Green Gorilla Smoke & Vape Shop

After running all day looking for a simple quartz banger, I was finally informed that there was a place that had everything I needed and more called Green Gorilla. I recognized the name because Ive passed by the store before, not realizing what it was. Im so glad we decided to stop in because their selections are huge, and the customer service is superb. Firstly my husband and I were greeted by Alex, he was very helpful. We discussed all the different options we could go with. We left happy customers, and will definitely be back.

Went in today to get a vape to replace the one that was broken. Alex did such a great job helping me get the best bang for my buck. Was knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining things such as pros and cons. Ultimately I left happy with my purchase thanks to him! Thank you all for keeping coming back!

I picked up a Flower Mill grinder there today. Best grinder I’ve ever had, so quick and easy to use. Very pleased with my purchase and the girl that helped me was informative and very nice. Thanks y’all.

I purchased a Lost Mary Turbo disposable on Friday and when I went to charge it for the first time today, it would not charge. Would acknowledge the cord was plugged in but would not actually charge. When I brought it back this evening, they told me there was nothing they could do… So, an essentially brand new $25 vape is unusable and I am just out of luck. It’s $25 and that’s not a huge amount in and of itself but I have solely shopped here for years but am incredibly disappointed in their response and not standing behind the product they are offering.There are plenty of vape shops in the city that would have swapped it out or offered a discount for a new one. It’s just unacceptable customer service in terms of policy. 2 stars instead of 1 because the employee was very kind. The policy is just asinine.

Good prices, great service, and amazing inventory. The people here are very helpful and friendly and it’s probably the best stocked smoke shop in okc. Everything they carry they carry in variety and will take your recommendations seriously if you are a regular customer. Been shopping here for three years now and I haven’t found a better place for glass, kratom, smoke supplies, and vape supplies.

Kiba helped me decide on a vape as I was unaware of what to get. He was so knowledgeable and helpful I found a vape in no time, and ended up deciding on my major, my next date location and even what to wear for it, 12/10 would go again (P.S the date spot was fire, am no longer single)You rock GG!

Came in for two yocan uni 2 they are amazing I had an issue with the first one but they exchanged it no problem really nice people I definitely would come back.

Brought a dry herb vape. They swear it works mechanically and they dont exchange. Not what the little dude that sold it to me said. Out a hundred 💯 dollar bill. To many other place to return here.

Green Gorilla on May is the best head shop your gonna find in the OKC/Edmond area! Believe me..I went to at least 7 other shops before I decided to drive 35+ miles to GG. 5⭐️’s for sure sure! I found exactly what I needed/wanted & then some. They have everything you can think of & more! And the entire staff is extremely nice & helpful…especially Andrew & Aaron! They have kratom Mang Da o.p.m.s. brand, which has been a life saver for me cause it is great for anxiety. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and great.

Called over 10 stores looking for the Mighty+. This store is the only one that had it. The layout of the shop was great. I was helped by Theresa after arriving at the store and asking about the mighty. We proceeded to have a conversation about the product I was interested in, and other competitors for said product. Her knowledge and willingness to answer my many questions made me feel confident in my purchase and solidified the sale. I will recommend this shop to others.

Spent thousands here, loved it. Today I had a guy who has helped my family and I several times aggressively ID me, including my grandmother.I had just walked in and scratch my watch. He wouldn’t even let me check it, just kept shouting across the store to see me and my grandmothers ID.

This place used to be so awesome… I’ve cleaned their windows for a long time when I worked for clear reflections.Now I’m a wrecker driver I came in at 11/13/22 to use the bathroom while removing a vehicle from the parking lot. The a guy with kinda shaggy black hair and glasses witnessed me about to pee myself asking for the bathroom. He told me with a smile that their wasn’t public restrooms. I’ve never had that issue before… I understand not wanting somebody just coming off the street and using it… it was maybe the tone or the smug… but it sort of hurt knowing he saw me about to urinate myself and said because he doesn’t know me… i didn’t come in looking like a crack head or anything. And have given them a lot of business….

I have been to the shop several times, and I have received stellar service from the staff; I Just went there today, and Peyton did an excellent job helping me figure out how to use my device. After asking about a few items that caught my attention,I ended up purchasing a few accessories for my device. I will continue to shop at Green Gorilla thanks to Peyton. Huge store & super friendly employees that really know their stuff! Its the only store in town that carries the quartz replacement tips for my dabber. Never have to wait for someone to help you and they greet you as you come in the door!

The kit I wanted was pricey and the juice was too expensive for me.

Peyton took great care of us as I was looking for a simpler mod. They have a great selection of mods,accessories, and juices. Do yourself a favor and stop by and spend some money with these guys.EDIT: 08/2021; Still a great shop but Im downgrading one star because they cant (or wont) offer any way to bring in a mod that a customer would want to see before buying. The wife and I are still going to business with them because they have a great selection of juices and they staff are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Youd think that they be able to get in whatever a customer wanted to see before purchasing. I ended up buying the pod-mod I wanted from another store the next day. Still a good shop, just need to find a way to better at saying yes to customers. Im in sales and in todays world you have to be creative to make some sales.

I purchased a 12inch beaker king glass and a replacement down stem for another glass piece i own. I was told that if the replacement didnt fit i could exchange it. The manager (female) at the time was hateful and declined. I spoke with the owner which seems like a nice guy and he decided to exchange the piece it was to long and wouldnt fit. The piece provided didnt fit again (this time it was too small mm wise like 16mm not 18mm)(think it was super cheap glass) and so it had to be exchanged again. (This time i took my piece into the store and also driving 30 minutes each time). While speaking to Nathan (person helping me and who sold me the king glass) he bragged about having to take a piece apart with a screwdriver!! Well today i was cleaning my piece and noticed the downstream isnt king glass branded like it was in the store prior to my purchase. Hence they broke my beakers downstream or stole it prior to me purchasing it. But Im willing to bet the screwdriver comment was about my piece i purchased and was never told!! I didnt notice it till today while cleaning it and i cant prove it other than the down stem i have vs online pictures and my own memory. I would AVOID this store! They will break or steal parts from piece prior to selling them. Also i will be contacting the owner again regarding this!

This is a clean, bright place with a lot to choose from.I went here to get a dry herb vaporizer. Since Ive never tried one before, I didnt want to spend a lot of money. The guy that helped me when we first got there showed me one for $250. I asked if he had anything less expensive and he said no.When I was contemplating leaving, another guy, maybe Nathan, came over and showed me a few others. He also took the time to show me how it worked and how to clean it. I bought one for $70.The receipt says the cashier was Nathan but Im not sure if thats the guy who actually helped me and got me what I was asking for or the one who started to help me but lied to me in the beginning. Either way, Ill go back when I want to upgrade. Ill just look for the guy who actually helped me.

Bought my Focus V here I recommend this for heavy smokers.It provides a smooth heavy hit like you would expect from a puffco.

I’ve been in here three times. All three times I bought a different brand of “pipe tobacco” that is the best I’ve found by far in Oklahoma City for MYO cigarettes. The Good Stuff blue and Buoy Silver are now my go to tobaccos. I tried the Criss Cross that they carry as well, and while the taste is good, the tobacco is very dry and I have to mix it with the Buoy to make the smoke less dense and more smooth. The young kid that works there is great, always knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The guy in his late twenties/early thirties (my age group) was also very helpful and friendly. And I met the older guy yesterday while I was in there and he was super friendly as well. He even made a comment about my shirt and was telling me some of his personal stories relating to it. Very, very good customer service. Oh and my old lady was very happy with this place too. She went in there with me the other day to get some vape stuff and seemed to really like everything in there just like I did. Their prices are reasonable, they are super friendly, and the shop is very new looking and extremely clean and organized. Will be back many more times in the future!

This place is very impressive. Very large selection and the guy I spoke with absolutely knew his product well. Prices were right on par with competitors but stock and knowledge is a hundred times better. Will be my ONLY smoke shop now.

I mostly go here for their Delta 8 gummies which are excellent. They were the only place that had a specific replacement component for my girlfriends dab pen. The only reason I dont give it five stars is that when I asked about rolling tobacco(Top, Bugler, American Spirit) the cashier didnt seem to know what I was talking about or think they carried them.

The staff is pleasant however they are WAY over priced on kratom. At first I thought the quality may be better but unfortunately I was wrong. I paid 45 dollars for 100 count and it didn’t help me what so ever. I used to buy Colorado cures 240 count for less than that with way better quality. I’m very disappointed and will not returning.

Wow!!! Completely BLOWN AWAY by this store!! First off it’s the cleanest vape shop I’ve ever been to!! If you’ve ever been to “other” vape stores you know what I mean when I say it feels like being at the flea market... NOT THIS PLACE!!! Not giving this review a 1 star because I have had alot of good experiences at this place before tonight. I came in because I wanted a disposable, both guys were busy with other customers so I waited patiently where all the disposables are. A couple comes in a few minutes into me waiting and when one of the employees was freed up they started helping the couple that came in after me. No big deal, kinda rude but maybe he didnt see me waiting. But then one of them points out I was before them. The employee waves it off and says they wont take as long as I would take(those arent the exact words but close). Very bold of him to assume I would take a long time, was it because of how I look? Do I have a I am going to take a long time to find what I want vibe? Was it something I was wearing? Please let me know so I can hide that next time and receive assistance in a timely manner.

Just like most vape stores. They do have a large collection. We went in for something no one else seems to carry and they had it. Staff was okay and needs to be more knowledgeable instead of pushy sales.

Peyton was honest and legit with what I needed. Went in cause my nord vape was leaking and wanted some new juice. He suggested some amazing flavors and sold me on the Lava Flow by Naked! Went in there and bought two vapes got a $10 discount and the vapes I got literally had zero taste after hitting it a couple of times. And this is the same brand I normally buy at my usual vape shop, but they were closed and this place was the only place that was still open. Anyway, that cashier was nice enough to replace them with a more expensive brand so I didn’t have to pay another $20 so that was nice… also, they didn’t have a lot of selection which is why I give them 4 stars.

I’ve used the same vape store for 5 years. Unfortunately they were closed on Labor Day. Of course I ran out of juice. So on whim I thought I’d give green gorilla a try. BIG MISTAKE! I asked for a house type blend no luck in that department. They didn’t have pomegranate no big deal. I asked for something close which was strawberry pomegranate. I paid triple what I normally pay for juice and it was menthol!!!!! Ruined my new coil and tank because I couldn’t get the nasty taste out.NEVER Again! I’ll make sure not to run out before a holiday weekend and stick with Liquid Vapor Lounge from now on! ✌🏼

Stopped in first time needing some juice, Blake helped me find a similar flavour to what I usually use and was super helpful in helping pick out glass items as well. Definitely recommend and will be back!
