would. I recommend no one go here the nail job they did was sloppy and polish left on my skin

This was my first time visiting this nail bar, I must say Im very impressed. Jessie did my nails, I have not one complaint, Im very picky. Now Im pleased, I found my forever nail tech. Even though its not close to home, its worth the drive. THANK YOU JESSIE ‼️

First of all they are not friendly with my kids my baby took a candy and she was making her face like he can’t do that lady name is Anna she was very rude with my kids. I’m not happy with my nails too. This is not good place for nails too.

Since moving to this area I have been looking for a regular nail salon to go to. I finally found it! My boyfriend & I stopped in for pedis tonight & I think he loved it even more than I did! The pedicure was the best i’ve had in a really long time. The decor is beautiful. 😄 definitely will be back. highly recommend!

The workers were nice. The salon was clean. The polish was new and not clumpy but this is a new location for them. I gave them two stars because at the end, when it was time for me to pay, they overcharged me then said I get a 15% discount for Mother’s Day where I ended up paying what I was suppose to pay in the first place. I got the pedicure for $42 and the manicure for $31 they told me my charge was $85 and with the 15% discount I pay $75. Really. I’m not a mathematician but I know those numbers are wrong. I didn’t say anything because I like when Asian people do this, especially to Black people as if I didn’t know any better. However, I felt like being nice ONLY because of the guy that worked on me. Nonetheless, I paid it and gave the guy (I hope he get it) a $10 tip.The little lady in the front was a little rude to one of the workers, I think the worker is Spanish, idk.All in all, they got the two stars because they are new and my guy did a good job. I will more than likely not go back to this salon because of the deception. I can’t support a business like that paying that kind of money.

Do not go here! I tried this place for the first time about a month and a half ago and have been battling with a severe toe infection ever since. I’ve since then had an ER visit for my toe and a surgery today to remove the portion of the nail that was infected. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I tried Glo because I received a flyer in the mail and my previous nail person has been slacking. The salon is really nice, bright and clean. The massage chairs are extremely nice and everyone was friendly! Now lets talk about Wing my new nail guy. I chose the pedicure with the hot stones and towels. I have never had my feet massaged the way he did. And my nails love them! He paid attention to every detail! Now if they could turn one of the six TVs on food network or HGTV! I booked my 3 week appointment before I left. Highly recommended!!!!

Well I didnt realize the name really spoke for itself, but it sure does! This truly was one of the best experiences Ive had in Palladium in a very long time. My first time there, but nearly everyone else who walked in was treated like family. Names were remembered, and times were respected. More importantly, every person who walked in the door was touched in some way without any wait.

Had a not great first appointment but the management resolved it right away and gave me a great set of nails. Great location and will definitely be going back!

I went in for fills (it ended up being almost a full set in order to cover the color of the previous acrylic powder), but they turned out so well that my husband and I got pedicures too! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and Im looking forward to going back to Glo!

Took 3.5 hours to get a manicure and pedicure, regular pedicure still ruined after >30 min of letting it dry because of the number of coats applied. Pedicure polish applied over 2 coats of white polish which washed color out even on toes that had dried well.

The man who did my pedicure smoked right before and wreaked of cigarettes. He massaged my legs and feet with the sugar scrub rather than lotion which, as you can imagine, hurt. My feet still had dry skin by the end of it. He did a terrible job.

Was laughed at for my nail choice so I went with a pattern I didn’t want. The company texted me after for a review and I told them of my experience (privately) . They then called me a lair. “We don’t laugh at customers”. So I was laughed at and called a lair. 0/10 experience.
